Yikes, Hunter is out and she's got a somewhat sadistic personality. The VA actually did quite a job at bringing her personality to the TV screen.

Not going to lie, this episode has a rather predictable style of storytelling at this point. It's gun action, squad based combat, strategic planning, etc. It's an anime that plays itself as a game featuring a prominent antagonist (Hunter in this case).

Yeah, I really like that Hunter. She's such a badass character.

Pretty good and action-packed episode as usual.

SOPII's behavior was so cute, haha. :)

Honestly, adapting the plot from the manga version of the game is the safest bet, and probably the only reason why I'm continuing to watch this in the first place.

Sangvis sure has some pretty good High-End models like SP-721 Hunter, and the Griffin T-Dolls going against it aren't gonna have an easy time taking it down while trying to save AR15. And just nice, a trailn derailment leading to the Sangvis turning on each other, and Griffin deciding to take advantage of a raid takeover of the transport base would be a crucial W.

Once again, M4A1 comes out on top and AR15 is saved. Only M16 is left to go.

On the whole, this episode was better than most.

Combat choreography is still too passive, but this episode is a major improvement over the previous ones.

I think the most notable item here is the increasing use of 3D gun models versus attempting to draw the weapons by hand. This was most obvious with M4A1, AR-15, DP-28, and WA-2000.

The artists still clearly have trouble animating the weapons while in motion, however, and there's an obvious transition from the 3D models used in relatively still spots as opposed to tactical movements, where the flaws in the hand-drawn models become immediately obvious.

Audio, both in terms of sound effects and music still needs much improvement.

Its nice to see Phsh41 and Scorpion again. Thats quite the design for a briefing room though. Still their recon mission sure ended up revealing some nice intel on Sangvis forces namely that they can create large armies relatively quickly. Still cunning as she was Hunter really underestimated things. The visualization of the dolls ability to interface with access conduits and hack into it was pretty interesting. Though Hunter's counterattack really made things tense it served as an excellent foundation for AR15 to counter from. Overall an excellent ep that featured a nice balance of action and character and lore expansion via AR15 and Griffin. Next ep looks like we get to meet UMP's team.

This was suprisingl satisfying episode. Animation is trash as always of course, I don't think it mattered that much and I ended grinn when it come to trainwreck scene. Also while I innitially was taken back by ST-AR poking Soppo with her gun, I concluded it's okay, ST AR always had worst trigger discipline in whole G&K after all.

And next episode we get 404. I actually have some expectation this time!

You know this anime suck and that it's not only becauseterrible animation fault, right? If anime got little creative and mixed things up, it could be actually as good as it deserve.

Was surprised to see WA-2000 here, but then I remembered that NTW-20 is voiced by Ai Kayano. I guess it was to be expected after they also replaced StG44 on episode 1.

I'm watching this because I play the game and have read the manga, and I can't say I'm impressed so far. The battle scenes are pretty slow and dull. The anime also isn't able to display as much personality for all the characters compared to the manga so far. (many of the humor in the manga is cut in the anime)

Kinda looking forward to a certain squad's debut next episode though.

This was a good episode imo, nice and action heavy once again, I thought it was cool how AR15 outsmarted Hunter, and I saw some of my favorites in this episode, including the WA2000, RPD and DP28. Definitely enjoyed this episode.

This was definitely a step up from the previous episodes. Not sure why, but I feel like things are starting to pick up a bit more, perhaps because the groundwork has been laid for the characters and the general premise, even for those who haven't played the game.

Loved the teaser at the end too. Can't wait to finally see Squad 404 and UMP45's smug smile next week!

I enjoyed this episode, because it focused more on the tactical aspect of infiltrating the base.
Therefore it would not have hurted, if they planned and described more.

The action part was also very well done.

This episode was OK.

Turned out AR15 let herself be captured so she can assassinate Hunter herself and take the base. She put her comrades lives in danger, they still had to come rescue her afterall.

I guess most people who are still continuing this anime are those who have played the game or read the manga.

The pacing of this episode seemed better than previous ones, i really enjoy seeing the tactics of planning out how they execute these operations, infiltrate the base, that kind of thing
Hunter is a cool character and the part at the end where AR15 poked SOPII's cheek was cute lol
That teaser at the end, we get to see 404 in the next episode! I'm definitely excited.

Alright, i decide to continue again, and its weird me out a bit when Gentiene choose to giving the rescue mission on her unit after all the no-no previously. Well, change of heart? But the mission seems tough enough by how big Hunter base scale there. With limited resources she had, especially considering all the firepower available, forcing to assault directly will be a suicide. But fortune suddenly comes down after chaos happened and its opened the possibilities to launched an attack. So, its later revealed that AR-15 to be the one who messed up with Hunter lead system making easier for her to hunt the hunter in silence. Quite irony with all the ambush setter being ambushed and hunter being hunted by her own prey. But, that's the whole plot of this episode while also contain how great and powerful AR-15 character as the individual doll with all her sharp talks toward even M4A1. Thats also a bit unexpected too having M4A1 almost couldn't control her patience even more than SOPMOD before. Still, glad everything turned out well, even though all shit gets down by a single girl. Lets see next...
