| One of my favorite episodes. I'm really glad this show is so much deeper than the tone that the first episode set which almost made me want to drop it. |

| Ironic that when Alibaba was giving that speech he seemed like a great king, but was basically giving a speech on how there should never be just one leader. I wonder how well it will work, I mean Rome was a republic in the midst of monarchies and that worked just fine, however they were also WAYYY more militant than your average republic. |

| Monarchy and democracy are two different names for essentially the same thing. The differences being shorter ruling terms an the illusion of choice (voting). Voting is not ruling yourselves, it's choosing the next slave master. Not everyone is equal, some are smart but most are dumb. Idiots love democracy’s because they are given the same voice as smart people, regardless of weather they have earned it. If you're gonna have a government, be honest and call it a monarchy. That way we the people know who to kill when the country collapses. |

| POLITICS! Oh shit Kassim's rebellion is going to take to the castle. Just when I thought enough shit had hit the fan already. I wonder what happened to Aladdin. He doesn't look so hot. Good episode. Very dialogue-heavy but I still liked it. 7.5/10 That's enough Magi for me tonight. I hate ending it on a cliffhanger but I gotta get some sleep. |

Exactly, that's my main gripe with this episode. Bringing relatively new ideas of democracy to a pseudo-medieval setting seems way out of place. And don't start bringing up Rome or Athens when most people still didn't have political rights (voting etc.) in them. |

| Kougyoku Ren impressed me with her maturity in this episode, not resorting to brash decisions or the influence of Koubun Ka. I enjoyed listening to Alibaba's proposal of abolishing the monarchical system. |

| Nice episode, I really enjoyed it. Finally Abmadh isn't the king anymore, was about time for it. Alibaba was absolute epic, especially his speech :) I think it's the best idea to change the whole land in this way. After so many mistakes of the king it's better without one. I knew Kougyoku would never married Abmadh hahaha. Alibaba debated like a real politician. Even Sinbad didn't expect that at all. Nice that he wants Balbadd in his alliance. What's going on with the Ruhk? And who the hell is this treasurer and the guy with the mask? From what you could see from the end it's seems not to be over. Kassim is on his way. I hope Alibaba can stopp him. |

| I was wondering how they would find a new king without it being Alibaba, since he wants to go on adventures instead of ruling the country. Never thought that they would abandon the monarchy, pretty smart move. Seems like the banker doppelganger is manipulating the Fog Troupe though to create a conflict. |

| magi sure is one of a kind shounen, resemble much of hxh qualities. the whole politics just set this anime in different level. (though not as much as LOGTH of course) kougyoku's red face are cute lol. it's annoying me that kassim is still on rebellion, where he was all this time? to be honest kassim's resolve is quite annoying. |
