| It's really easy. The "generations" classification is based on the sociological and economical environment people grew up in. There's nothing about the setting of the anime that resembles our modern day world (the impact of devils on the life of common people is actually insane. Also some parts of human history are missing, so CSM os basically an uchronia). So yeah, our generations don't apply to the CSM world. We may still see some things in common with him, but tbh Denji's character is so uninhibited that it's actually difficult to find him relatable. Except for that panel in the first chapter, if you know what I mean... |
