| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Finally new OP and ED. Joined by others. At this point, Sakurai-san's character still use life to get someone to help him who doesn't listen to him this time and finished him. Twins from the enemy got bomb-like hands to eat Sakura-san's character's dead body and released clones! The two higher up wanting him to look after the mysterious girl, who now a member. The other girls interaction w. him after the war. Resetting mother shop. Aoi-san's character sad to see clones felt she's disposable. Mysterious girl is persuading what her partner wanted to say. Another enemy, who Shimono-san's character seems to know her. She came to check on main guy. |

| Bah... the anime skipped Luther's transformations. :< Was hoping they would include at least one of the transformations (like they did with Dark Falz Elder, the anime skipped the intermediate transformation but still included Elder's huge transformation). They're probably not gonna appear in the anime at all, so I guess this isn't really a spoiler anymore, in the game these were Luther's transformations: - https://i.imgur.com/7lr9TGh.jpg - https://i.imgur.com/aYzoEKr.jpg The 2nd one would have been especially nice to see animated since it has some sort of time manipulation abilities... (stuff like Luther doing slow attacks with shockwaves that take time to appear, or attacking very quickly) |

| Luthor is gone now but from the the episode turned peaceful till about the end that is. Looking at the characters tho i guess Io will be playing a big roll in the future judging by the attention she is getting. Not to sure about Lisa tho she seems importuned but she didn't get that much screen time yet this doesn't say anything for the future tho. I am interested in Io tho she seems like a nice character but i wonder about her background a bit. |
| Nice they killed Luther and things are peaceful for the time being. Matoi looks even cuter in the new outfit and hairstyle. From Affin's reaction to Dark Falz Apprentice, it looks like she might be someone he knows. |

| The council though sure had a fun time dishing out payback to Luther though The defeat of Luther though sure paved the way for a very real threat in the form of the Gemini twins though who are much more of a threat than Luther ever hoped to be. Its nice that Matoi's able to join the team on missions now though. Her new uniform really suits her. Klariskrays little talk with the Lilipan's though was pretty interesting as it showed just how insecure she was while also providing an excellent opportunity to show how much Matoi had changed so far. Overall a decent ep that managed to blend in action, plot advancement and character development pretty well. Though Luther was a decent enough villain its nice that we finally get to meet the true villains of the series in the form of the dark falz one that Alfin certainly knows. |

Here's the synopsis (it's not spoilerish but putting it under a spoiler tag just in case): This short arc is central to the whole plot and it will probably last 2 chapters (judging by the chapter names, since they are using the same ones as in-game), and... man, I've been waiting for this forever... --- Anyways, about chapter 16, it was pretty great. I miss seeing Loser's transformations plus everything was a bit rushed, but overall I'm quite satisfied. (For those wondering, Luther's Dark Falz form is "Dark Falz [Loser]", a name given by himself 'cause he's a sore Loser... as well as a pun since Luther and Loser are typed the same way in katakana (ルーサー). I'm amazed subs didn't get that much.) Klariskrays' scene was also really well done, way better than in-game IMO, and it was about time we got to see [Apprentice], tho I was already expecting to see her this chapter since it's kind of a pre-requisite for the next of the plot coming up. |
| Luther has finally been defeated (and kicked by his associate adorable Dark Faltz [Gemini] lol) and peace has returned for now. Judging from Afin's reaction there at the end, I guess Apprentice has his sisters appearance or something. |
