| I've only seen the show, but I think there are four options- 1. The character's introduction is moved to later on. 2. The character's introduction is removed (or incredibly shortened) but they still appear later in the story (ex. Arte). 3. The character is removed but their dialouge and importance in the story are given to other characters (ex. Nodame Cantabile). 4. The character, their dialouge/scenes and importance to the story are all completely removed rather than the latter two being given to other characters. 1 is ideal, 2 and 3 aren't good but aren't the worst things ever and 4 is worst case scenario. I wouldn't be surprised if they had to fit in a certain amount in this episode and had to skip or move the intro while having them show up later on, but I guess we'll just have to see. A large reason Horimiya and TPN 2 ended up the way they did was because the manga for both were ending or had ended at the time they were being made, so idk where manga readers think the plot is in the manga (middle, towards the end, etc.) but I don't think they will rush through it unless it's for that reason. Then again, Blue Exorcist happened so you never know. Like seemingly every other anime only, I enjoyed the episode. I'll have the manga ready just in case though. |

| I get the feeling something tragic is gonna happen towards the end of this series. Like one of the dolls is gonna get damaged beyond repair. Also, side note. I love that ending song. Its really catchy. |

| that veiled doll is creepy. Reminds me of the monsters in Silent Hill. two new friends introduced. Shaun is a decent guy, and he is has sharp senses to notice the trap. Rum has self confidence issues.. again.. Emilico talking almost non-stop like a trumpet annoyed me a bit, but still a good episode. |

| Okay I didn't agree with Barbie kicking Mia but I still think she's one of the more normal dolls because of how rebellious her attitude seems to be. Shaun is a cutie and Ricky is basically a sycophant with a forehead bigger than Russia. |

| while barbie is a power-tripping doll, it's true that rum is just way too weak and naive for this type of shit. i doubt she will be casted out, due to her presence in both the opening and ending, but she definitely matches the description of a "failed doll". i don't like calling such characters annoying... can't call her anything else though. lol fk barbie for sabotaging shaun and carl emilico, especially since emilico needs to study with kate or they won't have a well debut. |
| The animation is nothing less than just shy of absolutely excellent, and this setting is undoubtedly a mysterious and interesting one. However, it's still not exactly a page turner for me. Maybe I'm just comparing this too much to the promised neverland, which had a drive right from the start and didn't let up once. This one we're just kind of... chilling. Nothing wrong with that at all, it's just that maybe perhaps I wish they would just give us a little bit more into the mystery surrounding this house with each episode. And this is another personal nitpick, but Emilico's voice does get grating on the ears at times |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |

| There's no way i'm getting tired of the opening any time soon. I liked Emilico better in this episode, I liked how she stood up for the rest. Now it's Rum I find annoying instead... i'm sorry but I found the finger scene to be cringey as hell It had a scene that's just like the one we saw in the previous episode, they're in danger surrounded by monsters and Emilico is all chill and cheery about it which makes me think that wow either they failed at executing the scene or these creatures are supposed to be slow as hell because what the actual frick..... I don't think the phantoms are connected to the debut anymore or that they are failed shadows, they just don't seem as relevant to the plot as I thought in the previous ep. |

| Very fun episode with Emilico. She is so joyful and charismatic. Can't wait. Also I hate Barbie. What a douchebag. |

| Smart. Subtly pushing Emilico into a leadership position by giving her two teammates who can't look after their damn selves in a low-stakes environment. It's a natural way of introducing it, and this way when the Debut happens (whatever that ends up being) and she needs to take charge in order for her new friends to not die it won't be coming out of nowhere and seeming at odds with her usual timid, barely competent innocence. |
| Emilico was much more competent in this episode. Her sporadic bouts of extreme clumsiness earlier must've gave me the wrong impression. |
