| I've watched two episodes now and a lot of the terminology used and dialog points to this being Yaoi, but they do it just to the point where i can't be sure. I simply cannot believe they picked these terms out of coincidence instead of trying to appeal to BL fans. The flight crew is basically the same dialog you see in forums talking about the favorite pairing between two male leads in an anime/manga. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

The short answer to that is also.... NO. At least not from what I've seen.... there's no source material that I've been able to find (e.g. game, manga etc...) so that's why I commented that it was a dumb question. However, I'll give a bit more explanation. Explanation: To the best of my knowledge- Yoai (Or Yuri for that matter) is the type of anime that depict the details of sexual acts between malexmale and/or femalexfemale (I see them as sub-genres of "Hentai"). Shounen-Ai (Boy-Love) or Shojou-Ai (Girl-Love) are a romantic or somewhere near romantic relationship between 2 or more characters of the same gender......... So I assume that was what you meant-since this anime isn't listed as a hentai, which I believe most full blown Yoai or Yuri would be. I could be wrong there though.... >_>;.... but at this point I don't think so. I have seen no signs of it being any of these, that could change, but I doubt it. The closest it's come to being suggestive at all in the sex department is their references to things in regards to the "Coupling" system.... They use terms like: "Proposal", "Engagement" (I may be remembering that one wrong) or "Ring Engagement", "Lifting the veil" (Such as in a wedding to kiss the bride after the vows), "Coupling" And possibly another one or 2.... those aside.... I don't see anything to suggest that anyone's inclined to be in a shounen-ai or shojou-ai situation. They'd likely have to use those terms if the pair was malexfemale also...... So far I am noticing some interesting relationships.... but they all seem to be malexfemale in nature.... along with the usual boy-crazy teenage girl.
