Old fart here. I only put on my lists and give notes to works I liked. That's why my average notes are rather high.
I've seen a lot more so you can assume that if I don't talk about some work, that's probably because I didn't like it for some reason. But I usually refrain from talking negatively about them, since some people still may like them and I don't have time nor reason to make them feel bad by criticizing works they support. I think negative but argumented reviews can be useful though, it's just that I don't have enough time to make proper ones.
