| ABEMA early airing, HIDIVE to stream episodes on Fridays. We've had Senpai wa Otokonoko last season, so how about an all-guys crossdressing mixer, courtesy of female mangaka Nana Aokawa? Nasuo's OP is kinda OK, but also good...? ASOBI Doumei's ED is undoubtedly catchy good. The 3 guys of Tokiwa, Hagi and Asagi being invited into a mixer...only except that it's an all-guys crossdressing mixer that's entertained by their friend Suo, accompanied by Fuji and Kohaku in a drag king bar. Though the guys regret their choices thereafter, the girls...are even cuter cross-dressing guys, and them being led to the karaoke afterparty after playing a gay Ousama Game (that even involved a kiss), Tokiwa is dead set to reveal the girls' true colours, but failed to do so by challenging Suo to a singing competition, and his punishment is a schoolgirl cosplay. But no matter, all 3 guys get hit in the heart because of their cuteness, that's all it does to exchange contact information. Continuing the mixer, Hagi and Asagi are battling the crane games, though Hagi almost had a moment that he's giving a fluffy pet that he won to Kohaku, after the indirect kiss. Switching from one to another, Tokiwa is surprised that everyone is getting along, though Suo knows who's her gatget gu. Suo being the woman-man-izer who impresses outside as much on the inside being in the same class...which meant that Tokiwa's mental and physcial tortures continue with the female eyes all around the popular SSR Prince Ikemen being friends, which Tokiwa has the privilege to talk to her...as that rumored SSR Prince lols. What is this tribe of all guys that's giving me so much adulterated unadulterated same-sex fun? A hidden gem, this show is one of potential to look out for. |

| ABEMA airs 5 days ahead of TV broadcast, Episode 1 releases early and is only available on Premium Pay-per-view. HIDIVE will follow alongside the TV broadcast release this Fri EDT/Sat JST.  I'm not quite sure what to even say when it comes to this ngl... I mean these guys are just simply overreacting for the sake of it... like don't get me wrong or anything, but I think the girls cross dressing are still cute lol. Like it's really no different from a normal girl, just with a suit you wear everyday. Don't quite see the problem here. Meanwhile, wee got the waiters just being blatantly homophobic saying "why's it just dudes there". can it not be just dudes? Is there a problem or a rule saying it's not allowed???? Whatever man. It's clear as day though that we all know who best girl, or best boy in this situation, as the anime is putting it, HAS to be Suou. I mean, her name is legit the "SSR Prince" on campus apparently LOL. Such fun opening and ending btw, or more like the dancing. A start, to say the least. I feel like with more episodes, it could start growing on me. What I can say though is, that this is no doubt THE ikemen anime. |

| I pretty much agree with what the two previous comments said, especially about the guys overreacting and the waiter being homophobic. My favorite part had to be the crane game, and Asagi and Kohaku are really cute together. Definitely my favorite couple so far—but I also really like the quiet purple-haired one. Suou-san is okay, but in general I'm not a fan of anyone (regardless of gender) who is super popular and treated as the "cutest" or "best" or whatever, almost by default. With the SSR Prince title, it's pretty clear that Suou-san is the campus favorite. I think the other two are cuter in their own ways—but I do like the way that Suou-san flirts with Tokiwa. Also happy that one of my favorite voice actors, Shun Horie, is playing Asagi. I haven't heard his voice the last few seasons, so it's nice to hear him back. |

| Thought this would be enjoyable but those dumb retarded shallow idiotic waste of a human being side girls referring to Suou as a "prince" because of her looks ruined it for me. After Kyo Kara Maoh, I can't stand it when these side characters call someone a prince because of their looks. |

I can predict that boring will not be a good word to associate with this anime and that it will be a cure against depression. Asagi is sooo cute, Tokiwa will be THE victim and Suou is definitively a SSR Prince. Opening and ending are good, they match the anime, but not my tastes. |
Twas pretty fun! I basically smile nonstop watching this episode. It's given that confusingly fluffy feeling. |
| I picked it purely because of the goukon in the title but if there's some kind of romantic development involved with the three couples along with decent comedy on the side, this might end up being a surprisingly good one this season. |

| I don't think I liked it as much as I thought I would... It was a little boring? I saw someone saying the guys were overreacting and yes... It was a bit annoying... I don't know, it just didn't entertain me enough to continue? Maybe in the future I might try again and see if my opinion changes, but, for now, I'll leave it aside... |

| Okay I had my doubts about this one and even thought this was a boys love shit looking at the KV without reading the synopsis but after I did so I had a feeling I'd like this one and I'm glad I picked it up cause that was a nice first episode which I enjoyed quite a bit. The girls indeed looks handsome but also have a feminine vibe to them. It's like watching irl female cosplayers cosplay male characters. Suou specially, absolute killer. Loved watching her and looks like she has a thing for the mc, getting possessive of him when the other girls were talking to him and being happy just spending time with him. From the looks of it we are getting 3 couples, no drama and just romantic comedy. All in for it, should be a fun watch. Btw Mikako Komatsu's one thing but I never thought I'd hear Yuuki Aoi and Naobou doing masculine voices. Specially with the type of high pitch/energetic type of voice they usually do. Loving it though. |

| That was a fun first episode! Enjoyed it more than I thought I would be. I think the couples are matched well - it's fun comedy now, but I hope there will be actual romance development in future episodes. So far it's evident that Suou have interest in Tokiwa, she did invited him to the goukon too. MegamiRem said: Yuuki Aoi is actually very versatile, so I'm not surprised. She voiced a more "boyish" characters like Kino in Kino no Tabi and Kou in Wotakoi. | My SSR princes are here!!! Ahhhh Suou is so pretty but Kohaku is so cute. I really like the manga and the first episode was fun! Looking forward to seeing these handsome girls flirting with the boys~ :3 My personal favorite is Kohaku x Hagi, but Fuji x Asagi is also fun because they are so wild xD |

| Bit of an iffy start but cute nonetheless. I like that cute blonde guy who's always on :3 mode, he's adorable. Suou's flirty scenes were nice, I have a soft spot for people who are not afraid to be flirty hehe. |

I don't understand why the guys reacted the way they did... I mean they should be fine once they figured out they are all women, especially after they saw their "actual" photo. Also didn't Tokiwa met Suou before?
Could it be they don't want people to think they are into guys? other then that, I still enjoyed it, hopefully they won't keep acting like that, or it could get annoying pretty quick.

| I thought it was going to be all BL initially, but it was surprisingly funny and enjoyable at how cute the gender roles were reversed. It's not going to win any awards, but it's a nice time waster with cute cross-dressing tomboys. @mandym Is there only the version with fanmade subs? I started watching but couldn't bear those. There's 3 subs at the moment. One from someone's first attempt at fansubs which is the one you watched. The other two from HIDIVE (ASW, Subsplease, SubsPlus+) and Netflix subs (ToonsHub). You can compare the two official subs here. I recommend watching the [ToonsHub] release, search for "NF.WEB" version in the title (has better timing than "B-Global.WEB"), which should be using the Netflix's subs. I personally prefer the Netflix subs, even though the text disappears a bit too quickly by a smidge. It's not perfect, but overall much better than the HIDIVE subs which are garbage , and is definitely trying to push an agenda by calling these cross-dressing women "drag kings" in the line where they actually said they simply worked "at a men's clothing themed bar", a.k.a: a host club where they role-play as men (which is geared toward female customers who enjoy the company of other women). The line calling the "ikemen" as "Chad" instead of simply handsome men or hunk in the HIDIVE subs were also cringy as hell. That's going to feel dated after a few years. I wouldn't be surprised if they starting using other cringe generational slang some trash like skibidi or some other shite kids say these days. Although both of the official subs changed "I'm going to pick flowers" to him going to the restroom, which was also unnecessary. He deliberately used a euphemism that is normally often used by women in Japan (much like how they say "I'm going to powder my nose" in the west) to convey the reversed gender roles in his current situation. I honestly feel insulted when they try to dumb it down, as if we wouldn't get it, especially when they immediately show them walking there in the following shot. As the saying goes, "Show. Don't tell." The more I see low effort work like this, the faster I hope AI takes over these translation jobs from people in the west. |

| Not gonna lie, as someone who cosplays as males and females, some things are kinda like... hey, what are you trying to say? On the other hand, I'm happy to see our crossdressers kinda comfortable just doing it regardless of what the creator thinks or what the creator feels others think. I'm hoping as things roll on, we'll at least get away from the whole, "But... gay???" feeling that the dudes seem to have, because it's more awkward and doesn't let things progress, if anything. |

The guys are annoying af especially with how they overreact on every single little thing. I've got no complaint about the girls, which are very cute (especially Kohaku) in the ending credit. Imma keep watching for now. |
