| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The first half was really funny (forgot how Tetsuko's voice was like lol) and the second part was really sad. Typical Gintama, the only anime that could make you sad for a vending machine that sells cigarettes ;w; Was a good episode overall, especially the second part IMO, but the hype is on a whole new level right now and I don't think it will get that much attention |

| I didn't like the first half, it was pretty dull. Oil Rain, however, was absolutely beautiful. The feels were so strong. 1) I never thought that goat ED would never not cheer me up, but throughout its showing I was just in a dispirited state (hell, that few second preview couldn't even stimulate me); and 2) I can't believe they'd give us such an episode right before the SA-arc, I always anticipated them to hit us with the funniest episode. Even though I disliked the first half, the second half was just so freaking magnificent it gets a perfect 5. Now onto the arc in which the story "finally unfolds." |

| First half was fun...Dat Legendary jackknife XD Lol'd how the Overlord sword got stuck opening a can XD The Legendary beam saber joke was hilarious lol Kiyoshi and Takeshi becoming legendary was funny too Second half was quite touching. I love Tama so much so it was a nice ep. Hijikata and Madao being rejected was lol Nxt week HYPU |

| The first part was rather funny, but the second part was what made this episode really good. I can't believe I seriously shed tears for a vending machine. But that's what Gintama does to you, I guess. Shogun assassination starting next week... I'm going to do my best to not watch the episodes until the arc has finished so I can bingewatch them, haha. |

| The first half was hilarious! Couldn't stop laughing. And the second part was heartwarming. Only Gintama does this kinda stuff, lol. 5/5 Next week, it's the Shogun Assasination arc. Can't wait! :) |

| Ah, Gintama as a long series has it ups and downs. I think this one is a miss for me. I hope next week they wont animated the SA arc. It's too soon. I want HDZ arc gets animated before. |

| Does anyone have a rough idea of how many episodes the Shogun Assassination arc will be? I like to let serious arc episodes pile up so I can binge watch them when they finish. |
| The first half of the episode is not too shabby, though I didn't laugh that much... The second half though is aaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwww; a touching, feel good one shot. And Tama cried again aaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwww. Overall, a nice episode- though they can pick a better one shot chapter to compliment the Tama one shot. NEXT WEEK, HERE IT COMES! No more laughing out loud whatsoever. Heart and brain, better get ready for the roller coaster ride |

| I couldn't stop laughing the first half and as usual, they went the dramatic route in the second half. Gintama has always been both a laugh trip and feels trip for me. Anpan boy didn't show his undying love for Tama-chan this time. Next episode: SHOGUN ASSASSINATION ARC!!!!!!!!!!! |
