| MESSY-chan is kind of cute. Okay, so Rui is a guy.. He uses GALAX to save people from a milk disaster. And he's going to use "The Crowds" in order to save more people. So is he a good guy or a bad guy? In other news, Utsu-tsu gets more lines and Joe's going against that lady thing. I'm kind of confused, but I'll keep watching and I hope it clears up. |

| I'm still kind of bored but I'll keep watching for Rui because cute and the social network thing because it's the only remotely interesting thing about this show. I'll probably regret this decision. |

| While the story is a bit confusing and/or weird, its messages get across very well and I really like the themes this anime tackles! Social networking, human nature, society in general... but also interpersonal relationships. This anime feels very authentic, while at the same time being absolutely delightful to watch and having a great OST, too. I can't wait to continue watching! So far it didn't disappoint. |

| Okay I didn't expect an episode based on saving the world from spoiled milk haha Interesting themes developed: p2p coordination versus hierarchical information flow? Though Galax is not truly p2p given the presence of X, of course. So, Rui was criticizing people who're afraid of taking action out of fear for the consequences (reputation, etc), and they're his true "eneimes", as opposed to "selfless" cooperation promoted by Galax? It seems like the location of the first MESS encounetered by Hajime (in ep.1) is the same as Katze Berg's attacks on people (the red "arc" and a staircase). She(?) also appeared on top of the "arc" in ep.1, and she also seems to know Rui (and is even able to talk to him via...telepathy?) The masked guy made a call (we saw him on the train in ep.1 and in the OP). The chosen 100 from Galax, huh. Gatchaman team also has numbers. The statue Joe was running next to looked like a family holding a...bird? Birds are important. Rui with a mic announcing a "game". Is "Crowds" some sort of hivemind superpower? P.S. Interesting color choices: Utsutsu's is yellow and green, and her "partner" (they're living together) O.D. has yellow nails and lipstick, and red eyes. Hajime and Sugane - yellow tie, yellow hair, similar uniform. Rui and Katze - red and black (in Rui's case the red/black dichotomy is resembled by glasses, nails and the dress). Maybe I'm overanalazying it. P.P.S. Rui's girlish outfit has a skull symbol, and the boyish one's got a bat symbol. Hmmm. P.P.P.S. Hajime made a red origami rose, and Rui's bed also had a rose ornament... |

| The first 2 episodes were kinda mediocre, but in this episode, they take the story in a more sociological direction. I was planning to drop it after this episode, but I'm now interested to see where this goes, so I'll stick with it for a bit longer. |
