| If you ask me, I would've mistakened mangaka Maeda-kun's series to be for the kids, which this is not. OP and ED are fun, especially the ED, which is a bop thanks to TeddyLoid's composition. The ordinary 8th grader of Kotaro Kawaii having to spend his life with the homemade slime that came true of Puniru, of course he has a crush on his Senpai of 9th grader Kirara Mami, but he's just stuck with Puniru and her antics. Even his classmates are jealous of him, being the slime that can do everything, even transforming into the idol of their dreams...and fiddling with slime breasts though. The favourite girl being scouted by the flirtatious Nanpa Yusuke, Kotaro really wants him out of her space, so asking Puniru for the job to lure him away from her is one thing. But it's another to think that Nanpa is also playing with her and acting like she's an entity from a children's anime that he's a hardcore Otaku at that he found his brethren. This is cute, and Puniru is Kawaii though. Animation is really clean, as expected of TOHO Animation Studio. But don't expect this show to be for the kids with the gag humour though. |

| I mean, yeah, we have cute shows this season, but this just takes cute to a whole nother level. Art styler has that cute direction to it? Check. Has those cutesey character designs? Check. And ofc, a cute pink girl as the main thing for the cuteness? Check. Bein serious for a second though, man this poor MC has is so fucking rough. This slime just makes his life all the more worse, not making it nowhere near better lmao. Not only is dude's bed gonna be slimy 24/7, but this girl just makes his school ife all the more inconvenient as well. She do be coming in clutch and useful at times though, like when she helped out our boy from getting Yuusuke and Mami away from each other to save his "goddess"... but she still ended up being useless basically, because dude just started playing with her like ACTUAL slime lmao. At least now they're both playboys with each other xD Always need a seasonal cute anime that's just random as shit. Will be looking foward to more in the future. |

| 5/5, my only main issue is how mean Kawaii-kun is being, but Puniru-chan is going strong! That's awesome those 2 spend time with younger kids to do fun activities. I hope this show keeps being so much fun and cute <3 |

Let me tell you I would have never guessed a cover of 唱 would end up being the ED hahaha, an OP by P丸様。would have fit so well but the one we have is also great. | Slimes just wanna be cute! Man I thought this was a kids show till I seen Kirara design lmao wtf they feeding these kids. Hilarious first episode, Puniru has no brain cells, she and Kotaro are going to be brilliant I can tell. The comedy landed for me, the art style is great and I’m sure Kotaro is gonna grow to appreciate having Puniru around. I mean after all, she can be anything or anyone he wants lmao. OMG IT HAS AN ADO ED??? “The show” is one of my fave Ado songs wtf this season is so insane for anisong man so many shows that I was gonna pass on ended up having absolute bangers. |

| It's hard to say if I'm liking this show yet, it's quite cute and eccentric but it lacks a sense of substance and is a bit over the top for me. Doesn't seem like a bad show, but it probably won't do alot for me. Oh well, can't judge too hard from the first episode, hopefully i'll enjoy more of this :) I wasn't expecting a mahou shoujo transformation scene, and quite an interesting one at that |

| Ah this is pretty good romcom set up just from the first episode. Puniru is surely adorable and yet Kotarou still being tsun about how cute she is lol. Ah my UY heart is screaming from watching this show. It has an old school vibe with the appeal of innocent kids show. This also has my fav romcom trope which is troublesome magical girlfriend just like Lum and I'm all for it. I would definitely check out its manga once the show ends. That ED song really slaps hard. |

| This is one that I can tell will require me to give it at least two or three episodes before I can even have a semblance of a grasp on how I feel about it overall and be able to meaningfully have any projection or prediction of how I may ultimately feel about it in the long run. It's series like this which are the epitome of the type I begin watching "informally" before even bothering to add them to my list. I don't normally watch a lot of these gag comedy-type series or even a lot of romcoms in general, so it's not my usual wheelhouse, but I'm in it for the time being entirely for the (prospective) interspecies romance. And so far I like the hyper-colorful aesthetic and morphing slime creation designs, and don't find the characters or anything else too annoying (the male main character is the typical bland "straight man" type, but that's almost a given in series like these), so that's a plus. |

Also the fact that she adds glitter to her slime for the gyaru look is such a cute idea! I like Puniru both as a design and as a character I did not enjoy the comedy of this episode though.
