DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I been waiting bout 6 hour and still no one create topic for this =_=" I think I love blade's eye, his eye is so sexy. the skill zangetsu is so cheat.It like invincible .its like creating a clone blade and it atk whenever they atk the clone.. and the water vampire still can push selfexplode button even he get hit by zangetsu NEXT STOP PHILIPPINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since this Anime doesn't have loli/moe, big boob,pretty lady, or comedy.I guess people won't come to post anything .actually most of the foreign franchise doesn't appeal when its animelize =.=" |

| I think that this one is the best out of all of them so far. It seems that next episode will be a flashback of Blade's life or least when he thought of taking the vampire hunting "job". I thought that the police guy would shoot his partner or hit him with something silver to kill him because it seemed like he was threatening him. |

| This may have made a better first episode than the actual pilot ... I like how it showed how far-reaching Existence is, with pawns everywhere. I like how the guy's partner even tried to threaten him into keeping his mouth shut, only to get knocked out the hell out. Hooray for the rare good cop. The Marvel Madhouse series have been mired in Japan for the most part, most with no apparent reason behind it (X-Men in particular), but Blade looks to be far more globe-hopping than the others. Phillipines are up next, with Vietnam and more yet to come. I hope Blade shows off more moves besides just that "First Moon" attack, badass as it is. I'm sure if that's just the first, there must be higher levels that he knows, which he can pull out for tougher fights later on. 4/5, so far I'm actually enjoying this more than Blood-C ... we'll see though |
| It feels a bit detached to the first episode but it was good. Existence's existence(had to do it=P) is a bit clearer now and they're everywhere it seems. But these weird vampires are getting weirder and weirder. How many kinds are there? Hope to see more of Blade's techniques. Next stop, Philippines. My country fuck yeah. Rare for anime to actually mention my country, let alone the plot of the show goes there. Though it seems to be half flashback as well. ED song was just...WTF. Totally out of place with the show. But the music in the whole episode is good. |

| Hmm. A lot better that the pilot episode. So did they screw up the first episode? That wasn't smart considering it leaves impressions. It was more coherent and watchable that the mess we saw at the first episode. At this level it can at least be watchable. Also showing the corruption of many humans and the influnce the Vampires have in human society is a nice touch. What i still dislike is the fact they actually fail in making or showing as a decent Blade fight with good animation. It seems they invented that move where he appears on their back just so they can get away by not animating him stopping the attacks and slashing them. |
| I really liked this episode. I didn't care much for the villain, hes just a peon, but I like Blade and the policeman. They had good chemistry. The next episode could be interesting, or boring, depending on how its handled. |
