| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So, a Gundamjacking brat. Great. Now I hope this means they've got it out of their system for now so we won't see more of them. Goddammit I hate Gundamjacking brats. Though at least this one was capable enough, even if he was cocky as shit. And what else, something that seems to be a Newtype cult thing, the colony defense being utterly useless and so inconcievably incompetent they can't even detecting UE before they're already inside the colony, Grodek being kind of awesome, Emily being whiny and childish and Woolf smelling up Flit. But most of all, the next episode preview. WAS THAT A ZAKU CLONE I JUST SAW? Probably a outdated relic by the way it moved and the whole deal about being in a cheap ass underground city, but hey, might make for a cool MG kit. |
| aww Decil is so cute and he gave a couple evil looks at Flit. xD I hope he gets more screentime cause evil and cute shotas are evil and cute. 8D I hope he survives this generation and becomes a better pilot in the next he probably would give Asem a run for his money. Now I think Emily is becoming more possessive over Flit with the whole "I don't want you to make him fight the UE" Its Flit's and Grodek's choice not yours. She is starting to get a bit annoying, but I still find her ok. |

Also most of the Gundam Protagonist and some supporting cast are kids to begin with anyways like Amuro, Juda, Uso, Setsuna in season 1, to name a few. Also Hathaway was like 11 in CCA I think and I think he piloted a Jegan. And Katz was probably around that age too or maybe a bit older. |

| Man the Federation must be worse than I thought if they didn't even notice two UE in the colony before they started attacking. Security on the Diva must be lax as shit. They just let people roam around freely. The fuck was Dique even allowed on the bridge for? That guy's even more useless than Emily. And of course Emily being Emily as usual. I'm just going to pretend Disel is some genetically engineered kid. They also really need to drop this whole furry business with Woolf. Now he's smelling people? The most interesting character right now is Grodek. The guy knows what the fuck he's actually doing. |

| Grodek is the man. He really makes me want to know more about him. Emily is an annoying brat. GOOD, I HOPE YOU AND FLIT ARE DRIFTING APART! Well, i think the UE mobile suit also have that cool stealth technology that the UE ship had. That's probably why the get so under the radar. So far, its ok. Next episode seems uninteresting other than the knockoff Zaku. Really need to get the main conflict rolling and find out what the hell the UE is. |

| Eh, Marina ISmail is by far the worst female protaginist. Followed by Lacus Clyne. Emily is runner up for 3 though. Next to Relena. So, the Rare Hunters have been incorporated into Gundam now huh? There seems to be newtypes in this series, should be interesting to see how that plays out. |

| Decil puts Flit into shame, his nefarious face at the end of the episode reminds me of Kamui's (Gintama) playful smile. and he now holds the record for being the youngest gundam pilot ever! :O My annoyance level with the selfish brat Emily keeps rising, there's no doubt she'll be more irritating than Marina. Flay made Kira fight in SEED for her own sake, but Emily and Marina is stopping their dear pilots from fighting thinking that idealistic nonsense would do something better than what's the only possible thing they can do now. she even called Grodeck selfish when she herself can't understand that she was forcing her ideals to Flit who decided from the very start that he will fight to save the world. Oh boy, Yurin's introduction made me watch this show but now she's gone the level of excitement i had with this show fell down quickly, Hated Emily even more as the fact that we will bear the burden of always watching her scene every time we see new episodes of AGE and the fact that she will be the mother of Asem. i wouldn't be surprised if she will soon disown his son just as how Amuro was disowned by his mother because of their conflicting ideals (ugh...) punkster90 said: Eh, Marina ISmail is by far the worst female protaginist. I'm sorry but Lacus did much more things in battle than the utterly useless Relena and Marina, all of them were leaders, Lacus did annoy me during the early stages of Seed but as the series progresses she really shined to me as a charismatic leader who uses her political influence very well. she did show worries for Kira when he decided to fight with his gundam on Seed Destiny but she has shown her support nonetheless, unlike the other two useless princesses. if i were to rate the main female leads from usefullness to uselessness this would be this way usefullness (higher to lower) Lacus Clyne --> Diana Soreil --> Mineva Zabi--> Tiffa --> Sayla Mass ( iwant to rank her higher tbh) --> Fa Yuiry etc... uselessness (worst to the least) Marina --> Emily -- > Relena --> Flay sorry i don't recall every names of the female lead i've seen from all the gundam series |

| It was an okay episode i guess. Emily is determined i see to get flit out of that gundam.lol. I don't really mind it, its understandable where she's coming from.....i guess. I lol at the Decil let me show you how to do this moment when he took the gundam and piloted it like nobodies business.:rolleyes:I don't have much to say about this week's episode. The episode just flew by for me, i don't know if that was a good or bad thing in this case. I usually watch any gundam episode at least 2 or 3 time before the next episode but i have no desire to do so with this episode for some reason......for now. Overall:3/5 |

If people are going to bitch about something at least make it reasonable. I swear most people in this fanbase are whining and throwing tantrums more than the actual fanbase AGE is targeting. Also they seem to be forgetting that 0079 was a kids show it just happened to appeal to an older audience. |

| Grodek sure is a boss. He's picking up my interest even though he's up to something(no good I think). And I'm just gonna ignore how the Diva staff even allowed Desil inside the mobile suit hangar, on top of the lax security at Farlain. A Newtype cult with Desil as one of the experimental kids? Huh now that sounds like something. And Emily is starting to irritate me. Good episode I guess. |

| If 14 year old Flit wasn't enough to get some of you guys mad for piloting a Gundam, now I strongly believe many of you will be completely pissed off to see an 8 year old outsmarting Flit by piloting the same Gundam. I can so see a toddler taking on the entire enemy in the next gundam series. Maybe something like Gundam After Birth :D Jokes aside, I loved it how Grodek treated Emily as if she was a grown up only to see her slapping the table with her hands and pointing out that "FLIT IS A KID FOR GOD'S SAKE!" X'D Okay. Sorry. Further jokes aside, I kinda liked the episode with Wolf-san sniffing the character out of Flit. That was an amazing talent shown for the first time in Gundam series. ;'D Okay, I promise, no more jokes. But hey, the episode was funny yet somehow a lot of development took place. So it's all good. One of my favourite seiyuus joining the list of casts made me happy too. But I would have preferred to hear Aya-hime voicing a female role instead of a spoiled brat. Reminds me of Lero from D.Gray-man (voiced by Shizuka-hime). :) |

Flit show himself to be more and more like Shinn, except for his lack of piloting skills, and only show us that he wants nothing more than to take revenge for his parents. Right now he is nothing more than a shallow MC that hopefully grows as it´s aired. |

| Not a bad episode. But man the colony lacks security, they didn't even notice they infiltrated. Emily still a hateful character and lol, decil is better then flit. I hope the next episodes will be better 3.5/5 |

I hope the next episodes will be better As i said before, watch the fourth episode again and you will see why they weren't discovered. In episode 4 a ship much bigger than Diva appeared right in front of them, and their sensors showed nothing. The UE have technology that screens them from everything except being seen by cameras and the naked eye. So you can´t blame the colonies security when a Gundam that is more or less right in front of them can´t even detect them. |

| They really need to improve their security. Mobile suits have been stolen in many Gundam seasons, but this time it's probably in the top for 'easiest attempt'. |

| At least this Gundam is fun for me. Other gundam series tends to be some 3 enemies taking away gundams away. Then they fight and then flee and meet and places and play together because they don't know if they are the enemy pilots. Then they scream "why do we have to fight !!" So annoying. At least this one is like adventurous. But that Emily is just like Sakura. She needs really 0 screentime to improve the story. It sure is ridiculous to see that 12 yo looking main then an 7 yo looking clone. (perhaps cordinator ?that appears in every gundam series.) He is like "Onnichan !' very yancha and teasing. So gundam shota. Gundam "AGE" must've been the age change of the characters to elementary boys. lol anyways this gundam isn't supposed to be taken serious. We need more fantasy. No seriousness. |

This is not the right series for you. Seriously, you should stop now because it won't head in the direction you want. A friend of mine mentioned this while watching Episode 5, and it holds true: This may LOOK like Mega Man Battle Network? But I promise you the title is still Kidou Senshi Gundam. If you really think Gundam takes it easy on kids then that just shows how little you know about Gundams. Go back and watch Victory and see how they treated the kids in that. Go see how they treated Katz from Zeta. Gundam plays hardball, and the fact is usually Anybody Can Die. So good luck if you're expecting a show about a ONE HUNDRED YEAR WAR to be light-hearted OR adventurous. |

Look at his eyes, his a newtype, everything's gonna be alright. He can handle this shit.  Btw people say that the colony didn't detect the UE suits after they attacked but from what i saw they didn't attack, they where like in a stealth mission. They where attacked by the colony defensive forces, so yeah they managed to get inside and scan shit but they were detected after a while without initiating attack and making their presence obvious. So yeah colony detection not perfect but not as bad as it might seem. Big question. Ok you let the 8 year old into the hangar with the military staff, you are useless enough to let him get inside a mobile suit and steal it too but why the hell do you open the door for him so he can get out with it? What if he wasn't just playing around but actually wanted to steal the thing? |

| I can tell this series is going to be very difficult for me to continue watching. It's seems as if the took the ''Gundam'' series and mixed it with some ''Pokemon'' type characters, then added a pinch of ''Doreamon''. Except, ''Doreamon'' was better, in itself. It's just so hard going from such a serious ''Gundam'' series and then watching this. It doesn't work, I'll be the first to say it. It doesn't. Not looking forward to the next. |
