| Great start, good storyline, excellent animation, and voice acting are on point, Quiao Ling's VA has done such a good job, honestly, I didn't expect to see that. They're really not holding back, huh? Honestly, the minute they show Chan Bin and his family, I should've known that's a death flag, and they gonna kill him off. I hope he'll survive, no chance but.. I hope so. |

| Crazy first episode, to be expected. I didn’t think that it would be this much of a continuation from S1- Wish I rewatched it to get back all the information about the cops. I’m glad that Lu Guang is alive tho |

| Finally started season 2 after rewatching the first season and man did the visuals pop as a whole. The fakeout was obvious and a bit corny but the intensity in the possessor's confrontation with Xiaoshi was great and the action looked smooth too. Hopefully the rest of the season looks as polished as this. It was a good premiere, hope the rest of the season can follow through. Definitely feels like there is higher stakes to this season compared to the start of last season. I did love the first bunch of episodes of the first season so it will be interesting to see how the higher stakes can lead this series' direction, will it be cohesive and remain interesting or will it become a clusterfuck? Let's see. Also that OP was so great. I do like the first season's song a little more but this was still great and visually, this was quite something too. Love the reverse part too of it. The OST and transitions to the ED that have featured in every cliffhanger for the episodes in the series in the first season was definitely better than the one in this episode, but the other episodes could help in making that more impactful. |
