| Ruby can morph into Dia's motorcycle and give some upgrades to it. wow! GanbaRuby! (Actually, she did it once) Yohane, Chika, and Dia, this is literally GuuRinPa trio It's (A)washima time. This version of Mari seemed to be far more mature than the normal Mari. It's time to save the school uhhh..... save Numazu Some nice references towards "Katie" and "Scarlet Delta". |

| lmao this episode was wild. best episode so far they made demon lord mari so cute wtf. i felt sad cause she was lonely, but now she finally got someone that might be considered a friend, at the very least, someone who is not scared of her. considering her age is undisclosed and she is a demon lord, who knows how long she has been alone |

| Wasn't expecting Mari to debut this fast in this universe since she's the demon lord here, also both Chika and Dia are now the one with chuunibyous, it's underwhelming for me to hear Chika saying, "Chika ja nai", but without adding "Katy!" like what our mainline Yoshiko/Yohane does. Also, damn, they really make Mari the opposite of her mainline counterpart, she is so gloomy here. Things that I can't comprehend is Ruby going inside Dia's bike and how the hell are they still sisters in this universe while Ruby is a goddamn fairy? Gotta wait the next episodes to disclose this lore, also it seems next episode we will finally see Kanan and You's debut. |

| A lot to unpack in what was the best episode so far imo. Let's begin with the first half of the episode: a whacky mix between a sentai/action show and an hilarious comedy. I don't know what I liked the most between: Ruby being both a fairy and some sort of AI for motorcycles, these action scenes with Chika flying through the air (I think a reference to when she was trying to learn that difficult stunt which involved backflips in the original 'sunshine'), Chika and Dia funny nicknames (and "big mom" haha), the arguing in the middle of the battle, Yohane being "koneko-chan", or how Dia is in charge of a secret organisation fighting evil (seems strangely fitting), and Chika's quirkiness made her seem much more like the Chika from the original 'sunshine' than in the previous episode. Then that second half: so very strange/mysterious with some fairy tale/rpg game vibes, and that adorably cute scene between Yohane and Mari, which also serves as efficient exposition of the town's situation. A very good and interesting episode imo: it tries a lot of different genres and atmospheres in one single episode, and it works really well I think. I mean, I was laughing like crazy in the first half, and being all "awww that's so cute" in the second half. I think it also had a decent number of 'sunshine' references (Chika's mask for example, and what I mentioned above). Overall my favorite episode by far I would say. I was already waiting impatiently the next episode every week, it's going to be even harder to wait between episodes now!! |

| Best episode so far, a lot of good action. Motorcycle Ruby was great. I wonder how they’re gonna explain that she and Dia are sisters in this universe if Ruby is a fairy.. lot of references to OG sunshine during the sentai action sequence too! Love Mari’s design in this. Her personality reminds me of the first Aquors MV. Was kind of sad seeing someone who’s so bubbly and cheery normally be this depressed. |

I was saying I feel like they’re doing a good job and, as someone who hasn’t followed Sunshine/didn’t know anything about the characters, I don’t feel lost or confused. Like if they’re doing references or whatever to the original series, they’re doing it in a way where it’s not ostracizing me from regular fans of the girls. ^^ |

| I really loved the way they did Dia and Ruby in this lol, wasn’t ready for Ruby to become the motorcycle and Dia looks really cool in that suit, as well as when she was kicking ass alongside Chika in her masked hero look lol. And the music playing in that part was really cool, reminded me of Saint Snow’s songs, and it’s also cool to hear about some of the references I didn’t know like Katie and Scarlet Delta, one of the reasons I haven’t stopped doing mal posts is for cool stuff like that. And we got to see Mari in this episode too, she looks really cool in her Demon Lord look and her home was also very nice looking. It was also surprising that her personality is pretty different from how she is in Sunshine, I like it tho, it’s a different flavor of Mari lol, but it is sad how she’s lonely, hopefully she can visit Numazu soon and meet the other girls. |

| Damn so much trouble just to beat 2 deers lmao Sentai Chika and Dia must be the sickest thing I've seen this year XD I got to see more of my Ruby ❤️  AND MARI, OMG MARI, SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL HERE, I WANT TO SEE MORE OF HER!!! I love her deep/serious voice, it seems a lot of the girls have slightly different voices to their idol/original counterparts, I noticed it with Chika too, shows that these seiyuus have grown a lot since the Sunshine project started, I love them all ❤️  |

| Tsundere/gloomy Mari is something I didn't know I needed till this episode. And she looks so pretty! Easily the design I like the most among the girls. Second one being Overwatch Dia. Fun episode overall. |

| when i saw screen devices and motorcycles it seemed yet another different series... what's next, the return of Cyazalea Kiss? That song and this show after all have both in common the beginning as a april's fool and then becoming real... Mari is finally here (and obviously Kanan is left for last again) but her attitude is overall cold this time. Oh, yes, i forgot, if Ruby and Dia are still sisters, what happened to the younger one to be shrunk in size like that? |

| The episode was pretty much half of this, half of that. The first part was an homage to Kamen Rider and Power Rangers, but the next part was rather something like Archenemy And The Hero (Maoyuu Maou Yuusha) did at it's first episode. |

| LOL, the family's the town's protectors. . Also, Love the fusion of magic + tech they're giving. They literally have Ruby the fairy merged into the bike. . BTW... so... Yohane's gone "Yuuki of Princess Connect" and gave everyone else "power ups"... huh... (Yohane's harem? lol) . TBH... this is one of the best Isekai I've ever watched... and that's with this series being a "chunni" of the original Yohane and it isn't an actual Isekai since Yohane didn't actually travel between worlds unless ppls really wants to count "inside her head" as Isekai. And that's without us knowing if this is actually inside her head or a parallel universe. |

| I just noticed this involves sci-fi and fantasy together, which seems okay. The world of Numazu is still opening up with new settings, creatures, and mysterious forces. Now, seeing Mari with a different personality is odd compared to the other alternative universe, but still, the story so far is very interesting! |

| If you tell me that this show is just a marketing campaign that combines aspects of Japan's entertainment and culture, I'd believe you. Also surprised like the others at Mari's characterization, and even more so at how Ainya was able to deliver. Its really inspiring for someone who had watched the original LLSS back in 2016 because it shows her growth and experience. All the more true now since, based on MAL, she's also the most prolific seiyuu out of Aqours. |
