This episode gave me some of the classic Tensei Slime vibes, at least the part about the dungeon. With this show almost finished airing, we got one more thrilling adventure.

Seeing Veldora Tempest in his dragon form though...what a moment. Kinda wish they gave him more screen time this season but glad to see him again.

Is that Kratos participating?! xD
Though anyway, the makings and several rounds of discussions they had over this dungeon and whatever they’d do inside it has finally come to the point where the stuff with dungeon exploration is finally starting, and I must say, the concept of live streaming may not be nothing new, but yeah, you’d not expect it to see in a series where they actually use letters to communicate and horses to travel, though again, theirs a magical world lol.

Still seeing those groups participating and hearing the social commentary was actually fun. Masayuki and his group might have got a fine rare item, without even intending, but yeah, I mean I’d say it was Eren and her group which gave even your average masses sitting around some confidence to partake. Though that still doesn’t mean Veldora’s turn would come… anytime soon. Fine debut for their dungeon business, but yeah, finally next week the longest festival arc EVER happened will end. FINALLY.

Was nice to see Eren and the gang back after so long. Felt like a classic season one episode with them here. And ofc, her dad... lols.

But yeah man, can't believe this is ending next week already. Feels like just yesterday that people were calling this a yapfest or whatever because of the meetings. Just the gold issue to solve, and that's the season eh...

With the choosing of Rimuru's last member of the Elite Four done, it's time for the main attraction: the dungeon labyrinth's grand opening.

With the various groups...and Gaiye himself participating at the last minute, the labyrinth is on...and it already claiming typical humanly participants from Ramiris's tampering to make it feel like a "complete" dungeon, plus her REALLY having a hand to assist Eren's party from bribery, anything goes in concert in this rather "random" labyrinth other than expecting to fight the dungeon bosses like Bovix. And if anything, Masayuki gets the slip using the pitfalls to their advantage to traverse deeper, and there Gaiye is going off on his own accord.

With Basson's Team Great Lightning out of the running after the series of failings, and Eren's Team Kaval party being assisted quite a lot to make it back safe and sound, at least they had their fun traversing through the labyrinth and bagging the rare Tempest Sword item in return. Masayuki's Team Lightspeed also does the same, and Gaiye is forced to return after a clear violation of the rules. All of this is just promotion for the dungeon labyrinth that's still in the works, and concludes Tempest's Opening Festival.

Day 2 is done, and it's time to give everyone their due...Mjollmile, so your merchant magic.

The labyrinth is finally open! No fear of death of serious injury, just people putting their adventuring skills to the test and trying to collect loot money. Not a bad premise and definitely a potential big tourist attraction for tempest. But never let Ramiris cook with the floor design again 😂

Also is that fucking Kratos?!

It was cool seeing Eren, Gaiye and the others different approaches to navigating the labyrinth. Slow and steady wins the race I guess lol. Can’t wait to see what things look like when it’s fully open and you have dozens of adventure groups in there at once. Lowkey could be a cool Tensura spin off idea. Like having someone challenge the dungeon with the idea of taking on Rimuru and making a name for themselves

I can tell you that Gaiye won’t be disrespecting a dryad again.. idk what he was thinking being an asshole to her, but he def learnt a lesson

The tempest festival was a massive success but the bill has literally come due. Now time to see how we’re gonna pay all these people 😂

That was pretty much the perfect promotion for the dungeon. Ramiris got bribed though, badgirl. Was satisfying watching that Ninja getting his ass beaten. Masayuki's party members are pretty strong but I do wonder how far can they carry him.

Can't believe this is ending next week, time just flew. Hoping for a new season for next year.

It's nice to see Benimaru's brother, Hiiro from Scarlet Bond movie appear in this episode, though without voice.

This season is completely different than all previous seasons, it's almost as if it's different anime. And I think it's a good thing. I have the same thought as Rimuru: I wish this peaceful time could last forever

The dungeon defo would be useful as both an entertainment tool and a training arena for its forces. Beween the screens and the item shop the dungeon would also be useful as a moneymaker as well. Mapmaking is an intergal part of dungeon exploration. Ellen though sure had some powerful spells. The rulebreaker sure had the perfect punishment. In the end the festival turned out to be a huge success. I just hope that they're able to pay all the merchants on time.

Is it just me, or does anyone else not like the art images at the end?

Please let me know if it is some famous artist and other works they have done?
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Apologies if I'm being stupid but Rimuru said that if they make it to floor 100 they'd get to fight him. But I swear that a few episodes back the final floor would be Veldora not Rimuru?

Am I just being stupid or did I misinterpret something?

He did mean that if you can conquer the dungeon by defeating the 100th floor boss you will get a chance to fight Rimuru himself.

I mean I think the episode was nnicer or what it had. felt a little all over the place with the stuff going on but it kinda lined up thematically since it would be a stressful and fast paced event.

overall the only thing I'd say about it, is I wish they wouldn't have spent so much time on the dungeon this and dungeon that, just to show an actually super relevant plot point (likely the next villian/arc) for less than a few seconds at the end of the episode.

it was a very lighthearted episode which is great but just overall it seems like the studio excels much more at these moments than leaving bits of heavy plot here and there.

example being how we got a brief on the merchants being a problem and then we heard nothing about it for a few episodes it feels like. now it's back and I bet they plan on making all the intrigue and suspense for the next season in the last episode or two

idk if people actually read these but thanks if you did, I won't apologize for any spelling or grammar I simply don't care, Thanks.

The labyrinth showcase was very enjoyable. Seeing how some teams did well and others get humiliated was good fun. Special mention to Gaiye for learning the hard way as to not piss off a Dryad by how savage the punishment she gave out to him was. XD

As for Ramiris, this little brat was responsible for extra floor tinkering without Rimuru's permission. Not only that, but she also got bribed by delicious cake as to tell Eren's group where the treasure chest locations were. I still can't help but forgive her since she's so amusing and likeable.

This was a fun episode overall. One more episode left to see how Rimuru will deal with the huge bill that he owes to the merchants.

This episode was a lot of fun, all the teams clearing the dungeon on their own way, Team Kaval were the perfect ones to promote it, I'm glad that Gaiye dude finally got to eat shit after being nothing but a disrespectful nuisance, it was rather funny the coincidence of this dungeon and having Dungeon no Naka no Hito airing the same day.

This episode was essentially just an ad for something that’s not real, but it was a pretty fun ad lol, I enjoyed seeing the different adventures take on the dungeon and get info one what to expect as they explored, you had dollar store Kratos’ team getting royally fucked as they fell for every trap, Eren’s team (love getting to see her again) simply looting and getting out of there after one encounter, Masayuki’s team speed running, and finally Gaiye who got embarrassed once again when he was being an asshole, I kinda feel bad for him because he got schooled by BS during the tournament and then got robbed of the boss in the dungeon, but he did get what he deserved here for taking it out on the dryad.

And with the conclusion of the dungeon ad and some nice scenes of the night activities which actually featured the Scarlet Bond characters which I was happy to see, the festival is now over, but one last thing stands in the way, and that’s paying everyone lol, the most riveting plot for the finale. I think I’ll miss Tensura after it ends next week no matter how rough the first half of this season was, but I’m also glad it’s almost over lol.

While this episode wasn't as exciting or entertaining as the mini tournament it was still amusing to see a preview of the dungeon. Ramiris being bribed by Eren with cake was pretty funny and so was Eren's dad cheering her on with his queen smacking him to shut up lol.

With only one episode remaining it looks like Mjöllmile and Rimuru will need to pay the debtors. I think there will probably be some drama or issue with that since I recall that some of the debtors were counting on not being paid so they could have leverage or something.

The dungeon demonstration commences right after the martial arts tournament ends. Rimuru not yet opening the dungeon to the public, for now showcasing all the amenities and rewards the dungeon offers. Letting everyone know its perfectly safe as long as you follow the rules. A few different teams of adventurers entering the dungeon with the big light screens above the colosseum so the audience may see what's happening inside the dungeon. Soka and Mjollmule both offering questions and answers about how the dungeon operates with the bosses, traps, chests, and items. So that there's no questions needed answering before anyone else goes in once its open. All of these people here will know how the dungeon operates and they can spread the word to anyone else. That way once the dungeon does open there will be lots of people wanting to try it out. Ramiris telling secrete for cake was funny. Eren team had too easy of a trip. While the team with Masayuki kept going perfectly with the pitfalls to that spider boss. The laughingstock team everyone was making fun of made me laugh too. The douche Gaiye was annoying but instructive in showing everyone what happens when you break the rules. So it's best to stay in line and you'll get recognition and cool loot. People are already excited for the dungeon once it opens. Hopefully someone can make it down to the bottom to entertain Veldora. Rimuru Festival was a massive success, now he needs to pay everyone and things will be settled.

Good episode as usual.
Minor things they skipped:

- Milim borrowed resurrection bracelets and went to the floors where dragons live to train her two victims

- The resurrection bracelets don't have any resurrection magic, they only help Ramiris keep track of the people in her labyrinth as a GPS

- Masayuki has a little panic attack when the traps are in a different place than shown on the map. This is not what he agreed on with Rimuru.. XD

- After witnessing Eren use icicle shot Rimuru thinks Eren's party are now strong enough to fight against Ifrit. They really have grown since their first meeting

- Basson loses an eye in the labyrinth, but Rimuru gives him an elixir as a reward

- Veldora complains he's bored, where are the challengers?? Rimuru starts arguing with him telepathically and loses his temper, his haki leaks out scaring everyone nearby

- Rimuru's bluffing big time with his announcement. If someone were to beat Veldora he would be majorly screwed because Veldora is stronger than he is

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

That was a good way to advertise the dungeon after so much preparation. They actually got parties that represent different playstyles with it. The first one was very cautious to grab all of the chests and avoid trapdoors (with a little help) before heading for an area boss, obtain a sword and leave. The second one were the noobs who had no plan whatsoever and kept failing and retrying until the time run out. The third one were speedrunners basically who carried Masayuki to victory and the fourth was a douche who broke the rules and got to witness the consequences of his actions.

With that I'd be cool if a minigame centered on that dungeon actually released, right?... right?

good episode.
and tempest take opportunity to show their technology with real time TV broadcast.
So its seems the anime almost caught the manga version with the next episode covering chapter 118, and the manga being currently at chapter 121.

If the anime follow the manga instead of the web novel, its means no new season before 2026-2027

Instead of development and adventure we got slice of life, meaningless slice of life with many meetings. Instead of fights - powerpoint panels. Rimuru also got dumber, with no idea what is going on, all need to be explained like to small child, even raphael got tired with it.

Add to that many meaningless fillers, characters introduced only for introducing, but after almost full 24ep season what actually happened? Fight with Hinata? What fight lol. Then they built some arena, and there was some awesome dude with mad skill, that chose not to fight, lol2. Then dungeon - what was that exactly, some dlc advertisement for slime game? What it means it terms of worldbuilding, its just for lolz?

It only make sense if there will be season 4 and 5, and they will get budget to pull it off. One ep left, so as always for preview of the new season...

Those Lighting guys are real nobody and made fool of themselves why were they even selected.

Finally, the dungeon is here. Seeing different adventurers clear some floors was pretty fun. Almost like watching a let's play.

That Guiye guy was an asshole. Glad he got punished but didn't seem like he learned his lesson.

I didn't realize Masayuki's VA was the same as Kirito's. It's honestly fitting since he seems just like a generic isekai protag.

I almost thought this was the last episode because of the way Rimuru was speaking towards the end. But it wasn't.

A pitfall trap that just drops you to a corridor of the next level seems entirely counter-productive. Sure, it messes up your mapping and makes you miss some chests on the previous level, but you also bypass all the fights and having to locate the stairs. And with the party having a return whistle you're not disadvantaged by losing a safe exit path either.

It does still seem a bit odd for a nation of monsters that want to be recognised as people to set up a dungeon for monster-hunting, though, even if they did make it all non-lethal on both sides. (Or mostly non-lethal. Since they're selling the bracelets you know someone is going to go in without buying one at some point.)
