| Well that was a decent episode, finally Alibaba and Alladin reunited, so we just have to wait for Morg to return :D. And that flashback scene with Scheherazade and her king running from the lion was hilarious. :D |

| Scheherazade looked damn cute in that flashback. Alibaba came at such an impeccable time. Glad to see them reunite and bring a smile to Scheherazade's face. Mogamett's about to get serious. I bet he's going to use the dark metal vessels or something related to the black rukh. |

| I don't think the anime made it clear enough (mostly because they skipped some earlier scenes) but Muu didn't stop his attack only because he was running out of magoi and the fact that Amon sword is able to cut his Barbatos spear, he also stopped because he respect Alibaba as a fellow swordsman. The two of them have trained together as sparring partners at the gladiator arena and Muu was impressed by Alibaba's skills. He also let Alibaba on the boat ride because it was a friendly request. I think Muu should have shown more surprise on his face after he found out Alibaba was a metal vessel user. In the manga he did smile a little about it like he was thinking "you really surprised me there my friend". It's just a small things, but cold have been nice to have as well. dragonlight said: And does anyone know if this symbol on the sword is exclusive to metal vessels? If not it may be a possible plot hole because Yunan raised the first dungeon and Sinbad was the first person to clear a dungeon so how would Scheherazade's first king candidate have a metal vessel? Good spotted, it also bothered people when reading that part in the manga. It really looks like Scheherazade's first king Pernadius Alexius had a djinn himself. I don't think we will ever know :/ |

Hakuryu's mother being evil as shit and seeking more power, wanted to seize the magical weapons from them. Also, Leam were allies of the Kou Empire, hence why she said she was thinking of her country first. It also seems like she was persuaded into pulling back her forces a little too easily. I don't remember the magical weapons thing ever being confirmed, but I could be wrong. Gyokuen, Hakuryuu's mother, never wanted any kind of weapons, she far too powerful already. Kouen is the one who wanted to subjugate Magnostadt for the sake of exspansion. Also, Laem and the Kou Empire are not allies. They're far from allies. Since the appearance of dungeons, the Kou Empire has quadrupled in size and many times more in power. It's unnatural and Scheherazade knows it. They've also been subjugating nations left and right (surrounding tribes and even Balbadd). Inevitably, the two empires were going to clash, with Magnostadt right in between them. I'm also pretty sure Titus confirmed the magical weapons when he was reporting back to her. With that, in her perspective, she had more than enough ground to justify an invasion. |

It was great to see Aladdin and Alibaba together, and just as great that 2 other lone souls, Scheherazade and Titus, be inspired from it.This was the best Magi episode in a while. It's at its best when it focuses on the interactions of the characters. Glad to see Alibaba and Aladdin reunited, I've missed their silly dynamic. |

| Pretty chill episode, nice to see Aladdin and Alibaba having some fun. Aladdin sitting on tiptoes was funny. Scheherazade smiling was great <3. That old guy pretty crazy thinking he can take on both countries. |

| For not having much magoi, the fanalis (Mu and the other two) sure spammed their attack. While it's possible that that move is incredibly efficient, enabling them to use it as often as the magicians used their magic, it would still render that "we have to finish it in one blast" pointless. Heck, it was not even *one* flurry, they repeatedlystarted, charged the blast a bit more, a bit less etc. And then they seemingly wanted to combine their power before ultimately getting stopped. And after that, Mu equips his Djinn and uses a super-high powered move, actually breaking through rock and the barrier...only to want to *charge* again to take out Aladdin, after having noted earlier that "a magi's borg is hard as steel" or the likes..and he *saw* that Aladdin was constantly gathering incredible amounts of ruhk and therefore magoi. And Morgiana was close to death after using a blast from her household vessel, after being perfectly healthy and energetic right before. Even when assuming that he is just that good, and Morgiana didn't have lots of experience etc... Regardless at how i look at it, that scene was ridiculous given that speech. Besides that, very nice episode. |

| Nice episode. Except the little battle against Muu (whose Djinn Equipment looks badass, btw) this was a more build up episode. Loved the return of Alibaba and his reencounter with Aladdin. Scheherazade is really lovely. I knew she was really old, but I don't expected her to be another clone of the actual Scheherazade rather than the magi herself. Her conversation with Titus at the end made me sad. I don't want neither of them to die, but it looks unavoidable. Her past self looks like a really funny person. It seems that the war is also unavoidable, seeing that the Kou Empire is comming and that Mogammet hasn't given up even when the Reim will retire it troops from the coast. And it seems Aladdin has prevented the same great cataclism who happened in the previous world to the current one. Also: ReaperCreeper said: That must be the first time in history a shounen anime character's minute long ability actually only lasted a minute. |

| There are three ways for Kou to react. 1) Attack immediately after Riem has sieged Magnostadt. Direct confrontation with Riem is avoided and hence less casaulties, more casualties on Magnostadt, all of this adds up to a surplus of reserve troops in Kou's favour. 2) Analyse the situation and realise that long term Magnostadt may not be a good campaigan right now. Riem will have reserve troops because Kou used up the western frontier units on annexing Magnostadt. Magnostadt may not even be controlled when Riem sends their troops in right after. Retreat. 3) Riem's troops are exhausted and in disarray, ignore Magnostadt and attack Riem's forces immediately. In my opinion, Kou chose the dumbest solution due to their immense ego blinding their common sense. |

| Alibaba and Aladdin together after a whole year I really fell for it and thought it was only few months that passed, their talk was pretty sweet and heartwarming and felt relived when Aladdin finally opened up about being different to others. Mu's Djjin equip was thick and Aladdin's as well sure can kick some butts with that power of Amon. |
