| Hands down the very best anime of the season and that's on period |

I agree that, in one way it is cool that there is representation, but on the other hand it seems that someone with less power tried to incorporate the theme in the story and a more powerful, maybe director or something, said "if we are putting this character there, then we need to disclose to our viewers that the character is biologically male". Also, the demographic is seinen. Maybe i'm making it up, but it really feels like something fake and that isn't well built up. I've seem lgbt characters in other series and it felt so naturally incorporated (the theme, not gender kind of "natural") it made me proud. Why? Why can't people just officially be called what they want to? Why is there need to know other's biological sex when it's none of their business? I get it that "omg it is Japan", but i have had enough of this, this kind of wording is conniving with established patterns ruling society that just are unfair. Anyways. Mitsumi and Shima are so cute. Other than that it was another really great episode :) Just kinda worried for Shima. What happened to Ririka, and does Shima only stay in contact with her out of guilt? I hope it will be explained in the last 4 episodes. I'm watching the Pose tv series and just loving it. |

| Still dislike Mika but I'm really enjoying the continuous characterization she has been receiving. Her forming a bond with Nao-chan was unexpected but I'm loving that development so far. As for this Ririka chick, she's practically manipulation (or even blackmailing) Shima through guilt so I'm not sure how the anime will manage to make me feel empathy for her. P.S.: Omfg, people didn't notice Nao-chan was trans till this episode? Smh... |
| Damn their 'date' kinda too short to be honest. Curse you, summer heat! But well, with that, theres an unexpected connection coming from Mika and Nao which also create a more backstory info for those Mitsumi's aunt. Interesting flow by that, and hope to learn more about it. Alas, the story needs to jump from one scene to another. Where the complication coming from our handsome boy, Shima and his family relationship. Whatever that means, its including those red-haired model into the picture which honestly not looking so good, so far... So contrast by how Shima doing thing on the night, with the talk about the relationship, and such. Mitsumi and her friends simply having fun with the pajama party as the theme. As its should've been Shima honestly been doing and care, with his short high school life. Let's see how its roll on the next... |

| Besides the fact that Nao-chan is an amazing character, I wasn't expecting this sort of dark twist between Shima and that model, and also the fact that Shima's home life might be hella complicated as well... I wonder how Mitsumi will react when the time comes for these truths to be revealed to her, and I really wonder if she'll do something to help Shima, I can already tell the next episodes will be spicy so can't wait for the next one already. |

| It feels like we still don't know anything about the man, Shima's one mysterious guy. It feels like it's a little too early to judge but Ririka was kind of a bitch. She didn't need to guilt trip him like that |

| I love Nao-chan in this episode! ๐ She's looking out for Mitsumi but also giving some advice! But Ririka sucks lol I'm sorry but Shima-kun needs to stand up for himself. The way she was talking to him and how she went as far to talk bad about Mitsumi and how she said he isn't allowed to live a happy high school life seriously raised a red flag in my head. Idk she just rubbed me the wrong way here. I'm assuming Shima-kun had something to do with her drinking alcohol at a young age though, but even so |

| Mika's the type of girl you can't help but cheer for. She's flawed but unlike some others she doesn't take things for granted and works hard for it. I hope she finds happiness. As for Ririka and Shima, seems like they both got roped into trouble which led to scandal and possibly why Shima quit acting and why Ririka's the way she is now. |

| Nao-chan can be pretty cute acting sometimes. A lot of dialogue between the characters in general seems pretty realistic to me they aren't just trying to be pushed into very specific narrow anime tropes. Ah so that's the relation that model has with Shima she has a grudge against him and he feels he owes her because she says so. |

| Clout chaser and cringe lol The little zoo outing was cute! Mika is going through a rough time, I wish she would put everything aside and started being a little more approachable. At least she realizes she's the problem and is somewhat actively trying to fix it. She's trying too hard. Poor Shima got involved in some drama and now isn't able to live like a normal high schooler since the girl has a grudge against him. Leave him alone!! It seems like Shima holds resentment towards his parents and little brother since he was a child actor. |

His low self-esteem and family circumstances as direct reason for it are probably preventing him doing that. |

| I relate to Murashige alot about being stuck with a friendgroup you don't belong with. My closest friends are pretty ghetto now just because of where we live, and even though I enjoy hanging out with them alot I still feel like I have to watch my mouth and not say anything embarrassing. That model girl seems super high maintenance, sheesh. I wonder her past with Shima and how she's probably threating him. |

| mitsumi's aunt is so cool! also, the model girl's relationship with sousuke is so messed up. i don't know what happened yet, but feeling entitled to not let someone be okay because of something they did is such a petty way of getting even, but also very relatable to the teenage experience?? which makes me really excited for the growing everyone's gonna through as time passes |

| That was fun, especially his joke about his outfit and the panda. A glimpse about his personal life, his parents had a new kid and it makes him feel a certain way which might be related to his acting days that is probably related to his relationship with the model-girl. So that's why she's basically acting like she owns him or something, yikes. |
| I don't understand at first why Mika needed to follow Sosuke and Mitsumi at the zoo, but it actually made sense and I understand her feelings. I'm glad too see her character development. Nao chan gave her a nice advice so she stayed with Mitsume at the end. Sosuke seems to have a dak past that involved Ririka. |

| Ririka being like that stereotype of a famous person, from what we have seen. I guess she is the villain for this show and they will have a showdown in the future. Guess that is why Sousuke was afraid to have her snoop around. |

| I really like how they are developing Mika's character, it's only natural for her to not be too excited about the date between Shima and Mitsumi, but she also doesn't want to ruin the date or anything. Also, Nao-chan being worried about who's this Shima guy was actually funny, and she even helped Mika in her inner problems. It seems like Shima has some home problems too... Although it was implicit that he had some family problems, it's the 1st time they actually adressed it, and it seems like his family pays more attention to his little brother than him, and overall, it seems like he doesn't have much of a relationship with his brother. I'm glad Mitsumi didn't let him just give up of giving his brother a gift. Mitsumi has been such a ray of light into Shima's life, and she doesn't even know it. Although it was implicit since episode one, I think this is the 1st episode that they confirmed Nao-chan is trans, and I'm honestly really happy, because it's good to see more inclusion in anime, and I think this is the 1st anime I've seen with a trans character! Also, Nao-chan is just amazing. Sleepover party was wholesome, and once again, we can see the internal fight Mika is in, with wanting to be part of that friend circle, but not wanting to get too much involved with Mitsumi, because she's afraid she will end up together with Shima, her love interest. The last part of the anime was the most intense, where we get to see that the model that appeared last episode actually got her career destroyed, and it was due to Shima... It seems like the rumours she has been drinking since 6th grade come from there, and Shima was the reason why she was there in the 1st place. It's understandable she can't really forgive Shima for that, but it seems malicious that she's still after him, and making sure he isn't able to live a normal happy high schooler life after that. But we also don't know for sure what Shima did to her... Shima's plot just gets thicker, and it seems like his whole life is a mess... For me, this episode has been the best so far. It perfectly gives the relaxing therapy the other episodes give, but also gives a lot of plot details and progresses with the story, and the episode was actually quite intense towards the end. This anime is getting better and better. |
