| Some nice scenes, some nice references, but overall it's getting really old by now. Episode lacked a certain level of jokes and entertainment. The episode was slightly boring, too. |

| Well, the drama aspect of this anime was quite a change, although they didn't put down any of the comedy we all are accustomed to (which i love) the drama change was kinda weird, but it was still good. and atleast they didn't wait to pull drama episodes at the very end like most awesome comedy shows do. |

| Now, I'm really late on this one, so I'll just rant around about what I always do.. hey it's no difference in that case : o SOS-dan : D Although wth was that blast?xD And so, Mafuyu's brilliant second idea went nuts due to her hobbies xD And I find alot that I recognize in this one, but I can't really place most of it D: Oh oh Hinamizawa : D Wa-wa-wat!? Shiina and Mafuyu's gonna transfer? D: Dpn't doooo iiiit! Oh so it got prolonged o.O And hey why did Snake jump into everything?xD Anyhow, Go Ken+Minatsu : D |

| I didn't find the drama too bad, this is an overall okay show. I picked up most of the references, especially as soon as the oh-so-famous cicadas from Higurashi started making noises. That was a nice touch. Yeeeep. I'm shipping Aka-chan x Chizuru. |

| It was a nice episode, but I felt the drama was weird. I'm not against inserting serious drama into comedies now and then (in fact, I think all good anime should have at least one good serious moment), but the drama in this episode felt forced. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed. I like the Haruhi, Ef, and possibly Lucky Star reference (the rooftop scene where Ken talks about 3 inch skirts is a reference to Lucky Star, right?). Also, I like how they keep remixing the ending songs... I can't wait to see how they will remix it next >.< |

Seems likely after the two-timing incident was resolved Ken was pretty depressed. Probably separated himself from the two girls and was living without much direction. The fact he went from last to first to get onto the council shows even his grades slipped. You have to be smart to get on even with hard work so being depressed probably let his grades fall. Anyways he probably saw Minatsu's energy and drive and thought "I'd like to be like her." Talked to her and you have that flashback. Really this means we can thank Minatsu for getting Ken to act and push for getting onto the council and going for his harem :). |

| The Higurashi parts were good. No matter how many times Sugisaki talks about his harem, I find it hilarious. Also when he made up the 2 sexual endings for the Ranger theme. |

| Haha, everyone's theme picks were so obvious but so funny XD Especially when the teacher started agreeing with Chizuru :P Minatsu and Mafuyu end up staying until the end of the year. So has her mom been going out with that guy for a really long time? Since they were so young in the flashback ... Ken and Minatsu on that bike trail? He wants to be like her? ;O Huh, so they have some backstory between them too ...? :3 |

| The only ones I noticed were Higurashi, Haruhi, I think Kimi Kiss Pure Rouge, and maybe Onegai Teacher because the teacher most of the time had a Pocky in her mouth. |

| Great references, but I never expected MGS to pop up! I never guessed this episode would be quite serious, but there was still plenty of comedy. I'm looking forward to more. |

| Great episode I loved how serious it got in this episode and I wonder if they'll keep this atmosphere running or change back to total random next one... The ending was quite nice really sweet and lovely! |

| That Higurashi reference lol Not sure of Minatsu's ki blast was a DBZ reference. Ken, what a harem master. 2 lolis, 1 sadistic girl, and 1 tsundere. Doesn't get better than that. Sakurano seems like she'd be the most playful one lol Minatsu's drama was quite enjoyable. In my opinion it was refreshing since we've seen nothing but comedy. |

| I prefer the comedy to the serious moments, personally. The former can be pulled off easily without setting much of a precedent, but shoving the latter into a comedic show like this can be difficult. Though I appreciate more details on Minatsu and Mafuyu. |
