| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- First episode was very meh tbh. I like some of the voice actors better in the dub compared to the Japanese. A lot of the show so far is just stills and then the voices. As for the fight itself, very slow paced so far and also had those stills. |

| Pretty mindless fun. The music is very fitting, though perhaps a little overdramatic. I like it though. The action animation though isn't that impressive yet. The dub is pretty good. They wanted to get to the tournament as quickly as possible I see. The character designs are fantastic, so hopefully they keep on introducing cool looking characters. |

| Pretty good episode for what it is. It's good that the show feels overhyped, since the whole thing is a tournament arc. The only thing I don't like is the old style animation. It looks grainy and cheap. Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot. |

Let's see if the humans get another 1000 years of survival ahead or they get their extinction written by the names of the gods themselves. The animation looks good so far. | yeah all budget went into Brunhilde and she is not even HD all the time. But when she is, she looks great. I like her design a lot ♥ Overall though it feels like presentation at times with all those still scenes, but at least it's funny at times. |
| I hate that they skipped Thor's introduction, I was waiting to see it animated. Also Lu bu's introduction wasn't nearly as hype as it was in the manga,the medicore animation and still shots did not help. Overall I'm very dissapointed, I hope they'll improve in the next few episodes. At very least do "A vs Z" justice. |

| I laughed hard when I saw Aphrodite's boobs are so large that she has assistants holding them for her. Also Brunhilde was quite cool. Other than these it was an alright premise. |

| Wow, Human VS God...I guess some of the God will lose. Guess some religious people will hating this anime... Ahh, I hate it when the translator didn't translate the characters names... I guess the 3 guy talking about Lu Bu Army are Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei... They made Guan Yu looks like a Robot.... So far is okay, wonder how the battle between God and Human will turn out. |

| I wasn't expecting much in terms of fluid animation anyway. With that said, the overall atmosphere is good enough. I'm pumped 🍆 Especially after seeing Aphrodite 🍉 she got a bit nerfed, but now it's the ideal amount of thickness 👀 |

| Thor vs Lu Bu, let's fcking go! Oh the animation, the animation..... is fine, not amazing, not horrible, this is OPM S2 levels of annoying over exaggeration. This is definitely not gonna measure up to the manga, but it should still be a fun ride. |

| Miyuki Sawashiro performance as Brunhilde are just amazing, i sometimes forgot she also voice Kurapika from HxH Lmao Aphrodite's boobs are so big she need two assistants to holding it... Love the introduction, and straight into the first Battle. Let's go Thor vs Lu Bu. Also the sound and music on the first episode was great. |

| Not a bad start but not as great as expected. Also Thor's design is really cool but the hammer 'Mjolnir' didn't really match him imo. Also idk how humans are like literally fighting against gods but okay I won't complain. Hilde-sama the Valkyrie is hot. heimdall's design is like some robo-human whoch is a bit strange to me. (★ ω ★)! Also I cracked up when I saw Aphrodite with 2 stone-man statue's supporting the weight of her oppai lol. Let's see how the fight goes. |

| When you have Aphrodite in the cast but still use most of the budget to make Brunhilde look as dazzling as possible. Not that I'm complaining tho. Brunhilde is absolutely gorgeous ♥ |

| Wasn’t going to watch but thought I’d give it a go. The characters look a bit ridiculous no need to make them so ridiculous wtf was Aphrodite the goddess of booba? Not really complaining about her tho.I’m quite glad it jumped straight into the action I was expecting a ep or two of the human/god selection. Not impressed with there depiction of Thor but they gain points for choosing Lu Bu he’s a badass no way he can take a hit from Mjolnir like that tho I hope the fight is better animated the music has been good though. |
| Not going to enjoy this one. First episode so far started really tense but had so much unnecessary dialogue when it came down to fighting. A lot of slideshow animation and repeated frames definitely noticeable after the first few times |
