| I was really surprised how much I enjoyed watching season 1 every week. Leon being dick to everyone was so entertaining. I ended up reading a bunch of summaries and spoilers for later events in the wiki because I didn't think this would get another season. Might start reading the light novel but otherwise I'm looking forward to season 2. |

I know LN is probably better, given it's one of the most recommended LN I've seen. But is the adaptation skipping too much or changing things? If yes, I'm going with LN. |

Only thing we can do is pray they adjust the character designs so they are at least tolerable this time around but that's unlikely. Still I'm proud of the series for being able to get a 2nd season despite the poor quality of adaption. Goes to show how enjoyable the story and characters were. It's like overlord all over again where they didn't expect the series to perform well so they didn't give it the proper staff and budget it deserved yet still ended up doing good. |
