| Faputa has really stepped it up in this finale and I have to say, it's actually kinda impressive. Against all odds, I find it also impressive how much Reg and her group stepped it up in their adventure. Lot of tears were shed in this episode. I also find really incredible how they survived this adventure together, although Vueko took the hit. Will be miss dearly. 8/10. |

| after 2 weeks of waiting it's finally over this season ended so quickly rather sad faputa didn't join them Kevin penkins osts made this season godly made in abyss is a masterpiece amazing 10/10 hopefully, we get a season 3 one day it won't be for at least about 5 years as they caught up with the manga I shall wait patiently |

| Well... here it is. The end to once again one of the most emotional series of this year so far. I'm not a manga reader, so I had no clue if it was gonna be better than the previous season but I was not expecting something like this. One of the strongest things about this show is its world-building, which this season, once again proved why it's one of the best out there. From shreds of happiness in one moment to insane amounts of trauma and emotional damage to the characters in another, the show swings in both directions by perfectly balancing out everything. So many loving characters. Kinema Citrus definitely might've fumbled the Shield Hero this year due to production issues but not this. A very strong contender for Anime of the Year and a very well-deserved one. The story, the animation, and the immaculate soundtrack from the lad Kevin Penkin worked as the cherry on top. Very well-rounded show in every department, for me personally. Going forward from here on out, I have heard that there's not enough source material for a third season since the manga isn't serializing right now, So, I certainly hope that the GOAT will once again pick up his crafting tools for the upcoming adventures coming forward in this masterpiece of a show. Will wait for the third season someday in the future Maaaaaaaaa~ |

| Despite being double length, it still felt like 20 minutes. We got closure to everything, which is very nice. A very emotional ending as expected from Made in Abyss. I don’t think we will see this series again for some time knowing the manga’s schedule. We got at least a little teaser for the upcoming arc featuring new characters in the ED card, which makes me kinda hopeful for a new season or movie soon. A step up from the first season and on par with the movie.  |

| And so it ended, an epic emotional (double length) finale, that had it all .. with a promise of a new adventure with a new companion at the end. Now, i must say, as much as i did not liked the village arc, watching it within the spam of these three months, was way more enjoyable experience, than reading it in a manga format for years ... still, i think this was a huge pace killer for the whole story, and could have been avoided, but oh well. Can't wait for the next season in the upcoming century. |

| "And, no matter what I do, shell never come back to me" Vueko, noo 😢 Faputa's reaction also got me  You aren't alone feeling that way Jesus! That was draining, but I still loved it. The contrasting beauty of all the emotions you see within cruelty and suffering is what makes this anime so special. Amazing finale again. Really, how story, characters world, visuals and music come together is masterclass. Sadly we'll have to wait many more years for another season...maaa. menpe said: There were some panels in the manga where I couldn't even tell what's going on. | So messed up yet so beautiful, such a roller coster of emotions this finale was. Faputa's short backstory was sweet, she's adorable. Her bond with Gabu was really strong. The villagers offered themselves to Faputa, she finally fulfilled her mother's wish by destroying the village, RIP everyone. Vueko's final moments with Faputa was emotional, RIP Vueko. She truly cared for Irumyui till the end. Reg, Riko and Nanachi's journey continues and this time Faputa will join them too and I'm glad she will. Another great season from Made in abyss. Granted this time there wasn't much of an adventure but the world building and everything else was still peak. Really glad the adaptation for this season was still really good. Props to the studio and everyone involved, they really did great. I know manga doesn't have much material beyond this but a sequel will happen eventually at some point so really looking forward to that and till then sayonara~ |

| 10/10 PERFECT, a masterpiece, a true "Haku" of anime. In this anime the more gruesome and tragic the story goes, the more value you give to any semblance of light in the abyss, which scares and excites me to the bone. The mere concept of that idea alone terrifies me since it's very applicable in reality. |

| They never go short on gore, don't they? I mean how can as long as Faputa's around. Can't count the times I had to cover up my face while watching this finale.. even Vueko perished. Good guys just don't stick long in this series. Will always prefer that first season over everything, it's just that the standards were set high right from the beginning. Now the waiting game of eternity. |

| "Golden" Faputa just looks amazing, such a great design she has has throughout Vueko turning like that was sad but oddly the cyclops girl dying was sadder. At least Vueko passes alongside Faputa and returns to Irumyuui I hope Faputa does eventually join the group This has been an amazing season 2, from the visuals to the incredible and impactful OST to the plot and storyline. Big thanks has to go to the studio and the animation team for making an emotional rollercoaster of a series |

| That was an absolute masterpiece. The amount of emotions this season put me through. Those fucking stairs, seeing Vueko turn like that was just too much. The only minus is that we won't see another season for like 5 years at best? THo I'm sure the wait will be worth it Absolute kino 10/10 |
| A double length episode was perfect to finish this season, both epic and emotional especially at the end with Vueko's death scene :/ At least I suppose Faputa is joining the group on their adventures, that's the best I could wish xD |

| Gaburoon was a great unit. I wonder if some Hollows can see Prushka in a spectral form or just the voice really. And maybe Nanachi isn't a complete Hollow so she cant hear, with Mitty tanking the curse. Maa was really saying things, just needed a universal translator that is Faputa. Vueko was basically the true sacred treasure of the village. Well this is the end, now wait minimum of 5 years. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
