| They need to stop dropping these lines if they don't want a death flag bigger than Souta's over their head. http://i.imgur.com/ChvbW4U.jpg This show just keeps getting more interesting every episode. Like Tatsumi, the new girl is a reflection of standard shounen protagonists, but she's on the other side of the conflict and depicted as an antagonist. Kind of similar to Aldnoah Zero in that it has Slaine and Inaho in different settings (although they are working toward the same goal). It will be interesting to see how this plays out and what ends up happening to the new girl. |

| This show is a very strange one. I'm not sure whether I like it or dislike it. I only like half of the cast, which is a rarity for me. I also am not a fan of the villains so far. They are all just insane psycopaths. They all kind of feel like the same person to me. The humor is also something I am iffy about. With this type of show they have to time it well, and I feel that they only did that well last episode. It seems like during certain scenes that they are trying to make me laugh during serious moments, which isn't something I can do. The new woman introduced looks like an asshole. I have a feeling she will be one of those rare characters that I hate, yet everyone loves for some reason. I'm just gonna have to see what path this show takes before I can say whether I like it or not. |

| The episode was good, but the show's losing me. Everyone's excited about Esdeath but I can't stand her. This series can be really good, they don't need to add fanservice and annoying anime cliches to make it interesting. I hope things get better soon. |

As you saw, she has her own people that she cares about and she's pretty nice. She isn't like the other villains we've seen previously. She's fighting for her own goals and ideals, just like Night Raid. I thought that was pretty obvious, but apparently not. Oh well. And all I can say about Esdese is to not jump to conclusions. Us manga readers are freaking out because we know how awesome this woman is. No one expected you to like her for the minute of screen time she got lol. And the fanservice is not bad at all and it doesn't take away from anything. Also anime cliches? I thought this episode and last episode showed that Akame and Sheele are very far from being cliche. Also Tatsumi, isn't your typical justice MC, AT ALL. He's shown a lot of promise so far. They only one that would be considered cliche so far would probably be Mine, but that trope will soon be broken. |

| Is it just me or has the animation and visuals been a lot better lately? The last two episodes have looked great, while the first three looked like some shitty 2007 anime. Shouldn't the opposite happen, you know, the studio blows out their budget on the first few episodes and the rest look bad? I'm not complaining, but it's peculiar. |
| If Seryu really has an "overwhelming" sense of justice, she shouldn't end up fighting with Night Raid all that long. Might be that those experiements or her desire for revenge take over though. Her imperial arms did react a bit to Tatsumi, but was mostly tame, so it didn't judge him as outright evil or anything. Wonder how it's going to react to one of the other Night Raid members.. I wonder about the reasoning for giving it to Seryu though. On one hand, it's kinda logical, she was the first one compatible, and if she was training fight General Ogre for some time, she got connections and one the same time automatically was under close supervision. But giving such an important artifact to a low-ranking member? |

| Man, the villains in this series are pretty ridiculous and I don't mean it in a good way. Still, this series is improving and getting better. I am a little disappointed that he didn't spend the whole episode with megane like he did with Akame and Mine (Mein?) but what can I do. |

| Good episode and explanation of Sheele's backstory and the introduction of Esdese <3 and Seryuu. To all who are having doubts on continuing this anime, things are really going to start picking up really SOON, like next episode SOON so stick in there. Also, for those who are pointing out how the villains so far have been only consecutive one dimensional psychopaths, there is definitely going to be more interesting villains in the next few episodes. They also get a good amount of development as well with motives, fears, and such so they won't seem so stereotypical. |

| This is the kind of show where important characters "die when they are killed" right? Every time I find myself really liking a character, they usually die. I like Sheele and by the looks of it next episode, something's going to happen to her :/ I have a feeling that Seryu person's going to be reaaaaaally annoying. She'll probably continue spouting crap about justice even when she herself is evil. |

| OK, as someone who has also read pretty far into the manga already, please be considerate and stop all of those not-so-subtle hints so you won't ruin it for the anime-only watchers. If you can't help it at least use a spoiler tag for crying out loud. The spoilers only ruin the experience and give some others expectations that are too high. |
| Another great episode, say what you will about Akame Ga Kill but nobody can complain about the accuracy of the adaptation. So far the pacing and direction have been really good, much better than Tokyo Ghoul's adaptation (sadly). The next episode is going to be a big turning point for those that haven't read the manga, and are thinking of dropping the show. Just wait until the next episode to make your decision. Oh and HELLS YES finally we got to see Esdese, even if it's just a glimpse :D. |

Yeah, I thought the exact same thing..this show's animation doesn't look like 2014 anime quality(looks more like '09 or '10). But as a many a reader im just happy that it's faithful to the Source(so far). I noticed that a lot of shows blow their budget on the first episode then eventually degrade over time but I think that this show will have son nice animated battles. |

| MY QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Esdese makes her teaser debut. Fucking perfection. I'll need to hear a few more lines though before I cast judgment on her seiyuu. Speaking of seiyuus.....Hanazawa Kawa...whyyyyyyyyyyyy White Fox? WHYYY? You had to cast my waifu as Seryu's voice of all characters! Kana's perfect cute girly voice does not match Seryu at all! Also on the matter of seiyuu's, Hosoya Yoshimasa is cast as Wave. Pretty stoked about that. Very stoked actually. Had some underwear fanservice, and some Seryu training fanservice as well this episode. It was all pretty quick and tasteful though. Ugh.......next episode. | Wow I really liked this episode. We see how Tatsumi's friends' death affects him. That scene with Sheele hugging him was so nice. We finally see Esdeath who manga readers kept on hyping. So she defeated someone that have one of the strongest Imperial Arms. So Imperial Arms can be living creatures too? I wonder why that puppy didn't react that much to Tatsumi. Maybe he don't consider him evil. Judging from the preview, looks like next week we'll get some action. I just wished I didn't read some manga readers' posts here. Now I have an idea of what's about to happen. That smile tho: Looks like something fucked up is about to happen. |

| Best part of the episode was that Esdeath finally made an appearance, hope to see more of her. Sheele's background was sort of messed up, at least found something else she is good at........ LOL @ Tatsumi trying to read Akame's mind.... |

| Am I the only one that found it funny when the gang had to break it to tatsumi that he's not in a show like dragonballz and imperial arms can't bring people back to life like a minor inconvenience. |
