Well, I'm kind of glad that fun things come so quickly, too.
Next year, another Gintama spin-off anime will start...time flies.
I still can't get used to saying “X” either, I have a strong twitter image of it. Oh, by the way, I thought that this work is a bit similar to Gintama in its flippancy, so I'd like to recommend it.

As for X, the production is moving along at a slower pace...as the official character settings and such are being uploaded little by little. I'm sure we'll get some footage of it in motion at Jump Festa.
I think the first illustration of the birthday PV looks sad because the color is based on blue or light blue. I think the red and black colors usually used for Gintoki's clothes would lessen the sad look.
