| The race begins and intense from the getgo. Things weren't looking good for him and he already got overtaken but my man just built different lol he already took back the position but damn again. He looks fierce though. Episode ends with preview and to be continued. And that's a wrap. Fantastic season again and I'm super looking forward to upcoming stuff. I prefer this racing style over Initial D's vs ones so personally enjoying this a lot. Prolly gonna get upto date with manga soon even though I prefer watching this type of content animated more. S3 officially announced! |

| Damn, this was hard to watch. Down to 7th place without using the second gear at all is already quite the feat. but it really beg the question, how much further he could've been had his elbow in prime condition. "Gearbox issues is showing his real driving potential" - that's really saying something! And that declaration to fight back? How the heck is he planning to turn this around, geez. Ren-chan will be devastated if she found about this, for sure. On the other hand, we got some good some nice Kyoko-san moments too, lol. It's been a very tense season, and I'm looking forward to more. |

| Yahh I think I'm done with the series. Dude is literally and figuratively crashing out on the sense of his "Racing pride." IDK what bro is trying to prove in the race, Ironic how being illogical is his personality yet the "bravery." He is trying to show is pathetic. Its like the saying goes "A hard head makes for a soft ass." |

| That drama in the previous episode felt really forced no matter how I looked at it. We get a season 3 confirmed (obviously, given how the season ends midway through the race) but no dates for now so maybe its during the same season in 2025 (October 2025). |
| The elbow injury Kanata got when he saved Ren prevents him from using 2nd gear. From his qualifying time, the commentary booth and his rivals are all surprised that he is falling behind one by one, suspecting gearbox trouble He has moments where overcomes the pain such as his comeback against the BMW. His handicap is on himself, the driver, not his 86, this time. Nonetheless, he eventually fell back in the standings. Sena acknowledges him as a "brother" with the same inherited "Gunma pride". He's going to face the worst falling all the way to last place. |

| With the injury to Kanata's elbow, performance may be deteriorating, but Ogata and Okuyama has his back just in case of any situation. The finale episode being the opener to the Manazuru Peninsula, and putting the focus on Kanata and the unproven Sena, the former is slowly getting beaten off the track with the jump in gear shifts, and this definitely caught the other competitors offguard to overtake him, which for a course of this magnitude, should not have happened. Kanata faltering now, right at the very start, it's proving difficult for the cars behind him to overtake due to the narrow roads. For a race this magnitude, Beckenbauer keeping a slow pace certainly doesn't help much for the cars on his tail since he doesn't have to work hard for it, and as everyone starts getting worried for Kanata to overtake him soonest with no second gear, it's only down to his skills to show what he's made of. However, the way that he's responding back to Ogata being at a loss, it's a needed sacrifice for him to push the limits against Yanagida's M4, which got him back to 6th. Leave it to Season 3 to continue this race, because Kanata's spirit has not wilted yet, in the face of a serious injury, landing himself in dead last. |

| Season 3 announced! It will probably be released in October as usual. Best case since Season 3 will have a heavy Summer vibe, hopefully, it will be July instead. It would've been better if the season ended when the race was about to start. But it ended literally at around 2.5 laps instead. Like, why? |

| No date when S3 is gonna get aired/released... I secretly hopes Takumi comes back and have a few scenes with him. Even if it's just like teaching Kanata another move or so. Like how Bunta sometimes (randomly) teach Takumi some stuff. |
| Another show that I’m not exactly gonna miss, but I will be continuing to season 3 since I’ve stuck it out this far. This is the most difficult spot we’ve ever seen Kanata in and I am curious how he’ll get out of it. No 2nd gear, in pain and falling behind the race. Gonna take a miracle and some extreme luck/skill to get out of this one Seen some people aka why he didn’t take pain meds, um I hope yall are smarter than this irl because pain meds are the last thing you should be consuming before getting behind the wheel lmao I wish they’d give Ren an actual personality instead of just simping over Kanata and being eye candy. Overtake for example was a racing show, but had great characterisation and some cool female characters. Here it’s obvious the author just wants cool racing scenes and Eurobeat which is what it is. |

| What a beast, despite the pain and the frustration of getting gapped on an already underpowered GT86, Kanata managed to brave through it, believing in himself that he could maintain his spot and still have the balls to risk it all in the danger zone, the truest essence of a spirited racer. Balling it through sheer willpower on top of a solid foundation of techniques. Ren better watch the race closely and bow to the floor if Kanata were to get an L here. On the contrary, due partly to his exemplary skills so far, nobody ever entertained the thought of Kanata underperforming. They take the scene as is an concluded that he somehow could not use the 2nd gear and chalked that up to gear failure. Yet despite that, he's still out there performing his damnest even against the likes of a BMW M4 DTM. This entire incident made his skills so much more celebrated than ever before. As was the case with S1, season 2 ended the same way. It ends just as the race is heating up, now in the peninsula. Seeing that there will be a season 3 (I think) is pretty nice, let's keep the Eurobeat going and please do adapt the entirety of MFG as did Initial D! This series is very under the radar for most, but where else can you watch a recent racing anime? |

| As of right now, I will give it an 8/10 but since Ren was not a well-written character, I will drop it down to 7/10 because the show will still be enjoyable to watch without Ren existing in the show, there are other girls in the show that are way better. Kyouko Kurihara and Nozomi Kitahara for example. |
| am i curious to see what happens next? yes. is this a good show that is enjoyable to watch? fucking hell, no. who is charge of the songs? why the hell was there an energetic song blasting when kanata was hurting and being overtaken by everyone? then there was no song at one point when he was doing decently. |

| It was sad watch how the pilots overtook Kanata!!! The advance of the new season I didn´t like because seems that Kanata ended very injured for this race!!! I can´t wait for the next season1!! kekeke |
| This wasn't how I expected the episode would end at all, but it does well to get the hype up for the upcoming 3rd season in the future, though. My prediction would be that Kanata would retire from the race, but it does look like he'll be in it for the long haul. Not using 2nd for as much as possible does hurt him badly on some parts of the track, but you can't tell that he's doing the best he can given the circumstances as was shown with some brave fights on the faster corners. I also like how Ren used her opportunity while being questioned to voice out her own shortcomings with as much honesty as possible. I think her friendship with Kanata will be fine if she uses what she has learnt to improve herself as a person. Overall, this was another enjoyable season of MF Ghost, with the 2nd race being a joy to watch from start to finish with some awesome overtakes and new and older Eurobeat songs being used really well to drive the hype up even more. 8/10 |
| I didn't notice that the show had finished until coming here. It's an abrupt ending, but far better than the finale of Hoshiai no Sora or 7 Seeds. |
| It's just frustrating for Kanata's injury and they don't understand why he drives like that... but he's still trying and wants the 1st place no matter what, we'll see how it goes for him in the 3rd season. |
