| Finally KnY S2 is out! the first episode is 1 hour long! As usual the animation looks stunning, props to Ufotable. Damn, it's so sad to see Kyoujurou's father start to cry. The scene where Tengen takes the girls to go with him is hilarious, Tengen really slap Aoi's ass, lmao. The OP was very good, Holy crap, what a banger! |

| Okay... so finally we have the official second season, no recaps (Kapp) just straight-up new content. And, we're starting with a one-hour special (not entirely true, but ok) which is equivalent to around 2 or 3ish episodes combined. The OP by AIMER was great with credits... LOL (shown later in the episode btw) Good to see that. It's good to see the boys back in the show (even tho they were here for the last seven weeks) and it's good to see all the new characters and some of the old ones like Akaza, the GOAT, Muzan the kid. Good to see Rengoku's brother and his father. Still, there's so much mystery behind Tanjiro's earrings. Uzui Tengen is such a cool character especially since his character design is so cool looking. Personality-wise, I quite like him. Well, what else is there to say other than that, the visuals look as good as ever, the OST is still top-notch, the main thing I'm looking forward to is the story, Is it gonna be better than the previous arcs so far? We'll see... |

| Good to see this second season airing and they managed to capture my interest especially in the first half of the one hour special. Zenitsu honestly is so damn amusing to watch. Sakonji was also fucking hilarious and I'm so happy to see the familiar cast back again! I personally thought they did a decent job at reintroducing the elements of the show along with everyone together while setting up for the District Arc itself. Once again, Ufotable marvels with its incredible talent of quality animation. An exciting season is upon us! |

| Dealing with the aftermath of Rengoku's incident, with Tanjiro visiting his house to convey those final wishes of his. Though it wasn't anywhere peaceful as he was thinking it'd be. But yeah that headbutt of his, still pretty much impactful as always. Glad it was a double episode special, so got to see the Hashira of this arc, Tengen Uzui. The flamboyant Sound Hashira. Can bet this would be one crazy arc. That OP though, pretty much on same level with season 1. |

| I forgot how hard to watch the aftermath of Rengoku's death is! Watching Kyojuro's father crying almost kill me. Perhaps he was rough when talking about his son, but I'm sure he's really sad and will miss him. |
| Great opening by Aimer, this seems to be really good. A great start with a hour long episode. Sadly, the house visit wasn't really peaceful for Tanjiro. But, we got to see Tengen. He got the best character design out of all the Hashira's out there. |

| So the opening curtain for the second season of this anime is finally opened. The 1 hour episode was just... a snooze fest. I was slightly excited about the first episode but it felt like a drag when I watched it. When I read the manga about this episode was perfectly fine. I dunno, I guess I wasn't in a mood? As we can see the elements from the first episode (I don't want to mention since you know it anyways) was fine. It had some cuts from the manga but it was okay. OP was just fine, I guess? I'm not a fan of Aimer but I'll just get use to it. Animation is okay. The characters are back so I'll look foward for the next episodes. The pacing for the next episode should be just right. 2-3/5 for this. |

| The aftermath of Rengoku's death in the Mugen Train arc hits more than most, especially now that we enter the Entertainment / Red Light District arc. The small filler leading to the new arc at the intro is so telling of the events coming up in this arc, starting from the Michael Jackson head honcho himself, Muzan, disguised in a kid form. I'd reckon that the Blue Spider Lily (the red version of that was prominently displayed in Season 1's ED), and that's part of reaching their ultimate goal of complete extermination of the Demon Slayer Corps. Akaza getting the brunt of Muzan's punishment is no consolation, and certainly he'll remember Tanjiro now. Zenitsu is still pretty much a joke, but ar least he's more down-to-earth now because of what happened to Rengoku. As for Tanjiro, breaking the news to the Kyokuro Family of brother Senjuro and father with his insides still in pain, while Senjuro is still in shock, their father Sakonji instead was blaming Kyojuro for setting foot on the Demon Slayer Corps and wasting his life on fighting demons while being drunk. What kind of father is this? The thing is, the earrings which Tanjiro was wearing, apparently was the first Hinokami Kagura a.k.a Sun Breathing technique, that against the former Hashira, could've stand no chance, and instead does his usual head-butting stance. The book of the 21st Flame Hasira Chronicle being ripped to shreds, and if it wasn't for that, Tanjiro could've saved Rengoku, even more so for Senjuro to become his Tsuguro a.k.a successor. Either way, the damage has been done, and they could do nothing but weep, espeically for Rengoku's father whom hid his true self against Senjuro to bawl. Haganezuka is back for more comedy and a game of tag for Tanjiro losing his Nichirin sword lols, thank God for Aoi to calm him down. The usual antics follow for training at the Butterfly Mansion, and everyone is more pumped-up, except for Zenitsu who stll needs the luring of Nezuko. Some really nice filler in this segment to display the fruits of the training, and the highlight is of course, the flamboyant former Shinobi Sound Hashira Uzui Tengen that's kidnapping Aoi away from Kanao and the other servants for the Entertainment District mission. Good thing Tanjiro is there to stop him, and he's OK with bringing the 3 of them along. Slapping Aoi's ass is so unneeded lols, but it does give Uzui some personality. Aimer's OP is as you'd expect, a banger. Overall, a really great start to the Entertainment District arc. |

| Kinda like a setup episode for the most part (though the scene with Rengoku's father was both frustrating and emotional but he genuinely loved his son after all) and now with Tengen (kinda weird) appearance the trio will follow him to his mission, sure that it's gonna be interesting this way, already a great start for the 2nd season |

| Didn’t know this was a one hour special but it was awesome. Great start to the new arc. The first half was definitely my favorite. Tanjiro visiting the Rengoku’s household and his interaction with Senjuro and his father was great. I wonder if Tanjiro will come back to train under Rengoku’s father, he seems to know something about Sun breathing. Rengoku’s Dad seems horrid from everything we’ve seen so far but he does care and I felt really sad when he started crying at the end of the first half. Hinokami Kagura is a part of the Sun Breathing class huh? I haven’t seen the written form of the attack but I’m guessing they start with the same kanji meaning ‘Sun’ but read ‘H-e’. I’ll have to look it up. I wonder if Tanjiro’s father was a former user of the Sun Breathing technique and it deteriorated his body. Tengen seems interesting, funny how he just ended up taking our trio along after that big ordeal with the girls but I look forward to what will happen in this entertainment district. |

| Once again RIP Rengoku, he really was a great guy. That said KnY is finally back and this is gonna be a wild ride with the chad Tengen. We even got to learn about Tanjiro's breathing style and apparently it's the sun breathing style which is the first ever breathing and every other breathing is a mimic of it. Makes me wonder how powerful it actually is. Decent start to season 2. The OP was great without a doubt as Aimer never misses. |

| PLEASE the beginning made me teared up, you don't know how much I'm missing Rengoku after his death while the others were crying makes everything 10x sad :(. Tanjiro is such a fighter and that's what I like about his character! Keep striving man and you'll end up bringing euphoria to the world you're living in! Wooh the entertainment district arc is starting to blur out! Also haven't read the manga because I'm an anime watcher for this gem right here. Also I didn't expect Muzan to have a deep voice when his eye was changing and I find it really intriguing to hear it lolol and I gotta say from what Akaza did to Rengoku, he definitely deserved the damage he dealt from his pep talk with Muzan :P Yk everytime I see episodes of Demon Slayer, I can't take it seriously whenever Zenitsu appears because he's always a pure comedy gold character to me and seeing him emotionless makes me sad but I'm happy that he sure still has a cheerful side but does began to act sneaky after exchanging the snacks xD Rengoku's death really influence their whole family negatively especially his dad having a negative thought about Rengoku's death and everything that surrounds him are full of threats :(( The fight between Tanjiro and Rengoku's father seems very tense and hard to look at ;( Tanjiro's reflection upon Rengoku's death somewhat gives me a lot of understanding about where Tanjiro's character will soon strive to be the best I hope! <- as he's going to gradually become a better fighter and train to become one in the following arc and so forth ;) Rengoku's father crying is showing so much emotion to how much he cares about Rengoku and I like how it's portrayed here. Ah yes, Haganezuka is utterly hilarious in this episode xD! Honestly Tanjiro running away from him until the daybreak felt so tiring and it would be more epic if both of them had a showdown but still poor Haganezuka if he gets hurt, he deserves at least some space! Wooh Tanjiro Zenitsu and Inosuke working out with full packs of abs and never-ending spirit right there! I do agree to what Tanjiro is saying when Inosuke is a lot more aggressive but ngl Zenitsu's over obsession with Nezuko is giving me some nostalgia back in season 1 :D Yay the adventure had begun when Tanjiro and Nezuko entered into some kind of cave or shelter? Donno but the darkness in the room during the rainy days is very scary and I would likely elicit so many fears to encounter: Tanjiro's water breathing technique will always captivate me in the naked eye :3. Anyways afterwards, I know I'm supposed to really take this scene seriously when Tengen is holding the Aoi and one of the girls from the three but Kanao and the other two girls holding him and the chibi part sparking got me priceless and Tengen really just threw one of the girl like rejecting her fully xD. Zenitsu and Inosuke entrance is amazing and what's Tengen going to do with the bois :O? WOAH THE OP JUST STARTED PLAYING AND THERE ARE SO MANY HINTS THAT I CAN'T DESCRIBE AA BUT IT'S SO GOOD, WELL OF COURSE IT'S AIMER :D! The ending credit scene looks really like a cinematic montage :o Ah yes of course the comedy end credit at the end, just the characters having their casual conversations bringing back the good old days xD Looking forward to the next episode because I think I had enough words to commentate about this episode and I'm going to continue crying to move on from Rengoku's death! |

| Very enjoyable first episode, and Ufotable amazes again with their wonderful production talents. Awe-inspiring indeed. The father may have been depicted as a bad dude, but when he cried that made me a little sad. This new Hashira seems pretty out there, wonder what he can do. Love the new OP, Aimer is just too good. |

Made his image bad for the anime watchers. God I love the opening. Can't wait for more! Edit: The spank scene was in the manga but it seemed a lot less weird. |

| Great episode. We got to learn a little bit more about Tanjiro's fire dance breathing technique. The fact that sun breathing is a form of breathing and all other breathing forms were derived from it was a pretty big revelation. Now we know our Tanjiro is on a whole different level, once he trains more he can be a very strong and the one with a black nichirin sword. I don't remember if they showed it in season one, but damn Tanjiro is ripped. We have now met our hashira for this season and the entertainment district arc begins now. And that spank xD |

| Though we already seen Rengoku's final stand, honored be his name it will always remain a haunting moment for me. For his younger brother being told of his death must be heartbreaking considering he's still so young. The new opening and its visuals sure combined to make it pretty haunting. Muzan's disguises continue to impress. Even though he tries Shinjuro still lost a son and that kind of grief is impossible to hide. Kanao opting to follow her heart as a result of Tanjiro's influence was a nice first step in her development. It was adorable seeing her join Sumi and Kiyo in labelling Tengen as a kidnapper. Overall an excellent ep that featured a fine balance of action and lore expansion while welcoming some faces we haven't seen for some time in the form of Kanao, Aoi, and her three helpers. Tengen seems to be quite the eccentric figure but im sure he will make the arc that much more unique. From the ending this arc looks set to introduce quite a few unique characters to the story. |

| The animation of kny being amazing as always loved the scene where Senjuro told his dad about the words from his brother and he started crying. What was up with that spank tho lmao xONLYINHUMANx said: I didn't mind it but it was meant to be an hour. It was 47 minutes.. there was a 7 minute re cap and opening plus a 7 minute ending so it was only 33 minutes give or take which was disappointing. I think it was 1 hour for watchers in japan who watched it along with advertisements in between. |
| The real S2 starts now!! This episode was mostly aftermath + setup but it was still a great introductory episode for Tengen as well as setting the stage for what's to come. I loved RenGOATku but man, Tengen is easily just as GOATED. Can't wait for this flashy arc. |

| This episode was hot fire good. That aside. Even the Upper Rank Demons must not disappoint. Like dang Muzan does not show mercy whatever you are. The scene with Tanjiro and the Rengoku residence is nice. Looks like the earrings that Tanjiro has is connected to the Sun Breathing Sword Techniques, which we also get to know that it is the creation of all the sword techniques Water, Fire, Air, Wind, and so forth. Rengoku's father finally showing true emotion after hearing Kyojuro's last words from him that is given by Senjuro himself. Tanjiro almost died by something worse than the Raging Demon. Instead of 1000 deaths it is 10,000! Hagenezuka created a technique that surpassed Akuma's Raging Demon. XD. 4 Months gone by. Tanjiro, Innouske, and Zenitsu train and do missions endlessly. However, Tengen takes two girls to his own 'selfish' reasons. Girls try to stop him. Tanjiro tries to stop him. The Trio decides to go instead. Tengen slaps Aoi's butt. Way too detailed there UFOTABLE. Tone the fan service down there. Now off to Entertainment District! Opening was nice. Tengen looks like a ladies' man. This is going to be too hot and good with 'Sound' from Tengen himself! XD |

| That Aimer opening song was really, really catchy and different for her. I love it. She's not had the best record recently with anime songs barring Heaven's Feel so I'm glad this was a very fun song to listen to, even if it doesn't necessarily fit the show that much. The episode itself did not need to be this long and definitely felt stretched out and boring at times, but it did a decent enough job in giving some closure with Rengoku, having Tanjiro meet Kyojuro's brother and dad and spend time there and grow on top of that along with Inosuke and Zenitsu to not hold others back for the future. And they're on their way with Uzui too at the end. Not the most entertaining episode consistently, but it had its good enough moments at times to be an okay premiere. Would have been better with 10-15 less minutes. |
| That was such a lovely and touch stat, so hype to get to see the story continue and the quality is just was good, It is always nice so see the girls back, Nezuko kicking ass and Kanao starting to grow as a person. |
