Well, Hakkenden it's not a masterpiece, I mean, but it totally captured me. The atmosphere, the characters... well I don't know, but that's it. At least I have something to look forward to... |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

It didn't start out really great but it got me hooked by the last episodes and of course the news about S2 makes me happy. I haven't read the manga yet, but I hope they will adapt it well. |

| Adding to what symbv posted about this decision being made a while ago, the manga sales for this author likely influenced this decision. She's had BL titles land in the top 25 ranking, something that occurs only for the likes of Junjou Romantica etc. Hakkenden has more mass appeal than Super Lovers with its questionable themes, so they likely considered the split seasons from the beginning. |

| Yay! I'm really glad this is getting a second season. I'll definitely watch. First episodes were a little dull, but since then it's been getting more and more interesting and captivating -- not to mention, I like the art and the animation's pretty good. Haven't seen many ~~QUALITY~~, derpy moments. It was probably 2-cour from the start, though, considering the sales and whatnot. There was no way they'd be able to wrap up the series in one episode. |
