So sorry for such a late reply! I'm terrible at remembering mail msges..
I've been a bit too busy to consistently watch anime but I'm really liking your recs so far. I'm a little over halfway through Vinland S2 and am excited to see what will happen when characters who haven't seen each other in a while are reunited. I'm also really interested in Canute's character and how he's changed now that he's matured a bit. Looking forward to watching more soon :). I'm only a few eps in, but Grand Blue is pretty fun so far. The dynamic is funny and seems kinda like a college-age version of The Daily Lives of Highschool Boys (which I liked a lot).
As for recs, if you liked psycho-pass you might like ID:Invaded. The plot is significantly less polished, but I absolutely loved the unique futuristic technology and psychological/thriller aspects. I see it as more of an "it's about the journey not the destination" show lol. If you want something slower/episodic, I highly recommend the 2003 Kino's Journey. And lastly, as a more action/music rec, Vivy is also pretty solid. Let me know what you think if you end up deciding to watch any of them! I'm hoping to finish what I'm watching soon so I can start more of your recs. I'm interested to start Run with the Wind next.
ohhh ive heard a lot about it. ty for the rec ill definitely watch it soon:)
tbh, i think that you should watch the first 2 seasons of the anime first for a better experience.
the anime did a great adaptation
ik that they skipped a few scenes in s3 which is why i think you should read the manga after you've watched s2
it's really up to you tho
theyre both really great times to watch it in lol
i watched it between october-december myself and i don't regret it one bit
but i did read the manga in may and it was soso nice
so honestly, both works fine as long as ur in the mood for it
lmk when u end up watching ittt
ooooo
that's honestly very valid
it's been a while since i watched s2 so i don't remember much in detail but i agree that it was weaker than s1.
but i still enjoyed it a lot. do you think you enjoyed s1 more bc it was episodic maybe? bc i liked that more ab s1 for sure.
what was ur fav ep from s1?
Sorry for the delayed response! I'm so glad to hear you liked Psycho-pass and S1 of Link Click. :) Looking at your score, I'm sure we have similar thoughts about S2 haha..
I've been slacking on the anime grind recently but I'm liking what I've seen of Vinland S2 so far! Been looking for a change of pace so I may start Grand Blue once I eventually finish.
no worriess, im replying late again sry
