| Keiya came in time just to help Isaku. She's lucky there he was there at the right place at the right time. This episode had a lot of chemistry between the two. Hell, she even put on a pink swimsuit just for him regardless how embarasing it was. Even though they are so different, there's a connection between the pair and it's cute. |

| Yeah well, first things first, i would like to say that no matter how hard this anime tries, the yakuza stuff seems unintentionally comical .. im sorry, but what was that kidnapping sequence supposed to be xD ? And no, just cause you add some blood, it doesn't make it more serious. Drama for the sake of drama so our princess can be saved by in her eyes already perfect Keiya ... with the drama part not being dramatic or having any sorts of gravitas whatsoever. They also need to start introducing some side characters soon ? Or at least make the main duo more interesting or something, i feel like these two oddballs are the only humans left, and the rest is just simulation. |

| This week's episode is packed with action. Even though the school beach trip has concluded, these two managed to have their own private little beach outing, which was rather pleasant, I suppose. I can see where Isaku is coming from. It's kind of tricky to gauge Keiya's intentions. One moment he's playing the role of her overly protective brother-dad, and the next it almost seems like he's drawn to her in a way that mirrors a "questionable old yakuza man" lol. |

| I love how Keiya’s first reaction to seeing the dudes that kidnapped Isaku is to call them fat asses lmao. Unfortunately the animation was really weak during that chase scene, was honestly hard to take what was supposed to be a serious moment seriously because of the horrible facial expressions and character models. I’m glad everything worked out in the end and Keiya saved his princess Sucks that he and Isaku couldn’t hang with the class during the fireworks. Seems like she hasn’t really been able to connect with anyone around her own age since she got into hs other than like one episode. I hope the story will allow her to do that because she does really need friends her own age to develop… That said, the Keiya and Isaku romance moments were so damn cute today. Since they didn’t get their official beach trip properly, they said fuck it and made their own. The pool scene was so damn cute. She looked great in her swimsuit 😍 “Grown into the body type I like I mean” was a little sus but fuck it, it’s fantasy lmao Show is still really cute but I just wish project no 9 put their A team on this one. The art is letting it down which sucks cause it’s a shoujo and that should always be priority number 1 |

| That was some wonky animation. And what even was the goal of the kidnappers? Even if we assume it's a rival yakuza group what were they going to do with Isaku? Wouldn't it not really be worth the trouble without a special reason for it? "Grown into the body type I like, I mean" I legitimately facepalmed for real. I am starting to think Keiya has autism or something. Further confirms I was right the show's plot would have been more fitting as smut instead of a romance. Lol Guns are rare in Japan so Ive heard yakuza use airsoft and non functional model guns a lot of the time especially because they don't want to deal with the kind of charges they could get using a real gun so they rely on other weapons in most cases I think but of course it would differ by group. I may be wrong though. |

| I got so invested watching this that I forgot Isaku got kidnapped in the last episode *irony off* I really don't know if I should say this but WHAT? Also I'm confused since I thought his "reward" was for the case he'd perform well with the assignment but they just go ahead and he wants her to wear a bikini (which he didn't want when they were at the beach). At this point I'm pretty certain the intentions of the writer are not to write romance but a thriller about some creepy guy who's into a much younger girl. (I know, she didn't know what he planned which makes it even worse). I'd like to re-name guys who are red flag into "Keiya" because he's such a walking red flag that he could start his own parade (I used this before but it was never more fitting). Don't get me wrong. For me it isn't just about the age gap but how 1.) The writer has no idea what Yakuza even do/what it means. It's just the setting of the story poorly done 2.) Instead of trying to work with the age gap a little more carefully the writer decided to write it in the worst possible way 3.) Even if the age gap wouldn't exist Keiya's character is so creepy I want to nominate him for an investigation anime where he ends up in jail. Like for real... This is NOT ok. Do you know the feeling when something is so bad you want to stop watching but at the same time you are curious how bad it can get? That's my current state with this anime right now and I usually drop everything I don't like in an instant. But the writing is so poorly done I want to use this as a reference (how NOT to write certain characters, storylines, tropes etc.). |

Isaku finally admitted her feelings for Keiya after he saved her from those kidnappers, though it didn't end well since they both got disciplined by the teacher during their class trip. To help make up for that, both of them had their fun in their private swimming poll instead and I didn't expect Keiya to go that far to start molesting Isaku ¯\_(ツ)_/ |

I love how her eyes are so pretty but Keiya's eyes are dark. Y'all really need to chill out on the mol*sting comments. That isn't something funny to joke about. Idc I find this anime cute. Yeah, it is a little sus at times, but at the end of the day, its not real lmao |

| action + drama episode, keiya tries everything to save isaku and fulfils her wishes. So we got progress in their connection (important to mention: that soundtrack fits, at 9:02 its just perfect) |

| Well this episode at least looked better than the previous one overall, but there were still some scenes that didn’t look right in this one, especially in the pool near the end, but as always the content itself is good, might have to read this one after the show ends if the budget never truly comes back lol. One bit I especially liked in this one was pretty much the whole first half where Keiya dealt with the kidnappers and Isaku actually helped with her headbutt, the scene was pretty goofy as well so it was hard to take it very seriously but I did still really like it. And the bit where Keiya created his own little pool party in the backyard was really nice as well, it was a very nice thing he did for Isaku and looked very chill despite how weird the scene looked when he got in the pool with her lol, I can tell that scene was meant to be a lot nicer and I’m sure it is in the manga. |

Even if we pretend they can that would break my immersion and why would I want my immersion broken watching an anime about a 26 year old try to get a 15 ye- .......you know what never mind those are airsoft guns. |

I wrote a long comment, then voted before I got to submit the comment, meaning the page refreshed, and my comment went "POOF"... RIP. Anyway, I finally see it, the animation (Give me a break, I mainly watch '70s and '80s anime). It's like the animators were like "Yeah... nah.", which is a shame since the art style is still something I really like. But god... the fuck is this sorta "I ain't drawing it twice" bullshit? Jesus... I think this is the first time I've seen such a big gigacropped clusterfuck of zoomed in pixels in an anime. Also, literally seconds after, dude's mouth clips through her god damned elbow!  I'D BE FREAKED OUT TOO IF SOMEONE'S JAW PHASED THROUGH MY ARM!!!! Still, ain't feeling like dropping yet, and besides the anibomination, the episode was good enough. 7/10, I'll let the iceberg crash into me rather than escaping the titanic while I have a chance. |

I know this anime has 120 reasons why its not popular, especially for kind of misrepresenting shoujo/age-gap genre, but genuinely I can't think of any romantic undertext or kyuun to anyone being like "your body type is growing into my type" like HUH. It's been known for awhile, but y i k e s. |

| The Kodan-gumi thugs targeting Isaku, Keiya soon gets word and equips all he can to rescue her out of harm's way. As much as the hijacking got underway, Keiya was at least able to rescue Isaku, and like a damsel in distress, blamed herself for not protecting him well enough. Instead, they got reprimanded while not being able to enjoy the fireworks and campfire with everyone, and the trip ended in an unmemorable way. Isaku wanting to learn self-defense in the likely future case, and Keiya just wants to skive off his summer homework. To that extent, Isaku wanting the both of them to study together, and as a reward, having their very own summer just right outside of the house, with Isaku wearing her own swimsuit at home. The temptation sure is strong to join Isaku in the pool, and she suddenly feels embarrassed just looking at his half-naked body. Yeah sure, a dirty old Yakuza man, Keiya's one. |

| Over the years, I've seen many kidnapping sequences in multiple forms of media, but just... what was this? It felt like even those kidnappers were doing that just because they are programmed that way by the author. I mean why did we even need that, except for the fact of padding up a few minutes of the episode??? Physics left the chat, literally, after this. Also, I'm sure a good part of this episode ain't allowed legally in our society. |

| Isaku got kidnapped by the Kodan Gang. If this news is known to Senagaki Tasuke, Keiya will lose more than just a finger as punishment. Their target is only Keiya, but they don’t mind the gang clash. It’s a car chase, and Keiya being possessive at this point is funny and infuriating at the same time. Keiya asks for another reward, and this is bordering ecchi. He wants to see her in a swimsuit. This makes me think that Keiya is the most confused person when it comes to feelings. Isaku has it better than him. He is bordering between responsibility and feelings. |
