| Satie and Lilith are already not fond of each other. Typical. Their rivalry doesn't seem serious so it's more for comical reasons. Jokes aside, the relationship between Satie and Demon Lord seems to be growing. This episode felt slower and weaker than the previous imo. Just a bunch of slow relationship growth, if it can even be called that while showcasing more of our main cast. I hope the anime gets more serious cause the cartoony humor here is lackluster imo. |

| For a second last episode I did think this wouldn't be that generic, but the minute I saw knights and nobles get into the picture, it just went downhill from there. Also seems like dude over here is gonna get discovered already.. ON THE SECOND EPISODE.... |

| The arrival of the White Rose Knights Commander Alistair being summoned to defeat Ike's army, whilst Satie has her small inch of fun without Ike, who's scouting for their enemy, located within the Alliance of Kings group that has been reformed 3 times since defeating the Demon Lord's army, that's putting Rosearia's army on a pedestal if they don't reclaim victory for themselves. That said, Lilith sure is an elf demon made for the sole purpose of taking care of Ike, though she easily finds fault with Satie just for being jealous. And despite Ike taking a direct hit to the heart, only to have Cefiro come and heal him, he needs to be more vigilant. Even though the piggy right-hand-man Jiron did help Ike separate both human and demon in their romantic advances, Ike only cares about wanting to see the White Rose Knights commander, who is relentlessly locked up in jail without trial. With Lilith doing all of the main work, Ike can focus on finding Alistair and figuring out what she's up to, along with the assassin that nearly killed him. I don't know...this is just generic as heck, is there really a hook to this? |

| Ike's kept his secret for 20 years but at least three characters have found out in the last two episodes. Come on. I do like his dynamic with Satie and her rivalry with Lilith isn't novel or anything but it was still amusing. Pretty much every chick in this show is a knockout, so it's got that going for it at least. That ambush was just lame and poorly executed. They started getting me excited by talking about a major human alliance and one of the nations going rogue, but that was severely underwhelming. And "hey no one died" come on. I get Ike's a granola kumbaya type and not just massacring towns, fine makes sense, but avoiding killing enemy soldiers? I'm hoping Ike meeting the Alistair isn't just some pretext for the story to have her join his side. Curious to see if we get much development of the town. Ike needs to double revenues, maybe that's an area the anime can end up being interesting. |

| Yeah Ike going into the enemy's prison to ask their general if she knows who the assassin is wasn't well thought out and now she suspects he's human! Btw, it was weird how Lilith was introduced (or lack thereof) as for a minute I thought it was the demon king in disguise. |

| LOL, so MC had the airheaded maid as his personal maid now... BTW, that "street gambler" lusting at the airheaded maid's (‿Y‿), LOL Tho... for a girl her age, she really does have a fairy good body... I thought she was 16+ before... So if you didn't know her age and go by her appearance, it wouldn't really be wrong to lust for that body. (whereas you can see the actual kids in cages right after... the maid looks nothing like their age) . BTW... didn't MC said in last episode he always put up a barrier around his room? so no one can randomly barge in? Yet... this new demon girl... literally just went right into the room... (but somehow she doesn't care if the maid's a human? I thought having human in Demon Army is a big NO-NO...) And now we're gonna have these 2 trying to seduce the MC... . Also... how did MC get shot so easily by a arrow... for being the strongest... he seems pretty defenseless... But he recovers fast since apparently the "commander" is also there... huh... And the new Demon girl is just folliwing MC around now... (tho... what was she doing to the soldiers?) And... now even the Human Commander is suspecting the MC's a human... How did MC even hid he's a human? from how it looks... bunch of people knows he's a human and he reveals it pretty easily... LOL (also... how are soldiers running up the stairs? where did the demon girl go? did she get defeated? HUH?) . Also, just realized... this series is being told from a "book"... who's the story teller reading the book? hmm... |

| @amlg He may be the strongest magician among the demon army, but as is the case with magicians, especially human ones, his defense is weak. Additionally, the MC did not expect an attack from the rear, since he had the enemy army in front of the walls. The human commander suspects MC of being human, because the demon is brutal by nature and does not spare people The narrator who can probably read this story appeared in episode 1 |
