Been on this site for a decade now and been an anime fan for about the same, which must be an achievement. Not as wildly into anime as I used to be since the the amount of over used tropes starts grating on you after a while, call me jaded. With that said there's always going to be something that stands out or breaks convention and that is where I think this medium shines.

I'm also a big fan of mecha, especially Gundam.
