| Episode 23 was incredible. Best episode of season 1? Ended up loving the show. I felt like the first ~4 episodes were just ok... Mostly carried by the animation, style, and music, as the humor wasn't really landing but I feel like the show went on fire after that and was consistently really good up to and including this latest episode. |
| Since I didn't watch the original, this was my introduction to the series, and it was a lot of absurd chaotic fun. Show did not run out of crazy shit to do and we're getting even more next year. I wish we'd get more genuine Ataru and Lum moments, but this being the gag show that it is, I'll take anything I can get. Besides, the genuine moments wouldn't hit the same without the crazy shit lmao. Urusei Yasutora ended the season the only way it knows how, absurdity. 7/10 |

| Tomo-1 Queen Contest!! of course Ataru pulling out another Shenanigans. What an absolute chaos finale... I can't stop laughing watching this it. All the VA must be so much fun recording this. as someone who never watched the OG, i'm pretty satisfied, it's a lot of fun and entertaining. Can't wait for Part 2 in 2024. 7/10 |

| I guess it makes sense cause it was animated by JoJo animation studio. This reminded me that classic Lum often used the Ultraman Beam pose to zap Darling as well as many other techniques which were references to popular shows and movies from that era. |

| Love the animation in this. Very colorful and a good mix between old classic artstyle and giving it a recent look. As for the anime itself it's good. Really reminds me of Ranma (Same creator) but I do like the characters in Ranma a bit more at least for now. 7/10. |

| Always wanted to watch the OG urusei yatsura but since it's so old and those animes tend to be slow I never ended up watching it. Glad they made a remake of it, cause I absolutely loved it. |

| Amazing how the final episode(of S1) encapsulated the series(at least the remake) so far. Full of ridiculous(I love the ones where they embrace the ridiculousness) slapstick humour with a great albeit small emotional moment at the end there. |

| Now David Production can pour all their work into animating the immensely powerful female characters in the ring. Ran's scheming messed it up for the other contestants and herself. Sumire Uesaka's cover of the original opening? That's really neat. Ataru and Lum were about to have their moment and it got taken away. Looking forward to season 2. |

Thank you, Ran-chan, for the non-consensual yuri and for being the catalyst for that one Sakura scene ( Ν‘°( Ν‘° ΝΚ( Ν‘° ΝΚ Ν‘°)Κ Ν‘°) Ν‘°) So-so anime overall. Only 3 or 4 episodes were actually funny whereas the rest was filled with boring skits, some really annoying characters and way too much shouting. Lum was insufferable from beginning to end and I'm still wondering how they are gonna make Ataru fall in love with the person who abuses him almost on a daily basis. Not gonna lie, I felt bad for this kid during almost every episode. 5/10 |

| I've never watched the original Urusei Yatsura anime but this remake had amazing art! Some episodes were cringe but last episode was amazing! |
| Haven't seen the original but I enjoyed this version a lot. Loved all the characters. That was the most fun part of the show. Can't wait for the second season in 2024. Lum X Ataru is very cute. |

| I think I watched this more for the OPs and EDs more than anything. They were bangers. I slowly got used to some of the characters especially once they started to calm down a little off their exaggerated selves. Still, it was kinda more like a putting up with them thing. Wasn't super fond of the anime overall. Admittedly, 80's anime moods tend not to be my thing with some exceptions (usually things that are more grounded in reality are fine for me). And sure, this is a reboot or yadda, but it still has a lot of that same energy. Oh well, I tried. |

| Really funny episode, I love Ran so much . I think it was a good conclusion, even though he end felt pretty forced. The characters just feel a lot more shallow in this series which is a shame, but it's still an enjoyable remake. I'm excited for the next season. |

| Even in this situation, Shinobu's abhorrent admirer still appears. Ran kissing all the opponents except for the aware Lum was so petty, but having animals for actual foes was unexpected and... wild. And Mendo shouldn't have introduced himself, but whatever, he lasted just a few seconds. Ran pleading Lum for support seriously seemed like Frieza asking help from Goku after all that infinite battle between them and every evil thing the former has done. Well, at least Ran gave everyone a reverse kiss just in time. What a weird way to end everything, random cameos and the original opening theme playing. Even if i won't ever enjoy Urusei Yatsura as much as Ranma, i'm glad i saw this remake and i'll watch the next season too when it will be time, even if aware that it will be hard for my favorite episodes of the original series to return. |

| Since it's a remake of a old series you can feel that it's a little dated and extremely tropey. Doesn't change the fact that it's still a really entertaining fun watch. |
| As someone who didn’t watch the original anime, it was pretty enjoyable with good voice acting, directing, and comedy. Thanks to it, I’ll now watch the original at some point. 8/10. |
