| im watching this gain because it is one of the best shows out there. in my opinion its the only magical girl show that doesnt annoy you with stupid xformations and costumes. it has a pretty good story driving it too. well as with any magical girl shows, the xformations are still...well kinda lame but anyway...the costumes are pretty good in this one so ill let that slide. |

| Well now, that was certainly some awkward animation... Doesn't help that my damn brother kept laughing at the magically teleporting gigantic fringes every character has. I was expecting more that's for sure, but it was only the first episode. We'll see. |

| Hmmm the animation is very incoherent between scenes. Sometimes it's very simple and edgy and then it suddenly become very detailed e.g. when Nanoha is asking her father if they can keep the ferret. Look at the hair, hands, facial expression - it looks just completely different (reminds me a bit of Kamichu! animation). So I don't know, different staff with different attitude toward animation doing different parts or what? |

| Uh, this transformation scene is far too long - it's not bad... but still. Also - I dunno why, but somehow this show reminds me of Ai to Yuuki no Pig Girl Tonde Buurin - also known as Super Pig. I'm not used to watching this kind of shows, but hell - it proved to be better than I had expected. |

| That was a long transformation scene. Sometimes the animation looked pretty cool, and other times it's just average. So far though, this looks a lot better than many other mahou shoujo series. I don't know if it can top Cardcaptor Sakura though. This looks like it will have a different tone to it. |

| That was plain boring - aburido! For some reason Sailor Moon was better from the start - she had personality at least! There's absolutely nothing original with this one. I can only hope it gets better but I doubt it... It looks a bit childish too |

| Wow, her father is like the father of all Average Highschool Male Students, with that design. She's pretty OP for a nine year old. Well, I guess most protagonists are already like this, but all of her feats will be based around the fact that she's in third grade. I am disappointed that the first thing I noticed in the ED was "ass". |

| The animation quality randomly turned super fluid a couple of times. I don't know if I liked that or not. The transformation was really good but I'll see what I think of it after seeing it a bunch more times. |

| Weird ass animation changes between scenes make it difficult to get used to the style. Unusual, but I hope they put less effort into later episodes, because it really is distracting. |

| Well, we get bombarded info from start, about family included.. I feel that maybe much of this info isn't going to be even used later, exposition is a bit too much of everything.. Well, maybe this exposition shows what is important to Nanoha - her family, what they do and are, and feeling a bit left out.. Well, will see.. But well, she has friends at least, who are giving her seat in the center of all things when she shows.. ;p Friends reacting when Nanoha talks low about herself by throwing lemon, lol.. ;p Well, her friends are great.. And family lets her keep pet despite having a cafe.. I'm somewhat worried about forming a contract without conditions.. Nice weapon and armor! Highly practical! ;p Nah, of course, who cares about things like these, style gives the most evasion points after all.. ;p Yeah, why "Lyrical"?.. Looking forward to learn this.. |

I found it weird that the parent looks like teenage so in the begging i was like so they are teenage parents but they show the older kids and i was like oh they dont know how to draw older people they show a female doctor who also look like a kid. |
| Enjoyable start, it took me many years to finally start this, I have always heard bout the series ever since my beginnings into MAL, and this work is popular with many people that dig yuri, with Nanoha x Fate showing among the highest ranked pairings... sufice to say I m here for that, even if there is a fine line that will never be crossed, I think I m going to enjoy this series a lot. Nanoha seems like a good girl, but even if she was annoying, I would still keep watching for Fate since she just have a very cool design, really looking forward to see Fate vs Nanoha and how everything is going to evolve over the course of the series. The ferret was surprisingly cute.
