| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol, they're back and it didn't even take more than 5 minute for the crazy faces to show up again. New OP song is similar to the previous season but I like the first one better. Jabami hasn't lost her touch in terms of personality. I mean, that thrill to gamble.... We got Erimi making her appearance already. Midari is also back and good God, she is still a freak show. Erimi is just as crazy though. Watching the sequel for a crazy ride again! |

| I didn't know I was missing those facial expressions this badly xD It obviously felt like an introductory episode to a new arc but I still liked it. Both Yumeko and Midari were really good at what they do best. Not to mention that the girl couldn't have picked a better bet for them than that one... yeah, I guess she didn't do enough research about Yumeko. I also like the OP. It has a similar vibe with the one from the first season and since it's JUNNA who sings it, I like it even more. And regarding the ED, I would prefer to listen to it a few more times before making a decision. But I must say its visuals are better than the ones from the previous season. Overall, enjoyable episode for me at least. Looking forward to seeing Mary again. |
| Funny how they put the Gambing Tower in the Cover when they Skipped it to go Straight into the Election. In reality, The first thing we saw was an Election gamble WITHOUT ANY CONTEXT. I know they Probably wanted to start this Episode With a bang but It just seems weird to see things happen like this. I hope this is just in the first Episode TBH. I don't asee how they could do this With the rest of the series without it decreasing their ratings and Sales. |

| Man this episode was great. The crazy faces and stupidly ridiculous risks are back! Loved seeing Yumeko and Midari have a blast messing with their opponent Erimi. We get introduced to a whole set of new characters at the end for Jabami to eventually face off against since Kirari is stepping down as prez. I hope the new anime original character, Rei Batsubami, doesn't change much of the content for this season. The new OP and ED themes are awesome as well, albeit not as good as the first OP and ED. Very hyped for the next episode! Also must protect this smile |

| What a joyride that is the new season! Don't mind cutting the minor details from Season 1, and getting onto the action which is always nice, and the oh-so-atypical facial expressions that always grip! OST is good, but Season 1 was better, don't mind at all! The OP omage to Season 1 probably serves as the summary for what can be foretold for this season, another nice part that continues from where Season 1 left off. Oh, and new members, to up the ante. |

| It’s back and we’re already underway for some more action gambling! Awesome episode with the bombastic craziness and the stunning music, this! I honestly didn’t think I was missing this show so much the moment all the extreme facial expressions kicked in, but it really was a superb episode to start things off! Jabami and Midari sure were pumped up and brutal against young Erimi and the tense atmosphere during all this was brilliantly executed. Poor girl broke down in tears after being thoroughly defeated in her own turf, she was tortured by the insanity of the other two instead of the usual being the other way around, but thankfully for her not a finger as well. Great psychological stuff! A bit of CGI use here and there but they were blended in with the 2D animation so no problems there whatsoever, hopefully MAPPA will be able to keep up the fascinating production value throughout! Moving on, the final moments of the episode was just phenomenal. Direction and the glorious music there during the introduction of the Clan was top notch and absolutely brilliant! Suzui’s monologues leading into the first Op tuning in was a great short recap for a quick mind refresh. Boy, now that I think back, the first Op was so glorious but this one is even more thrilling to listen to but sadly the visuals are a bit less intriguing comparatively. Still a very good feature of the show, nevertheless. ED was fine, the walking closer aspect has been recycled but it wasn’t too much of a biggie. Looking forward to seeing more after this enticing start and more of Mary in the coming episodes! I hope MAPPA keeps up the momentum of this episode and gives us an amazing 2nd Season for the show! |

| Basically Russian Roulette with a Finger Guillotine. Get it right this time! JUNNA!!! Yay best girl Midari is starring in this season's first gamble! "Let's gamble until we're crazy!" DO IT! JUST DO IT! "What the hell is going on with this academy?" Well what do you think? You proposed this gamble in the first place. Now...DO IT! Uhh...did we really need the 1st opening to recap the events of the 1st season? So the new guys are part of the Momobami clan and will join the student council who will be fresh meat for Yumeko's grinder eh? Wow, they took the 1st Ending animation and added even more flash to it. MAPPA's got a lot of budget with animating this and Dororo this season. Alright then. I hope Kakegurui XX doesn't stall too much and gets into the crazy horseshit much sooner this season. |

| Midari saved this episode from being a flop for me. I just am not able to feel any tension for Kakegurui games. It's layout isn't the most unpredictable from what I've seen and this episode was not much different. Atleast Midari was really entertaining at being a freak so I enjoyed it. Even if I don't normally like the psychotic faces from this show since its so overdone, Midari takes it to a whole new level that I can somehow enjoy it when she acts all fucked up XD |
| Glad to see this back again, I just love watching crazy people in action. Well no surprises whatsoever that Jabami & Midari can't get enough of this game. Once again Yumeko was able to figure out a certain trick to this game, I'm sure that everyone will lose a finger if it falls now. She completely cracked lol, it was only a matter of time, now to wait until next time to see if she's able to continue at all. Either way a hell of a lot more people have now arrived, will be very interesting to see what kind of games we will see in future episodes. |

| The start was definitely out of nowhere but I guess jumping straight to the action is not a bad thing. Oh, those Hayamin and Sawashiro voices give me life. <3 I watch this show more for their voices than the expressions to be honest. XDD The new pink haired girl reminded me of Elizabeth Bathory from FGO, she got totally wrecked by the other two though. She picked a fight with the wrong people. Not entirely sure what just happened in terms of the story, hopefully the following episodes clear that up. |

| Odd how the last 3 or so minutes were a flashback lol, but I'm excited to see the President's crew in action (Even though Best Girl Jabami and Cray Cray Eyepatch Mashochist-chan already effortlessly bodied one of them in this episode lol) The OP visuals are in line with what we're already used to, but the song is nowhere near as great as the one in season 1, however, I do like the ED quite a bit though |

| And back to the high stakes academy we go. This new game though sure was pretty dangerous even by this series standards. Despite Erimi's cunning though Yumeko still managed to determine the trick it seems. Yumeko and Midari though sure made a most terrifying pair when they team up. The tension really picked up as the game neared its climax. At least the game ended without any limbs lost. Kirari's announcement was quite the surprise. But what was more was the introduction of a number of famous students from famed families all of which look to be tough ones. To think that Kirari would be bringing out her clan to deal with Yumeko. Looks like things are going to get real interesting for Yumeko and friends. |

| So they are all going to gamble with the president's relatives this season? Sounds really exciting. This gamble itself ended way too fast for me, and the opponent broke down way too soon, but still, it was funny, more with Ikishima joining to the gamble. Was a nice appetizer before going with the other matches, I hope the next ones end being longer and more challenging than this one. |
