i actually got to the stage where i am tired of bleach. These abilities and characters are getting so pretentious and lame that it hurts, and i tried to like it but imo this season is pure garbage. Sry bleach fans

@deg This whole arc is based on Uno reverse cards - get over it, lol. I’d be sick of constant sword-based battles or throwing punches for 200+ episodes, so it’s a good change. Kubo’s experiments and creative approach turned Bleach into something different from regular shounens. Bullshittery, my ass (I know you didn’t say it, but I’m not going to bother replying to whiny and pretentious sissies like the one you responded to). The whole fight was well-written, focusing on theatrical stages and featuring Eastern cultural themes - you won’t find that in JJK, which is only watched for action, obviously not for its writing or its shitty flashbacks lmao. And speaking of flashbacks: at least they have meaning in Bleach and you'll see soon why.

There is also one thing you guys need to understand: the difference between base powers and hacks. Hacks can allow their users to win, no matter how strong their enemies' base powers are. One example is Uryuu's victory against Senjumaru.

@18927 The whole fight was "well-written" my ass, stop sucking the mangaka's schlong, this UNO reverse card bullshit is tiresome and if you can't see it then I feel sorry for you and you need better standards. The only thing I praise here is the great animation, as for everything else, take a guess.

And your example of not needing 200+ episodes of constant sword-based battles or whatever is silly too, you can write a good battle without that many episodes and avoid the ass pulls and constant power-up crap and UNO reverse card bullshitery that Bleach is known for and you admitted it yourself.

But there is something I will agree on, the mangaka indeed turned Bleach into something different from regular shounens, it has turned into: "Bleach, the UNO reverse card anime".

@xZabuzax I've noticed the only time you write a comment on Bleach is to spread negativity. It's totally fine for you to not like the franchise or just this arc but why are you hate watching when we're at the third season right now?

@Shinmalice I don't hate Bleach or anything since I used to be a fan of Naruto and Bleach in the past, but I do dislike this arc for the reasons I already described.

As to why I'm still watching it? well, not everything is bad about it, I do like the animation at least, I'm watching it for the same reason plenty of people watch Demon Slayer, because of the animation too, while the animation in this arc is nowhere near Demon Slayer's level, it's still nice I guess.

I really remembered Shunsui's fight as way longer than this was, did they make it shorter or am I mistaken?

@xZabuzax Ok, that's a valid reason. I was simply curious because everytime you make a comment, it's negative and something that feels like you're just wasting your time watching something you absolutely despise(which is fine but three seasons in was odd to me and why I wrote that comment)

@Shinmalice Actually, I'm also like this. I often times only comment on a episode if I have to critic something, because this more likely leads to a discussion or at least in some engagement. (Not to intentionally enrage someone with this). And maybe someone can change my mind or explain something I perhaps missed?!

I often read the comments to look if someone voices the same critiscm I thought about during an episode...to see if I'm crazy for feeling a certain way about a certain aspect. Especially if I'm feeling I'm the minority or in the opposition to the common opinion. You know what I mean?
