| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So this group of characters exists to solve cases together... Huh, the concept sounds familiar. However, I was not expecting some fairy creature to show up for the first episode. Not sold on this yet but we'll see. The overall premise sounds interesting and it has a balanced lighthearted and more serious tone for the episode. |

| OP looks interesting. The song is rock-y, too. Suspicious midnight job, and first co-worker he met was Miyu-Miyu's character, who seems to be a lab person. Ex-British guy who looks like a lady that was being used as a "girlfriend" of another co-worker and ex-host (Maeno-san). His first job starts on April Fool?! lol~ Investigating Another, the creatures normal people cannot see and call "occult". Learning his first job... and taping "keep out" (seal). Couple of Tengu and Angel, the creatures that fight. Fighting for eloping couple that they got out. The fighting affecting people. Other two not knowing the reason... It seems like only the main character, newly entered, are the only one who understood what they said. Old tengu calling him "Seimei Abeno"? ED is nice, too (Latin style?). |

| Not too bad. The bickering and bantering was pretty entertaining for the first half. I didn't care as much for the 'feuding families" (or species) trope. But it turns our our MC can understand their language. Not super hooked yet, so but maybe I'll stick with it. |
| Oh, i really like the premise about this organization looking over the various ''hidden'' races. I didn't expect the members to not actually understand what they are saying though, really? xD Well now, they got a translator :D Was pretty nice and i do look forward to more races and how the relations are going to be. |
| Not bad for a first episode... After the disastrous show from Winter (Mahou Shoujo Tokushusen Asuka), I expected something bad from this studio. The first episode is interesting. |

| The premise is slightly interesting but the execution makes it very very boring. The animation is bad too. I started yawning when it introduce the scientist guy with an explosion. Talk about originality. And what the hell with that scientist guy throwing a smoke grenade to a target so close only to implicate himself? |

| They try to make an anime version of special unit 2 it seems. Seems pretty average as anime and the only think I dislike is mixing angels in all this. They should have kept to their own mythology |

| I usually tend to drop these kind of anime half-way through the first episode, and especially with the bad score I almost didn't even watch it. Glad I did in the end. Ok story and pacing, solid art through the episode, likable characters, I'm actually looking forward to the next episode. |

| I really enjoyed this first episode! I loved how it started as a regular crime series before the occult kicked in. The characters work very well together and the animation is great so far. I am wondering what the old man at the end meant with 'Abe no Seimei'. Well, I guess we will figure that out next week! Oh and I also loved the ED and OP! :) |

| Interesting show. I was expecting less from it based on the current rating. I like the concept, but it does seem pretty generic and has some pretty overused ideas. I think this one will be pretty enjoyable and not overly serious. |

| Not a big fan of the whole "secret magic society" trope à la Harry Potter/Fantastic Beats, but I think this show could end up being fairly fun. It reminds me of Double Decker from a few seasons ago. I also like that it seems to have a strong central theme going, namely communication. I hope they get to explore that theme deeper as the show goes on |

| Similar to that series that aired a few seasons ago, but based on yokai instead of drugs. The characters are a bit more grounded in this one, and the eccentricity that bled all over the other series is significantly reduced in this series. Relative to that other series this one is much more palatable, but I wouldn't say it did anything particular outstanding either. |

| Interesting to say the least. After my disappointment with Lidenfilms previous release last season, Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka, I was curious to see how this one would go and so far I'm pretty intrigued. It' pretty much Men In Black but with fantasy creatures instead of aliens and instead of laser guns they have other methods of dealing with their subjects. Decent start so far, let's see how it goes from here. |

| I was expecting this to be bad, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The jokes were funny, the voice acting is nice, the art and animation were great, the soundtracks were nice too, and the concept was quite interesting. Fukuyama Jun playing a character that can see youkai reminds me of Watanuki. I think some other actor should have taken the role, like Irino Miyuu. Well, this isn't a complaint; just something I thought. I love Fukuyama Jun's voice! |
