This episode gave us all the explanation needed.

Still bummed by the fact that it's only 18 minutes per episode.

^ So am I, the shortness of the episodes beyond the first one is my only complaint. Aside from that, great episode as always. Loved that little interaction between Akashi and Watashi—good for him! Well... that is if his plans don't get side-tracked by one onion-headed demon.

This is definetly the most entertaining thing ive watched all year, im loving the plot and connescting the little pieces of the puzzle

I bet the last episode will be a bit longer, as far as im concerned this is supposed to be a movie but Disney+ decided to fuck up the release schedule. Hell, evem MAL says the anime finishes on 12th of october when in reality thats the day ep 5 airs. Lets see...

This sequel has deepened my love for Akashi even more, she’s so sweet. Another great episode, this has been so fun to watch. Kudos to the studio for being able to replicate the charm and charisma of the previous installments, just wish they were longer like others have mentioned.

Another entertaining episode, and I enjoyed the reference to the Tatami Galaxy with the mention of joining the clubs. I do think the timelines are a bit needlessly confusing, but I think I can still keep up. Next week will be the finale, as both episodes 5 and 6 will air. Hope this ends well.

A lot of the time travel stuff got wrapped up. The main things left are Akashi bringing Watashi back, them going to the bonfire, everything with Tamura and the air conditioner. Great episode as always.

Well he does have a mole in the same place as Akashi does... :> But I doubt they'll explicitly confirm it, kinda makes more sense if they don't.

Same hair as Watashi, too...

Well that explains the events that led up to the first episode. Was wondering how the whole 'naked dance' bit came to be.

Jougasaki turning out to be the Kappa Lord makes total sense. With that statue looking like him and all.

Also loved how Akashi pulled Watashi away to tell him to invite her past self to Gozan to keep things consistent. Very happy about that and can't wait to see how that unfolds.

Doesn't feel like there's much more to cover. We can do the bonfire, and the remote will float out of the swamp at some point, preserved by saran wrap, but more time travel? I suppose we may or may not need to get Higuchi to the future. Hard to tell if him being immortal is a joke or not.

I'm a bit confused by how Tamura met himself? Isn't it a paradox?

All lose ends were tied, but there are still two more episodes. There's still the problem of future Watashi staying in the past, but that shouldn't take long to resolve.
