Hitoyoshi can't really stay away from Yuki at all. Yeah, he's in love with her but they're practically inseperable at this point.

Tears were flowing down Yuki's face again. Feels like she gets more emotional than ever in these episodes. Hikage's confidence is also showing. She's lowkey getting character development since becoming friends with Yuki.

Nah man all these Yuki tears got me about to come thru the screen and beat some ass. Everyone who ever hurt or wronged her needs to suffer lol.

Things are definitely getting awkward between she and Hitoyoshi but that’s just because they’re both realising how they feel about one another and neither have any actual romantic experience. Cute socially awkward knuckleheads lol. Poor Hitoyoshi thinking this is like his childhood crush, but it’s totally different. What you had then and now were both love just at different points! Stop pushing Yuki away and just be honest.

Naka continues to be an amazing addition to the cast, giving some awesome advice to Yuki about letting all the sadness out. I can’t fathom the amount of mental and emotional issues that Yuki has to have being raised as a weapon and separated from her family/sister. Again, goes back to the Violet evergarden comparisons. Naka might be younger, but she acted like the big sister today!

Also, I wish I would’ve seen this ep before I went to a shrine in Fukuoka because I had no idea how to pray at a shrine and felt so awkward 😭

Hitoyoshi’s dad is here! This’ll be fun now lol. I’m still thinking the dad might be Yuki mentor or somehow related to the assassin order.

Obi Wan says to "Search your feelings" Hitoyoshi. And once you have have got a handle on them, sit close to Yuki and discuss them. You already have close friendly, mentor, and household relationships with her. You are not going to 'ruin' anything or run her off by sharing your feelings with her.

Yeah Hitoyoshi got a bit annoying in this episode by causing misunderstandings but at least Yuki got out of the house and met with her friend Naka and was able to learn about Japanese New Years traditions. Regarding the end scene, I'm curious to see how the interactions between Hitoyoshi, his dad, and Yuki will go.

So his dad is away for long periods and Yuki just happens to get recommended to his house. Seems pretty obvious where this is going.

STOP MAKING HER CRY THOUGH YA SCRUB! >:(

Looks like I’m not the only one that got a bit annoyed with Hitoyoshi in this one, I get the lad has some trauma from the past but it’s unfortunate that he doesn’t realize that he’s not gonna be pushing Yuki away by being honest with her, bro done went and found Yuki’s infinite crying glitch by trying to cover up how he truly feels lol. And then after doing that, he knocked out on the couch because I guess he lost that much sleep with her hopping into bed with him, I kinda get that part but he chose a bad time to be perpetually asleep, oh well, I’m interested in seeing how the stuff with his dad goes tho, and I should probably give the guy a break on his birthday lol.

But Hitoyoshi’s blunders weren’t the only thing in this episode, Yuki still had some good bits through her crying with the classic New Years shrine visit along with Hikage, and Hikage had some good advice for Yuki regarding her endless tears, I also gotta say Yuki’s VA there was killing it, she really nailed the talking while crying. And this is sadly ending next week, I’m really glad I ended up not skipping this show, it’s been an absolute delight on Saturday evenings.

Wow, Hitoyoshi! You made Yuki cry for an entire day, and you should be ashamed for making a beautiful woman feel that way. I hope Hitoyoshi gets his act together and tells Yuki exactly how he feels so that she can return to being happy. It was hard to see her so sad, all because Hitoyoshi couldn't come to terms with his feelings. Let's hope we can soon see Yuki's beautiful, radiant smile again. I'm also concerned that Dad wasn’t too upset or hurt because no one met him at the airport, and I hope nothing bad will happen because of it.

Looks like Hitoyoshi has committed a heinous crime of making Yuki cry multiple times. He's guilty, I tell you! GUILTY!!

In all seriousness, you can't completely blame him for his past experiences in romance being a total disaster for him, so it was understandable as to why he tried to distance himself a bit from Yuki, but in such cases like this, he only made things more awkward between each other.

The way how Yuki cries in an instant over many things was amusing, but I'm glad that she was able to talk about issues with Naka during the girls' shrine visit. Her kimono looked very cute (Same with Riko's fluffy and cute kimono when she appeared earlier) and she was able to reassure Yuki successfully.

Now that Hitoyoshi's father has finally return to Japan, I can only wonder how the last episode will play out. Most importantly, I do hope that Hitoyoshi can clear his awkwardness with Yuki and get back to what the pair do best together. =)

Damn, Hitoyoshi really screwed up his relationship with Yuki in this episode. Though, to be fair, I can't entirely blame him - his unresolved issues with his mother and his childhood heartbreak make him doubt Yuki. Still, it was very frustrating to see Yuki break down in tears, and even more so knowing everything she's already been through.

But those tears weren't just for Hitoyoshi; they were the culmination of all the pain Yuki had kept bottled up for so long finally spilling out. Thankfully, Naka was there for her, explaining and empathizing with her struggles. Now it's Hitoyoshi's turn to step up and truly understand her, just like he did before.

Finally, Hitoyoshi's father has entered the picture, and I can't shake the feeling that he's tied to Yuki's past in some way. Let's just hope it's not someone who's already hurt her.

What have you done Hitoyoshi?

Death! That's the very least we want for making her cry 🤣

Also, next week, does this series end? 🥲

For the first time seeing Yuki now who is emotional, But I think Yuki's personality is gradually getting better.

Meanwhile Hitoyoshi who has problems in love seems like it will be difficult for now, but it will be interesting if we see how he develops with Yuki in the future.

Maid-sama was crying a lot. A lot. Like no matter what happened, she suddenly cry her eyes out. The romance was brewing towards the end of this season (I hope)

Hitoyoshi once having a romance that failed because he couldn't understand what love is, is his affections to Yuki the same as he understood love, or something else?

It is obvious with Hitoyoshi's flustering feelings that he's experiencing a love dilemma over Yuki, and with the chance to do early spring cleaning around the house, Agemochitaro's furry blunder closes in on the affection meter of a drenched Yuki wanting Hitoyoshi to rest on her lap, to then weep endless tears because he rejected her sincerity, this is creating quite the awkward relationship between the two that's exacerbated since the beginning of the show.

With Hitoyoshi out to God knows where for the bit, Yuki is left to do her usual shopping routine and walking Agemochitaro, and the prospect of Yuki still weeping tears does not make it any easy for him, plus the arrival of his father impending on New Year's Day...which just so happened to be his birthday by chance. Riko being there to receive them, but not being able for them to follow her to the shrine visit, that's OK, until Naka's reply to Hitoyoshi came along for the maid to follow her instead. For Yuki to feel the same as Hitoyoshi, but worse since her tears couldn't stop flowing from the sad feelings she's been bottling up, Naka is the thankful friend to accompany her vulnerable side.

Hitoyoshi's father is coming home...and things are about to get messy...

This is quite the emotional episode. Recounting the stories of the past was a touching moment. He tried to confess back then, rip to how that turned out.

But now we have the meido who can soothe people having nightmares. Truly waifu material in a meido. Honestly feel people dragged the show's average down a bit too much earlier in the season, not like she isn't likable. Classic for Yuki to get wet herself while mopping.

She even invites endless lap pillows, such a W. How can anybody resist.

The fact he has her cry from that.. what an L move from him. I wanted a dogeza from him immediately. The most uncool you could be. Please give Yuki hugs.

Welp, time flew by with them all being emotional huh. Family back around in no time. Nice that they have a get together after the new year for his birthday. Birthdays around holidays can be tricky to juggle.

Actually now, her being so sad is really sad
