| Welp, we get the classic festival episodes with all the girls dressed up in their yukatas. I suppose they were originally trying to give Saki more spotlight with the awkward kiss segment. However, now they are all involved. Naoya wasn't prepared. The most entertaining part imo is Naoya carrying Shino. She looked so out of place there LOL. |

| Yeah so in this ep Naoya pretty much said he's avoiding anything Rika related because he doesn't want to fall in love which if we reverse means that Naoya will definitely fall in love with her if he didn't which is on character I would say. So why didn't he think the same way with Nagisa? He could have avoided Nagisa the same way he's avoiding Rika in this ep and use the same reasoning of he doesn't want to fall in love with someone else since he already has someone special. What makes Nagisa and Rika different again in this case? |

| What a great episode! Lots of good moments for Shino (her feelings seems to be growing even stronger) and Saki (almost kissing). And that ending with Mirika, gosh the emotions! The mood changed from sad to very sweet in 2 seconds thanks to what looks like to be an almost accidental declaration of love/interest from Naoya. Perhaps one of the most well-written moments in the entire series imo. I liked it a lot :) |
| I love how Naoya treats Mirika lol 21:25 The Muse Asia subs translated this as "I just can't fall in love with you" but the actual line is "I must not fall in love with you". The Crunchyroll ones have "I can't let myself fall in love with you" so they're fine. |

| Man... Mirika always gets the short end of the stick. But I think she got it the worst in this episode. It legit made me sad how he gave her the cold shoulder. And I don't understand why Naoya thinks it's okay to two-timing but somehow three-timing is bad. Welp the end implies that she's ok with it because Naoya will eventually (definitely) fall in love with her. Saki's fireworks plan wasn't so great after all. Because of a stupid mistake, nothing is going quite like she imagined. Lmao so Shino is the accidental perv. Naoya always feeling up that premium butt and chest. It'd make anyone jealous. |
| Naoya's warped sense of morality in his romance thinking is just hilarious to me. Ririka gets the short end of the stick each time, love how Naoya just ignores her and runs away. Seems like this might be a two-parter, and that could be very entertaining. Shino continues to have the best moments though in my opinion. |
| This was an episode for fans of every girl, well maybe except Nagisa but she had a few moments lol. Opening up with Saki about to get smooched up was great, I had a feeling Naoya would be all for the kiss when he found out lol, too bad Saki wasn’t feeling it, and I can’t blame her giving it’s her first kiss and everything. And next up was the summer festival, it may be nearly Halloween for us viewers but I always love a good summer festival, and just when you thought something as simple as a kiss was easy to do, you’d be wrong because they immediately got separated lol, this wasn’t a bad thing tho because it made for some great moments. Of course Naoya has to help everyone before he goes for the main objective lol, it’s admirable tho, and it would be very hard to leave a crying Shino behind if you ask me, and it wouldn’t be a Shino bit without some more accidental fanservice lol. And it was really interesting to hear why Naoya didn’t reject Nagisa for Saki’s sake, yeah it’s still silly but I kinda understand what he means, and hey it’s worked out so far so I guess he made the right choice lol. And lastly, the moment with Milika near the end was really sad at first, I thought we were seeing the official rejecting of Milika for a second but it ended up being revealed that Naoya has been avoiding Milika so that he doesn’t fall in love with her, that’s very interesting to know, it has me wondering if the harem route is possible. That aside tho, I’m just glad this didn’t result in a sad Milika, she might not be my favorite but I do think she’s great and would hate to see her truly down. |
| This was another case of me getting confused and taking a second to process the fact the episode had ended πππ I actually feel so bad for Rika. Like she’s the only one who gets left out. Naoya is going to mad lengths to avoid her which is both hilarious and really sad for Rika. Naoya is unintentionally at times a really good mc. Then at other times he can be way to honest and it backfires for him. I may be a anime only but I know how the manga ends and after seeing the last few panels of the manga I’m very curious to see how this season goes. Especially considering how much he is avoiding Rika. |
| Sakisaki needs to seal this first kiss with Naoya. I love her, and she deserves the 1st spot. The girls looked cute in their Yukatas during this episode. I liked that scene with Rika and Naoya hinting that it's not that he hates her but that falling in love with her would jeopardize his relationships with the rest of the girls. I look forward to how this develops and Rika getting more screen time. Sakisaki is still number ONE! |

| Team Sakisaki!!! I really hope for a good ending with all of them +Shino. I also love how Naoya is actively rejecting Mirika to protect his current girlfriends. It's why Naoya is a great harem protagonist. If we also get more Shino, it's a masterpiece. |

| So Saki is Naoya's first girlfriend and they haven't even kissed?! I didn't realize that so I agree with Shino in how surprising that is. Meanwhile Shino is getting felt up and spending the most time with Naoya... accidental perv indeed. For a minute I thought Rika might actually give up but of course she won't after Naoya said he can't fall in love with her as I'm sure that's now a challenge that Rika has accepted. At least all the girls looked nice in yukatas and the show is as entertaining as ever. |
| Naoya grabbing a random loli while Shino is looking the other way lol. Man, I remember the Mirika scene from the manga, it made me feel really bad for her... again. But in the end, she has a chance, yay! Shino always having those perverted accidents is hilarious. She wondering why she always gets her breasts and butt touched xD. |
| This sure was an incredibly generic episode of romcom/harem anime. The only thing that made it different is Mirika continuing to get shafted for some reason, because of Naoya's weird stance that two-timing is okay but anything more is not. Also, way way too much of Shino. Her presence is just obnoxious at this point as she's trying to bulldoze things along without any actual consideration for how anyone else feels: she constantly says it's for Saki's sake, but Saki is clearly uncomfortable with how Shino is trying to force things. |

| With the first few episodes of season two, we can see that the author is trying to make up for Shino's missing parts in season one. Actually, this episode is similar to other episodes in that it's difficult for Shino to accept the fact that she loves Naoya. I also want Shino to be one of the main's girlfriends (you know, she's cute and very shy). Mirika already knows that the main character really cares about her, but if the main person pays more attention, it could make the main person fall in love with her. |

| Shino, an accidental pervert? Seems legit! XD I do appreciate Shino doing her best to try and get Saki to have her first kiss, although in cliched fashion, she felt overwhelmed and bailed out, promising to try it during the fireworks festival instead. All four girls looked beautiful in their respective yukatas and seemed to enjoy their time browsing the stalls, eating the food and also for Minase to flex her skills at fish scooping. As before, the interactions between Shino and Naoya was pretty amusing and thanks to her braking her shoe strap, he carried her and a random loli as he tried to help out while also trying to find Saki and Minase after he and Shino got separated. It was interesting to here from Naoya about why he didn't reject Minase's confession, even though he does admit that Shino's criticisms of his actions are correct. Mirika did get the screentime she deserved, but she seriously got the very short end of the stick here with how Naoya kept trying to ignore her, which made her pretty mad at him and demanded to know why he's keeping this stance on her. I do like her, so it's no surprise that I felt really sorry for her during this part of the episode after he told her that he's stopped watching her online content, but Naoya then dropped an admittance that he's going out of his way to avoid her stuff to make sure that he doesn't fall in love with Mirika, hence why he's acted this way towards her. I'm glad that this has given her some new hope. Overall, this episode was pretty entertaining, so I look forward to seeing more of Saki and Minase with him at the festival next time. |

| another pretty good episode. in this episode we explored everyones true feelings for each other in depth (minase had her chance in last episode, the others have now). felt really uncomfortable to watch naoya set the "mood" while minase has to watch that. shino's treatment of minase is not good but i can see where she's comin from. naoya's little speech has got to flip some switch inside shino. hearing him talk abouy being true to what he wants even if it is not normal etc. has got to make her think about her love towards him. it is building up towards the big reveal. cannot wait to see how it happens and sakisaki's reaction to it. really made us feel bad for mirika in the last scene there lol until naoya's confession of not wanting to fall for her came. that saved it. i kept feeling bad for he as she was the only one being left out or not treated the same as other girls. naoya is in for a good shock when he finds out shino loves him haha. 5/5 episode again. looking forward to next one. |

| Ah, the classic fireworks festival, and Shino wants Saki to one-up against Nagisa, though Saki hasn't really got that far in the romance development with Naoya. But still, it's daring for Shino to call out her best friend to kiss Naoya in the open, as if her life depended on it. Naoya proceeding to force a kiss out of Saki, with both Nagisa and Shino being serious about it, it's a do-or-die affair. As much as Naoya has already developed his feelings for Saki, and the latter wanting to kiss him, but she just could NOT do it for the life of her, and wanting to delay to the fireworks festival...which, yeah. With the trio of girls and Mirika together, the quadrant of girls in their yukatas, Naoya feels impressed by all...except Mirika lols. Nevertheless, the kiss is stll on Saki's mind while the others enjoy the festival as is, and Shino will always be the accidental pervert master at best. Even then, Shino feels that while Saki is good for Naoya whilst nudging him to be real with her, both of them getting lost at this time...is not an ideal miss. Saving a kid who got lost and Shino together, Naoya tries his best to meet the timing before the fireworks start, but Shino had gotten injured herself, and Naoya has to piggyback her to safety. Knowing that he has both realms to love between Saki and Nagisa, and by two-timing them it would definitely feel wrong, but honesty is the best policy, and being truthful is better than keeping each other hurt. Mirika has to block Naoya's way at the critical time, and it's clear that he has absolutely no interest in her, though she has for him. Naoya's two-timing has already made things bad, it'd be worse if Mirika is added into the mix, but it seems that he's aware of her as well, in a way that he can't quite tell her so. Also, Nagisa's proposal when the fireworks have been released, what could it be? Feelings are defintely not jumbled up together in this festival... |
