| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- wonder what he'll do when he finds out who she is loved the bandit scene/Leo's intro ;) pretty clear that the girl is a dragon (but she probably calls herself something else) and that the dragons (or w/e) serve the Scrapped Princess (because of her ancestor(past life?)) and try to protect the world. Which probably means Mauser is a false god with a false prophecy. possibly even a demon about to be reawakened that can only be stopped by Pacifica. though I'm hoping it'll be more original than that. |

| Leo's hilarious! Hmm well if Doyle really killed the Scrapped Princess, Pacifica wouldn't be alive. Does that mean she's not the real one? I mean if Doyle spared her, he wouldn't be riddled with guilt enough to make him leave knighthood. |

| Leo seems sincere enough. We got a bit of background on the Scrapped Princess. I think Doyle left the knighthood because he was ordered to kill Pacifica. He couldn't do it, so they either forced him to leave or he left himself after ensuring her safety. I wonder what was up with the "dragon". |
| So...there was a giant frog, that was actually a dragon, that was actually a young woman? Damn, that's confusing lol. Also how the heck did Pacifica survive that fall as a baby @_@? I'm gonna assume either magic or he never actually threw her over. But yeah, another good episode. I'm rather enjoying this series so far. |

| Leo is adorable, I loved his introduction. Too good hearted and innocent for his own good. I wonder if he's actually strong enough to be of any help, we didn't really get to see him do anything but be a goof. Sadly from that bandit segment, we've basically confirmed now that if Shannon can beat an entire gang of bandits down, most likely purely with a chunk of wood, then the fights in this anime will not be of any danger unless it's the royal dudes Chris is with, or some other big baddie/main character. Also, probably wrong and biased, but scene where she called off the Guardian Spirit/Dragon made me think that, perhaps due to her lineage or something she can call off these spirits from their duty. And if that's the case, perhaps it will become a journey of traveling the lands to set all of these spirits free, which in a way ends up being the prophecy and ending the world in some sense. Poor Doyle. |
| I've heard Masumi Itou's music in a number of shows, and especially between this series' ed and the Flip Flappers ed, I think she's becoming one of my favorite op/ed performers. |

| Pretty nice second episode, but what the heck was that guardian spirit and that other girl who I'm assuming was another guardian spirit lol that felt really strange. Also we need to talk about that "map". That was supposed to look... Not good, right? I did like the backstory we got for Doyle though! It's nice to see not everyone despises Pacifica over some stupid prophecy. Really hope we get some more world building because this seems interesting! 4/5 episode for me, and looking forward to seeing how this plays out |
