With the bandits rounded and preparing to be deported to the Country of Retes, the rewards are handed down from Casserole's orders, and both Marcarullo and Luminito earn a bag of barley and a sword, though their liberties are limited to what they can do. However, the mistake of going into the shed where the bandits are being held, the head bandit is still off the loose, and both Marc and Lumi naively followed his orders, resulting in him getting his sword back and hurting Lumi in the process. The crisis isn't over yet... While the head bandit escapes with Marc as hostage, Pas takes matters into his own hands, with the traps still remain activated to stop him in his tracks. Pas defending Marc from the bandit with the least of his abilities, but he'll not abandon him. Tracing the horseshoe trails, Feuille fears for the worst with the half-cut sword, and came back unscathed with Marc, though he can't let his replication magic be known to the outside world, with a rather lengthy lecture from Casserole to Pas. Marc being regretful that he put Lumi on peril, Pas tries to comfort him, while bringing his ingredients to make apple bonka pie, to bring smiles upon everyone's faces. Though Glacage is angry that Marc hurt Lumi, he can't think of a better idea than to offer her to him as marriage. A nice end. |

Oh I'm glad that no one died because the previous episode it look like a lot of people died. Yeah, I know everyone think that Marc is stupid, but realistically he's just a kid. In fact Pas is actually an anomaly one. On the bright side Marc actually create a situation for Pas to test his magic on-the-fly. Boss of thief get away, it's a bad news for sure, but it's also necessary in order to bring a new unpredictable plot, and also because he's hot LOL, but Pas's dad is still the hottest in this anime. But for now I hope for peace, this anime is lean too much on fighting instead of cooking, until the balance is achieved I don't want to see another battle. |

I know Pas is the OP protagonist and all, but that shouldn't have worked. His Dad's teleportation was quite slow to activate, and the replicated version should have been the same or worse. |

Kids are forcibly dumb for story 'development'. Sugar and bonka are not precious and not hard to get cause who remembers previous episode world building. Replication should not be used for food and ingredient but to copy spells. Key is not to do it before your sword is broken and you are about to die. Just wait for that critical moment. I repeat: running away too early is prohibited. |

I kinda wish the show was just about Pas using his copy ability to outsmart opponents and now that idiot Marc is going to have that tomboy smh, the end was like "oh shit right, this show was supposed to be about sweets". |

Another lackluster episode. Though finally, some gourmet aspects are showing up, it's bland. Another worry is the pace of plot development. It's already 3 episodes, dunno how many it's gonna be total but most probably 12~13. That makes it highly possible that in the last episodes events and plot would be rushed. I really hope I get to change my opinion in the coming episodes. |

Ep.3 is 💩!!The writers pushed the plot forward in the stupidest way possible. The plot about Marcarullo destroyed my morning mood.To show Pastry's ability to make desserts, there is absolutely no need to design that scene. The first time I registered on myanimelist, I just wanted to give this episode a bad review. This anime is reminding me of The Aristocrats Otherworldly Adventure from last season, where the little kid MC wows people all the time with his power (and now his baking). Not much going on in terms of sweets, baking and the likes though, it's neither a slow burning and meticulous show like Bookworm Isekai, nor is it him making a lot of stuff every episode (detailed as well), like in Campfire Cooking in Another World, it's just been an underwhelming, bog standard Isekai so far, with the tiniest amount of the content we're expecting/wanting, sprinkled through out. Just like in Mashle with Chiaki's voice, Ayumu Murase is starting to grate on the ears, so many roles recently. His voice is too sickly sweet. |

Wish there was more cooking, but liked the apple (bonka) pie at the end, and sounds like it will be more baking next episode. I kind of find the "me'lord!" stuff a bit annoying 😅 but I guess I just have to buy the people of this village really loving their fiefdom. |

Where the fuck did the sugar come from though? This guy rich or something? And Pas is just using his rare goods at will lol Marc is pretty dumb yet then again he's probably like 9 like Pas but still that's dumb even for a 9 year old. I kind of hate they have Pas able to use any magic he wants now. It was way more interesting having an ability that he replicates things person to person like injuries. Now he's just another overpowered isekai MC *sigh* The whole comment with Pas using food metaphores saying Marc inproved his flavour profile was so weird sounding i just laughed even though it was clearly meant to be serious. |

An already wonderful outcome was almost completely compromised by a 'shounen arrogance'. Fortunately, no one died but the main enemy of the encounter got away. Looks fun and cool with some pie but it looks like the actual conflict stems from someone up in the nobility after all. |

Im curious if it's going to address the fact that given the local and what seems like a semi-medieval technology and world how hard it would be to come by things required to make genuinely good sweets? But I think I got my own question answered by this simple fact: Pas, "now then, what should I use to replace Cinnamon" later on Hi everyone App....I mean Bonka pie for everyone! Also, Pas is the MC but c'mon using his father magic that is slow asf on a dime it's ridiculous to say the least. |

I guess our MC's cooking goals are pretty much a sub-goal and this series is getting into more of a strategy kind of series... lmao Well, it's welcome for me nonetheless. |
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

Another bad episode. The plot was just predictable and boring. Low Budget strikes again with the sugar sounds for flour. And Glacage has the biggest screw lose. "You almost got my daughter killed! You're the perfect husband for her!". But I guess you need to force the romance, eh? But with the 3-episode-rule fullfilled, this one is an easy drop. It was somehow even more painful to sit through than the likes of Incest OTK Neesan and The Maid I recently hired is a Pedophile. Quite the irony, since this one does not have any revolting sexual desires, but is about sweats, of all things! Anyway, I don't think I've ever seen a show as generic, boring and cheap as this one. Such a filthy cash grab! 1/10. |

Better go investigate and leave the entrance unguarded when there are two kids RIGHT IN FRONT OF US" and then that orange haired kid listened to the leader of the bandits? WHY? That was honestly so painful to watch Other than that though I guess this episode was fine? I'm still not sure if I'm going to watch all the way through though |

Oh boy, another one of those shows where they introduce a mechanic and then fail to realize its potential. Ooh, he replicated burns, why not cuts on back, legs and arms. That's right because then the rest of the episode wouldn't have any plot left. What's that? He was left in dungeon for two days starved and tied in darkness, god forbid he replicates those feelings which we've been already told would normally drive everyone insane. What's that, teleportation spell has a weight limit and his father can't teleport with horses and the other guy... good thing they won't have to do that at the end of the episo.... oooh. Lucky them they were just under that limit. It's painfully obvious this show is going to be plot convenience galore and it's a drop from me. I kind of wondered what they were going at with this whole making cakes thing, but in reality, nowhere. Perhaps at later stages. At this point it's no different than any other issekai with huge issues in story telling. |

And this is just my observation, so i might be wrong about this, but i think the teleport has a limitation. First, it always cast to self. Second, he need to touch anything he want to bring during the teleport. Touching a hostile bandit with sword is not a good idea. Teleporting to drown an enemy or even worse as his father said teleporting deep under the ground is a suicide spell. |

Then when he crossed the sword with the chief bandit, teleport self and him into water, then teleport out. Or better yet, teleport him back to village and they can get the money they need. I mean it's a plot hole and there's no way out of it. it's just bad idea to come up with something that overpowered and then pretend it's not a problem. If they set up the whole thing in a more sane manner where for example casting such a spell is too taxing for his small body. Sure, we could believe it. But they didn't. More to the point they are trying to portray him as exceptionally smart but he fails at figuring this out. MeanEYE said: He just realized he can duplicate the teleport when chasing the bandit leader. Just imagine the scene where all the bandits shit themselves and they don't know the reason so they have to retreat or sit on a horse in squishy manner. But in my opinion, crossing sword doesn't mean you touched the bandit leader. Also reread what his father said, if he messed up the teleport into a solid rock then he will immediately dies. Without proper casting the teleport is very inaccurate. There is big difference on how his father cast the teleport in first episode and how Pas cast it in this episode. I assume he just get lucky with the teleport this time, he probably also didn't teleport directly back to the village but somewhere nearby. About the burn, that is something that i am still wondering. I have the same exact question as you. My current hypothesis is because the source of the burn is no longer exist, and only the scar remains. and duplicating scar to an enemy doesn't really do any damage to the enemy. When he duplicate the burn in the previous episode, the bandit is still hurting from the recent burn. Maybe it is a moot point to discuss his ability right now because i think the actual limitation of his duplication ability is not properly explained yet. |

What a garbage title. The author show us bandits raiding a whole town sacking their supplies and killing people even raping women and dumping their bodies and setting fires to the houses and what the MC and HIS FATHER WHO HAS TELEPORTATION do? Let the bandits escape so that he can reorganize and do banditry again. I can't with these stupid japanese authors. You show us bandits being terrible and you let them escape without repercussions. And the stupid kid didn't get disciplined. Not to mention the whole MC wants to recreate sweets has taken the backseat in fact he don't even do that he does that off-screen. Dropped as well. |

I thought the show and the kids were doing pretty good until now, but TBH I just lost some respect for the anime and the kids for doing that lame trope of "stupid kids get tricked into releasing the bad guy". Yeah they're still kids, but that's just too stupid for that Marc kid, and incredibly annoying and frustrating to watch. Even the MC was stupid to be fighting the lead bandit, regardless of having to rescue Marc and having teleportation magic. It would have been infinitely better if the lead bandit just escaped on his own, and stumbled upon the two kids instead. Marc could instead then feel guilty for being unable to protect Lumi, and we wouldn't have had to suffer watching stupidity play out. |
