| I thought I had all the factions and character motivations nailed down after last episode. And after this episode I'm back to being completely bamboozled and wondering how it will all play out next. They showed that the psychopathic serial killer has some small ounce of humanity left within him when he could empathize with the school reject. But damn, he's really having the time of his life wrecking havoc huh? I wonder what the U.N. is unleashing him into the school for. Perhaps they're trying to frame NIN for the massacre and use that as justification to put pressure on the Japanese government for their incompetent managing of these super dangerous techy ninjas. Why the U.N. has designs on Japan though, or even on NIN in particular, who knows? They already have access to their tech and have ninjas working for them already. |

| Eita and Yamada come to Yankii High to declare war, while deep in NIN, their Marishiten invisible cloak technology is getting underpinned and outdated by the UN. As Suzuki, Onikobe and Chief Kato gets underway in Kodan High, it's clear that once one of their students has been decapitated by Nekohira, the war against UN has begun. Nekohira, who wants to collect 100 heads, he's already doing all of the work to start bringing chaos in Kodan High, which brings insanity all around. But there is hope for the NIN assailants getting help from the nukenin Rear Support Clairaudience who's in the school for 20 years. | For some reason some party wants to sow chaos. The story still seems kinda unclear but neither party cares about incurred casualties. Is it that hard to produce one such suit or something? Also those students were very fucking slow on the uptake. Did they all just return to their class after they saw people getting down with their own eyes? Eh... |

| I think it's entertaining, but unfortunately it's not so easy to keep up with the story. What was that with the groping at the beginning, what was she trying to achieve? xD |
| Well the situation definitely got a lot worse in this one, with the UN guy walking around school and killing indiscriminately (except for those that were bullied) and the ensuing chaos it really looks bad, thankfully the chaos was kinda calmed down but that isn’t gonna stop the killing, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how the situation is handled by the two ninja babes on the scene and how Kuro’s end of things goes down. Also there was an interesting reveal with Yamada in this one, so something was up with how her boobs felt. This could mean a few things, not sure which one it is exactly but I’ll stop there for now lol. |
