| I hate this Goku vs Kefla fight. It's demostrating all the inconsistencies of the show. 2 super saiyans fused with potara earings defeating a saiyan with the power of a god in super saiyan form adding the kaioken. |

| Hey, it's amazing to see Goku waking up the Migatte No Gokui for the second time, apart from that, we also saw how he defends his sister that did surprise me a little. |
| What is everyone expecting from the animation?? Lmao. This is a running series of over 100 episodes, don't get spoiled by an episode or two of great animation. This is Toei too.. Being delusional and having unrealistic expectations is an understatement. This is why I don't come to DBS threads anymore.. Really cool episode, would have liked to see them explore Potara more. |

| I enjoyed the fight so far. As a lot of people mentioned it's obvious that power scaling isn't existent in DBS. Even the fusion of Kale and Caulifla shouldn't be able to keep up with Goku Blue + Kaioken. I also like the scene of 18 and 17, especially when 17 blasted that power ranger away :D Freezer also enjoying the fight between the saiyans. And damn Gokus transformation into Ultra Instinct was again so sick. I love this form so much. Gokus looks like a beast. That cliffhanger was pretty mean. I don't want to wait a whole week >.< |

| This was an alright episode, I guess, it was pretty underwhelming. Vegeta vs Toppo continues to be underwhelming, Vegeta is paying way too much attention to Goku and it's really hurting the credibility of his and Toppo's fight. On the other hand, Gohan and Piccolo vs the Universe 6 Namekians was pretty cool. The scene was a bit too short but at the very least they're focusing on their own fught. The scene with Katosepia and the Androids was weird, 18 was randomly hurt and they really seemed to be trying to push that the Androids didn't get along all that well, the fact that they're practically been tied to the hip since the tournament started and are sure to work together again really does nothing to help play up any sort of tension between them. SSB Goku put up a lot better a fight than I expected him to, SSB has lost so much luster that I expected a straight up stomp especially when base Kefla was flexing SSG but he held his own pretty well against SSJ Kefla. Speaking of which the spectators referring to them by their transformations was really awkward. The Kaioken should have ran out while fighting Kefla, that would have really helped push the whole lack of stamina thing more. I like SSJ Kefla's design but the change in eye shape is kinda weird. Kefla's personality atm is pretty unimpressive. Like Gotenks she comes off as an amplified version of one of her fusees. I prefer Kale over Caulifla so Kefla being a boosted Caulifla in terms of personality really doesn't really help her much. I'm hoping next week's episode is better for her in terms of characterization because she so far she feels pretty lacking for a fusion, she has none of the wackiness that differentiated Gotenks from his fusees nor the straight up dominance that Vegito had. The spectators hyped up the fight between Goku and Kefla too much and with the action not really having as much weight as Goku vs Jiren's fight, it made the action and overall scenes revolving around them feel less impressive, especially when they stressed how fatigued Goku was so Kefla knocking out SSB Kaioken Goku didn't really feel as impressive as it probably should have. Goku vs Frieza is a more apt comparison. |

| Goku in blue should have been able to beat Kelfa, Ultra Instinct should have been saved for Jiren. Well that's that...hopefully the next episode is good. |

Thanks for more "DBUS knowledge" xD I noticed the thing and simply brushed it away: for me, it was either 1°) "I'm not sure we should give her the angry/serious glare makeover, since it wouldn't mesh well with a girl's face." 2°) "What? SSJ have a serious face?" or more probably 3°) "It's all part of this special new design decided for parallel universe Saiyajins" (but they didn't came up with the idea of removing the glare before now). Also, when you need to make those characters act lightly, you just can't use the angry look: it looks wrong. (at least for me) Sorry for the late answer, I'm available only at the end of the week. ^^" |
| Who was that random narrator guy in the beginning? And the fight just felt off for me in this episode. There was so much plot armor used that I doubt Goku could be defeated by anything or anyone at this point, because anytime someone gets close he puts on this "Ultra Instinct" form. It's like they caught on that changing hair color was dated, and now they've switched it to eyes. |

| DBS is really wearing on me with how stupid it is. It's simply preposterous, and insulting to itself with how ridiculous these situations are. Power levels and transformations mean literally nothing anymore. You're telling me a guy that has been training his entire life under a number of martial arts masters, mastered the super saiyan form, attained godhood, and learned to combine their powers to incredible heights, is bested by some hooligan that just learned how to turn into a super saiyan yesterday? It reeks of plot armor and contrived characters. I feel like I'm watching a fan-made parody. |

| OK Goku finally gained his stamina back and turned ssjgod blue during the fight with Kefla *shock* and fights seriously but I have a feeling that he's not. I get the feeling that he was just fighting back in order to see Kefla's full potential. That Goku is surely 100% saiyan after all! He gained Ultra Instict in the end as a surpise, I was sure that he was trolling all this time and just gained his stamina back 100%, He never fails to amuse me! That form is so badass he's insanely fast! PLUS Gohan fights like a genious, too! yes!!!!!!! <3 I love his fight scenes in this tournament he got to a much higher level drastically after the practice he had with Piccolo and Goku! So cool! I'm proud :P The scene where Goku opens his eyes looking at Kefla.. omg the girls are going to lose in seconds ! CANT WAIT ! |

| While it’s a bit hard to believe Goku in Super Saiyan God and Blue is being beat by Kefla in regular Super Saiyan, it was pretty fun to watch (also excusing the mid art and animation lol), the use of that ost when Goku first fought Jiren was cool too, only it’s an instrumental version of it this time. One thing to remember tho, this is all supposed to be a Goku that’s not at full strength, so I guess I can get why Kefla would be putting up such a fight, and I can’t deny she’s pretty cool lol, I like her more than Caulifla and Kale separated, it doesn’t save the way they’re written by any means but I think the fusion is cool. But what’s even more of an asspull than Kefla being able to beat Blue (minus the fact Kale ate a Kamehameha from Blue a while back) is that Goku was able to go Ultra Instinct again despite being in a rough state after being kicked by Kefla, we still don’t know fully how the form works but yeah it does seem a bit off that he can just do that lol, but I am happy to see the form again and look forward to seeing how this fight finishes next episode, assuming it’s over in the next one lol. Also yeah there ya go again, the Zenos like the fusion so the ear rings are allowed, the rules are quite bendable in this tournament, unless you’re Frost lol. |
| Ultra Instinct feels like a cop out for the writers. It doesn't feel earned or even interesting. This fight is intense but boring. It's just each side getting stronger and stronger with really no sense to it. It extends way beyond even Dragon Ball Z in terms of the intense power jumps and has little to no context to it (other than basically the audience hasn't seen this power before). Kefla seems way overpowered and bizarre. I'm excited for this duel to be over. |
