Action was a bit fast and episode was more lighthearted in nature again. I like the overall buildup though with the exploration of the world fiction continuously in this series. Not sure what Nagate's future and in stored for him but I think he can manage. Quite an ending also.. |

| The emphasis on the rice ball... "Safe!" Nagate and Izana living together. The new place with a path for itself too. Tsugumi is pretty bold! The new weapon's destructive power, but the placenta moving is even more interesting. |

| Tsumugi and Nagate's formation scene was awesome, especially those exhaust-lookalike contrails. They both seem to be very compatible too! Nagate must've enjoyed looking up them yellow pantsu. He kept his eyes on until she turned back. GG! :9 Izana being tsuntsun with Nagate was pretty cute! You know she'd move in with him any day, anywhere. :3 Tsumugi asking to sleep with Nagate was adorable! 10/10 won't be able to deny her "Dame.. desu ka?." That new weapon at the end was quite amazing! Kunato's grinning face though.. XD Decent episode. PV for next week looks great. It's gonna get intense! |

| Pretty great episode yet again! The SoL stuff is always amusing, but the ending certainly took the cake this week. Holy shit, they didn't just include the trademark weapon of Blame!, Gravitational Beam Emitter in Sidonia! That's awesome. Fangasm |

| That BGMusic while Tanikaze was catching Izana was epic! and the slow motion FPS were awesome! Tsumugi's acceleration mobility was insane! You perv Tanikaze...glancing upskirt to the girl of the Residence Bureau. "Beautiful Pipe"...she has a pipe fetish! Yuhata also have hobbies of small scale models of Gardes and not only that! It includes the fictional weapon Graviton Beam Emitter. Izana was very cute because she was a bit annoyed to Tanikaze, because he was not being too aggressive to her. haha it's moe! Tsumugi want to sleep beside Tanikaze...of course he would agree, but he can't sleep at all! Sidonia has a new massive weapon...also a gauna hybrid weapon. Which can go all wrong...look at those creepy tentacles that creeps like vines on the cables. That dwarf planet was hit like a blackhole like magnetic field suction...cool animation! 5/5. |

On another note, like always I watched Sidonia with my best Sennheiser headphones to appreciate the magnificent sound effects. But stupid me didn't turn the volume down when they fired that cannon and as result the ringing in my ears won't stop. |

| I swear, watching Tsumugi flying through the pipes was kinda exhilarating. I'm wondering how she managed to find Izana's home the first time though, it's not like she had a map or anything. And just how long can her "Dolphin" form get? Tanikaze moving into a place on the outer wall just to be closer to her, and inviting Izana to live with them, was kinda meh. I really don't know what to think about that. Not that I don't like Harems, just that it was all too sudden ("Hey, I got a new place, thanks for letting me shack with you, now come shack with me..." seems a bit too fast, no? Specially since she already has her own place and all). The house was beautiful though, I liked the external design a lot. It's gonna get even more crowded . The last scene was interesting. Kobayashi pushing forward with the testing despite the risks didn't bode well, I was expecting shit to hit the fan sooner rather than later. From the preview, it seems the GBE's Guana parts were taking over its mechanical parts and turning on it's hosts. I'm excited to see what happens next. |

What is Kobayashi planning? The GBE is in the Sidonia manga, but the anime retconned how it was introduced. There's a few other things they changed - as I mentioned in another thread, they introduced the Tsugumori Mk II a lot earlier than the manga did. Not that that's a bad thing, it's strange to manga readers though. Differences below for anyone that cares, spoilers beware: |
