Unfortunately, that announcement is only for the simulcast. Funi didn't mention home video rights anywhere in it. Sometimes that company announces home video rights right away, but in most cases, that doesn't happen until months or even a year plus after the show starts airing. Funi tends to make the final decision as to whether they will or not based on the viewing numbers for the series in question. Only when they announce home video rights is it considered a license and would be put in the quarterly license acquisitions post. |

Well Well, this is a surprise, so another new Uk Anime Distributor has opened up. Last year we got Anime Limited and now this. it's just shows just how much the anime market is growing especially in Europe now which is catching up with the America's and they have Chaika which is already a title on to buy list. |
