| Not just that, but also mainly to train Rin's power to go on "correct" way. Yukio is encouraging Shiemi to think deeply about becoming an exorcist! Yukio also talks about the first time he became an exorcist and met Shiemi. So cute! Adoring pattern: Shiemi → Yukio → Rin. The teacher, who was also one of the survivors of the blue night, has grudge on Rin, the son of Satan, too and overdid it. Amaimon will be moving soon!! |

| Really nice episode Mephisto is proving to be a total bastard but Yukio is catching up. Also nice job on Rin taking the high road with Neuhaus, he could have just kill him then but that would have made the problem worst. Using Shiro as comedy relief is really working for them so far, but is bound to get old. |

| Wow. At first I was like phew, luckily that teacher was just part of the exam. Then it turns out he was part of something big after all. That principle is planning something and I wonder what. Shiemi was cute. She was all like "lie the hell down before you hurt yourself even more!". Good thing she made her mind up and decided to become an exorcist. |

The flashbacks weren't that bad, and they continue to tease me by having him fight on the roof with Shiemi on the way. God damn you secret identities!!! Ah, i really want to start the manga but i am having too much fun watching it instead... My expectations are skyrocketing through the roof though and it is that much more enjoyable. |
| Yea, Mephisto is defintely being an Ass, so it does make perfect sense. We are talking about the Son of Satan with shit loads of power to destroy humantiy, instead wants to live with and protect humantiy, so Mephisto is gonna test the fuck out of him to make sure he truly is worth it. It might seem harsh he's putting Rin's life on the line, but the huge ass threat Rin really is, Mephisto HAS to do this to keep humanity safe. |

Other than that, Shiemi is awesome as always, Yukio is meh, Mephisto seems to bring some interesting stuff, and rest are meh as well. | Well, okay. I guess Mephisto got everyone good thar. I really did expect that one-eyed teacher to be a bad guy. Oh Mephisto, everything's going all according to keikaku, isn't it? Mameshiba~ I like the BGM. And wow, that's one cute damn fugly ghoul. Oh wait, so he was actually a bad guy after all. Oh well. Also, fuck yeah, best way to celebrate ever, pancakes. And know what? I liked the episode. |

| I loved Rin's english/jap fail. xD That was pretty funny, and the ending scenes after the ed always crack me up. Derp, all in all that was a pretty good episode. I liked how assertive Shiemi was when she saw that Rin was injured. Definitely looking forward to the next episode, Kuro or whatever is adorable. * u * I don't really like how they made his[?] seiyuu a girl though. o n o |

| I liked the falashback on how Yukio and Shiemi met and when Yukio was trying to convince Shiemi to be an exorcist then later on Shiemi decided because of Rin and Yukio admitted that he still can't beat him :D.. And Cat appears next episode!! |

| I have to say that I don't really trust Mephisto. Shiemi was at her best this episode. She's developing nicely. And RIn's comment about her seducing him in his sleep was funny. The battle sucked. What's the point of having the strongest naberius, that's the size of a dinosaur, when it can't actually hurt anybody. So all in all, a decent episode. |

| I'm really liking this series, and the fact that it doesn't stray too far from the manga. Props to them. I'm also really liking the character development for Shiemi. Makes her more tolerable. |

| Damn, and this is only 25 episodes? Somehow I thought it would be around 50 at least. This is one of the few shows this season that's managed to entertain me every week. Oh, and those are the weirdest pancakes I've ever seen. A Channel just had an episode where they made pancakes, or rather, one huge pancake, and it did not look like that at all, so I don't know what's up with the strange pancakes at this place they went to. Maybe they're just not pancakes. Mutant pancakes? Demon pancakes? Haha, I don't even know what I'm going on about anymore... |

And I adore Rin and Shiemi together, so cute and hilarious. And seriously wtf is the eye patch teacher's problem, Rin never killed his family!! he should be helping Rin to become stronger, doesn't he get that Rin wants to defeat Satan?! Sheesh. And I want more of the Pink haired guy, he's so funny |

| Good stuff this episode though the super-zombie was a bit on the underwhelming side. I was glad Rin didn't just one-shot it but it was still taken out pretty swiftly, before it could do any damage to either of the brothers. What the hell was up with those pancakes?!? They were more like some kind of fried mutant omelet. And hearing Rin and Mephisto argue over it was hillarious ... they really are brothers, LOL. Looks like another of Satan's kids will be joining the cast as well. I wonder how much the Church (or whoever runs the Exorcists) knows about Mephisto, and if they don't realize he's a demon, how oblivious are they to ignore the pointy ears and fangs? Then again, nobody notices that about Rin, either. They don't even notice the tail he's really bad about remembering to hide. I hope someone in the cast figures him out soon. Any guesses on who'll be first to find out? My money's on Bon, but Shiemi's a likely candidate too. 4/5 |

| Not that bad. Besides Rin be annoying as always (though not that much anymore) the episode was good. I hope the next villain is just not a poser. I would laugh if these crook gets defeated by one slash. |
| Oh hell yes Amaimon just might start showing up more this is the best news ever Also Kuro yes even better. The only thing that could've made this better was Shura showing up next week too. Otherwise, pretty great episode. I've come to realize that I could watch an entire episode dedicated to Rin making different kinds of expressions.
