| DAT CLIFFHANGER. WHY, OH, WHY?! I’m absolutely loving this. I’m hooked; I can’t believe I didn’t want to watch it. I just can’t help but feeling strangely relaxed and happy watching it. It’s a lovely show. There’s some idea that popped in my head at the last part of the episode; while Ohana was reading the draft and things were seemingly becoming as the story told, it reminded me inexplicably of the movie Secret Window. Of course, I doubt it’ll have the nice boat ending it had (maybe it can, who knows) but it was weirdly fitting. |

| Another great episode. Love how Osana thinks - never giving up on what she wants. Wow, her childhood ... I think she was uber cute as a child and her way of cooking the food her mom hated was awesome :3 The drive with Tohru was pretty cool IMO. Yea, of course telling someone to die is awful ... plus, I'm glad they actually made the car swerve and weren't like YEA NORMAL PEOPLE CAN DRIVE WHILE TALKING SIDEWAYS LOL ;P Wow, that guy's a hentai novelist or something? XD He did something bad looks like ... Hurry up and air next episode! >_< |

| The OP is a true masterpiece, it could be made into a short and easily win a Academy Award, it's so well-directed, animated and is filled with so many great themes... Coming back to the episode itself, it was as great or even better than the first one. Masahiro Ando really stepped up after Sword of The Stranger and is now a force to reckon. Canaan was already a good impovement, but Hanasaku is really a level above his first two directions. Slice of life fits him well too. |

| Ohana tries so hard to be friends with everyone without ever trying to be someone she's not. Always being open about her feelings and opinions. Nothing about Ko in this episode, maybe later. :O *apprehensive pause* I loved how she found the manuscript because she accidentally threw the trash in the wrong bin. ^^ But I think the novelist-man threw it away on purpose. The scrip was god-awful and to save face he decided to trow it away, and then complain that it was stolen so that he'd get to stay at the inn for free. That's why he didn't want the police involved. Because he'd get this attention for his book, when it's worthless. |

| I can't believe the same seiyuu who did Maka Albarn's voice is the same one as Minko! ( 0.0) On the other hand, another good episode. A little more comedic than the first. I liked the way the displayed a bit of the history of both Ohana and her mother. So, some good development and a pretty interesting cliffhanger. Looking forward to the next! |

| So we learn more on Ohana's past as to why she didn't trust other people (mostly because of her mother). More plot development as she's also try to make friends with Minchi and Nako, also try to understand more of her job and responsibility at the inn. That cliffhanger.....that guy is an eroge writer?? Talk about the work of the century... |

| A sex novel...that was unexpected :D Wonder what will happen next, probably nothing really bad, they wouldn't dare to do that :) Little Ohana was such a cutie, I especially liked her meal for her mother :) I also liked how she wanted to get to know the other girls more, by making them their least favorite meal of course :D |

| I love this anime more and more even though I've never been much for "normal"-themed series; and I'm only two episodes in! The animation is amazing, and I love the cast already! The grandmother pisses me off though, but I'm sure there's a reason behind her tough exterior. Also, I'm looking forward to finding out about what Minko's problem is and why Nako is so damned timid. Also, Ohana's way of being mad at people is so adorable! Actually, everything about Ohana is just plain adorable (or maybe 'kawaii' fits better in her case). That writer is such a pervert! I wonder if he used Ohana's name by coincidence or if he's really a pedophile... Continuing on to the third episode immediately! |

| I love the start of the OP! The ED was nice too. I don't think we've been introduced to the 4th girl from the ED yet? She has a different school uniform too. It was nice to see that Ohana finally did something right by making the staff food after trying so hard on other things and messing up somehow. Seems like Minko has a crush on the assistant chef? She was pretty mad when he joked and said Ohana cooks better haha. I wonder how old he is since he called Ohana a kid. I'm gonna guess he's around 18. Nako frustrated me in these first two episodes and I felt that Minko went a little too far when she yelled at Ohana again so I loved that Ohana confronted Minko for being so mean and Nako for being to shy. And she didn't give up when they tried to walk away and even ran them over hahaha. I love her character. |
