| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol what's up with that hair style? Looks rather old fashioned.. I like how the episode gave almost every main and recurring supporting character some screen time. Yes, even librarian girl (best girl imo) returns again! Oh and I liked the photo shooting and calligraphy themes this episode, felt very classic for the show. That Romeo and Juliet play is hilarious especially with the makeup and narration lol |

| lol @ Handa-sai. Student council president girl wants to rename school festival name!! And lol @ her hair, too. It became Seiyuu-sai in the end. Deciding what to do for school festival. lol @ the decision. Handa-kun got asked to write out the text of the display through calligraphy by the student council president girl, but he doesn't have to do anything for the class. Delinquent group in the middle. lol @ manga club making more Handa-kun related manga for school festival. lol @ megane guy wanting delinquent guy to back to girly form. lol @ make-ups, that banner, calligraphy section, etc. there's too many to laugh at. Acting while eating?! Handa-kun = Queen?! Everyone except his friend praying for him. Next is final... really?! So fast! More school festival (and bad omen for delinquent group showed up) next. |

| I was wondering when Juri is going to have some screen time. I'm glad that Maiko pointed out the obvious. Handa playing the role of Queen Elizabeth was unexpected. I died when he said that he's going to sink the Spanish Armada. It was so random! Loved this episode! |

And I'm glad he finally thought a single nice thing for once. "We borrowed charactes from other plays to give everyone roles." lmao wth was that Man I love big-faced and pink-haired girls' interactions. "That brush is Juri-chan size, isn't it?" lmao Kawafuji pls. You don't have the right to worry about Handa. Elizabeth I. lmao WTH. Everyone's mother, Handa Elizabeth. "I'm going to sink the spanish Armada." Good, go sink Kawafuji. This episode was hilarious. One of the best. I hope the next one is like this too. |

Yukio is the only one who understands and tries to help Handa yet Handa thinks he's the one who hates him the most. xD Wonder if Handa is actually realizing he's respected in his school, He wondered about it after ordering Akane and when he was made to sit and watch over the class. Lol at Handa smooth talking those girls when they were taking his measurements. That Play XD, Poor Shakespeare. XD I couldn't control my laughter when I saw Handa as Elizabeth. XD That line of his at end. XDD |

| WOAH that was some insane play I loved it Just one thing, I don't remember Handa giving the hairpin to the prez. When was that? Can't wait to see the spanish armada aka as the delinquents sinking. I'll miss Handa-kun but at least there are still some chapters for me to catch up with the manga so i can return to it as they come. |

| "It's that guy that hates me!" ROFL Love the way the student council president's voice went everywhere when she was talking to Handa. xD By the way, I totally expected her hair to be changed in the ED. The teacher's beard as well, although I'm not sure why he got that (OVA, maybe?). And what the heck is going on here? LOL Handa got to interact "normally" with people a lot more this episode, from the president to the girls in his class. He was even having a good amount of positive feelings, relatively speaking. Considering that, and how his friend seemed to finally realize things have been going a bit too far with Handa's worship, I'm guessing Kawafuji's gonna try to solve all these misunderstandings soon. | Poor Handa, only Yukio and Kawafuji know his pain. That was one weird performance. Though might be better than my high school play (gotta remove that from my brain). I'm really loving this, one of the few anime that greatly utilizes its side characters. |

| This might be the first time when the usual anime cliche of doing school play of R&J wasn't bland and boring. If this series had better writing and animation it could be genuinely funny. |

| LOL!! When Aizawa as King Lear said, "You can't seek love. The expression of love differs from person to person," that was the best advice that King Lear needed to learn. xD Thank goodness I read and watched the play, so I know the context of the old man's words! (Although, it's too bad I didn't read Othello... It may have been funnier, if I knew the context x.x) I definitely enjoyed the play, because Shakespeare's plays were combined nicely, and the class still expressed their strong characteristic: their devotion to Queen Handa. <3 I do feel bad for Handa, since he wanted to participate, but everyone allowed him to sit and watch instead... Thank goodness Handa gave himself his own line; he'll sink the Spanish Armada next episode, when the delinquents from Kuro High arrive... xD OKAY. What an ending! Bravo to Hirayama for her hilariously calm and serious narration. <33 Despite their bickering (and Aizawa wanting our truant to lose weight and be androgynous again, lol), Tsusui and Reo make a fun couple as Juliet and Romeo as well! + their enthusiastic fans were A+!! :D I love the commoners-waiters who swayed with the flow of the play, as Hirayama narrated. ^^ And yay to Kawafuji for finally feeling guilty, for never clearing up all of Handa's misunderstandings... It's great that Handa is somewhat starting to see his influence over his peers. :-) Handa recognized that Tsusui waited for his approval, instead of jumping into the fight! It was creepy of ERASER to offer food to Handa, without saying anything... xD I guess Handa's parents and his schoolmates explain why he was so sheltered... He really explored life, when he moved to the island in Barakamon. :) LOL indeed to Tennouji's hair! I love that our proud school council president, didn't hide her love for Handa! That hairpin as a souvenir from Handa’s class’s field trip... Maybe that's her way of making up for the fact that she wasn't there to spend time with Handa. xD It was nice that talking with Tennouji, allowed Handa to boldly make a decision, being fully aware that complaints would come regardless. :) But...it's too bad that the class misunderstood Handa's indecisiveness, as him allowing them to decide instead, which led them to pick the Romeo and Juliet cafe, instead of calligraphy class to not 'burden' him; no one is as skilled as Handa. Yet, Handa wouldn't have minded teaching his schoolmates... If anything, Handa would have loved to have a calligraphy class, lol! LOL, it was nice to see Juri and Maiko make a return! These two friends are still dissing each other. :P It makes sense for Kawafuji and his friend to be afraid!! It was nice to see the two friends pose together, + Tsugumi, and the Bishoujo Picture Club had their own poses with their own calligraphy writings. :) LOL to Sakurame for having too many Handa-chan manga copies, since he thinks the 500 students in school would buy 5 copies each! XD Bravo to the Handa Force + ERASER and Hirayama for protecting Handa from the delinquents! But poor Handa just thought it was another delinquent fight, and told himself not to look back... XD The class was being considerate by allowing Handa to sleep, but like Handa said, they should have woken him up... Handa probably would have preferred to walk home with them, than walk alone... ^^ That poor classmate for having her hair cut, so that it could become Handa's wig... Although, I do feel happy for the girls, to talk with Handa as they made their measurements. :) It was nice to see Dash and Hanada as well! It was nice to see them and the Handa Force pose together, happily in a photo-like way! :) (But poor Handa was not included xD) I really hope that someday, Handa recognizes how loved he is by his school population! It means a lot that the school’s cultural festival was named, “Handa Sei’s Seishu Festival” X) Although, I’m glad Handa at least helped out, by writing the school festival’s name through his brush. :) |

Yes, in the episode of the field trip, Handa and Yukio went to buy something for prez and Handa picked the hairpin for her (as little reminder - he dropped it under the display in the episode). Its true that we could not see the act of giving/receiving, but the important thing is, it was Handa who picked the gift for her > which happened in the episode 8. |

| Great set-up for the final episode. Those delinquents are gonna show up and make some trouble. I wonder if Kawafuji is gonna stop being such a dick and finally tell Handa how popular he is. |
