| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Holy shit, Maria looked pretty awesome this episode. Not just her transformation but her actions speaks louder than words. I'm glad they're giving her a lot of spotlight this season with these episodes. She also put up quite a fight. A lot of action this episode. I'm hoping the season will pour more storytelling for the new antagonists though. |

| So, grandpa Kazanari will be the true antagonist of this season after all. Those three are just jobbing and, though they will probably have an upgrade later to compensate all their current weakness, they likely will be the typical tragic antagonists that will be redeemed at the end (Hibiki already started her talk no jutsu bullshit with Vanessa, same thing she did with Saint Germain last season). Also, Milaarc said that he was "too strong for an old man", thing which implies he is going to fight our heroines after all. I actually laughed when Hibiki had her transformation sequence and after that she was interrupted by the explosions. She got cucked her, thankfully, she was able to get everything right with the Amalgam thing. On a last note, its nice to see Saint Germain is spending a better life acting as Hibiki's Stand. |

| Incredible! Everything that happened after Daedalus End had me in a constant stream of "What? What!? WHAT!?" reactions. Was not anticipating that Hibiki/Germain duet to happen - kind of makes me wonder how literally I am supposed to take Saint Germain's presence in this scene. Her soul isn't ACTUALLY living inside of Hibiki's gear now, is it? Surely not... but what if? Now I just want to see Fudo vs. Genjuro. |

| Well.......this episode was o.k. To be honest I think the previews hyped me way more than I should have been which caused my expectations to be too high. Hibiki's fusion thing was great, loved that. Great to see a Saint Germain and Hibiki duet even if it was a bit forced. Absolutely loved that HibiMiku scene where they were talking about Karaoke and having good banta. It was very cute, more of that please. Tsubasa has went back to "Im anti-social dont talk to me" mode which is a bit disappointing since I hoped they'd go down a more emotional Tsubasa but meh oh well. Fudo being even more of dick worries me since they might be trying to bring our attention to him so we ignore what the other three have done. Hope not. No matter what XV does Im not buying these villians and how they're trying to make them goodish. I just want to see them die and thats all Im looking forward to with them. I'm not forgiving them no matter how many times they say "friends" and "family" I genuinely couldn't give a shit. Interesting that they end the episode on the gun point thing. Hopefully this encourages Symphogear to do something a little different and have the gear users and the base go rogue and into hiding for a bit. |

| Hehe even Chris says that the AXZ trio was stronger than Noble Red. Vanessa is either really busty, or her top is on really tight... "An old man can't be this strong!" If Genjuro's superhuman human, we can only imagine how strong Fudo is... Oh my god, they outdid Maria's transformation in AXZ! My favorite part in the AXZ transformation was how Maria turned around as her "breastplate" attached onto her. But in THIS? Haha! Showing off some ribbon gymnastics while showing everyone who has the biggest bust among the gears! Go Maria! Vanessa is a fembot! How can they be so plump and flexible and yet shoot out missiles!? I think Chris just got outdone... DIVINE CALIBER! Now that's a cool name for an attack! So in Season 1, Fine was in a mansion. G had FIS in an abandoned building. GX had Carol and the Autoscorers in Chateau de Tiffauges. AXZ had the Bavarian Illuminati in a hotel. And for XV, Noble Red is a car in a junkyard... Oh my...Elza digging into Vanessa and found a tracer attached on her... I guess they'll be saving Tsubasa's transformation for last for when the "twist" happens. LMAO! Just when Hibiki starts singing. BOOM! THEY'RE DOING IT AGAIN! Why are they replacing Chris' attack card sounds with a horse neighing? I don't understand it at all! A philosophical unbreakable labyrinth over 380,000 km long. So how big would that be in comparison? Yay Saint-Germain to the rescue! WILD ARMS HIBIKI! EVERYBODY RUN!!!! THEY ADDED THE DUET FROM SYMPHOGEAR LIVE 2018! THAT MEANS EVERYONE WHO MISSED OUT ON IT CAN HEAR IT HERE IN XV!!!! Noble Red's objective is to get their human bodies back? Well then... Oh crap...now S.O.N.G has been compromised just as Hibiki was about to befriend Vanessa after showing that they're no match for them. What happens now? I don't know what happens now. This train just flew up the rails and is heading into space! Another amazing episode! Just keep it going! Go all out! |

| hype ass episode and the symphogear i love. got boob rockets , golden Saint Stand Hibki , Maira's transformation ,duet song all in one episode but it got cut off as it was getting good. no idea what they plan with these girls even the previous leaders didn't have this much diplomatic talks so early and they didn't even kill 70,000 + people...... again 70,000+ |

| Ah man was expecting to see Tsubasa's transformation. That was a pretty good trap the bad dudes set, but man what a cool power up. The hype continues. Of course the government comes in to ruin it all. |

| I'm sorry but how am I supposed to feel bad for a group of females that legit killed 100,000 innocent people at a concert for no apparent reason other than to throw off the Wielders' game. I think somebody in house dropped the ball on the writing for the antagonists this season, especially if they are "weaker" than the previous trio from the Bavarian Illuminati. Let's just get to the point where the Custodians are the focus or they become the villains or something and bring out some divine slaying goodness already. Also Maria's transformation was a reference to Sailor Moon. I dig. Golden Hibiki returns to burn her cosmo and now Datoshitemo is an official song. I don't know how everyone's doing a 180 and suddenly feeling sympathetic after 2 episodes of them going "we're family" [of murderers]. I hope we focus on the custodians and not Fudo cause he was just a random introduction to have a bigger villain than the main trio to avert our attention from them. Hopefully this season wont be predicable af like previous seasons. |

That's Kaneko's writing... he thinks that it is clever to somehow turn every villain to some person who regrets everything they have ever done after encountering a few teenagers for a couple of days, and then they get redeemed and die just so they can be used in a following season as a power boost. That's a repetitive formula Symphogear suffers from. Beautifully said. Completely agree. Symphogear suffers from a lot of repetitive formulas like the layout of the villains. Past season 1 its always, 3 we're not so evil villains and 1 main big villain who is the final boss. |

Not trying to defend it though, as it usually comes across as forced especially when their deeds are as horrific as what happened here. But I guess anime logic dictates that named characters matter more than faceless nobodies. |

Chris has a bust size of 90. Chris's bust only looks bigger because of their size compared to her height. |

| Just wanna say this, this Summer season, atm, i'm only following the sequels to other shows, and the rest i will binge watch when they finish. And i already know, that without watching the other shows, Symphogear is legit one of the best that is airing right now, and possibly one of the best of 2019, imo ofc, and it's a total shame that only little people watch it.. With that said, looking forward for the next action packed episode! |

I don't care if they are trying to divert our hatred to Fudo cause that definitely isn't working with me. Sure the other 2 are not as guilty, but vampire bitch personally massacred tens of thousands, a simple plea of "family" overcoming that? are you fucking kidding me? @DarknessReality I agree with those sentiments completely... Japan probably somewhat feels similar given the recent KyoAni arson... I doubt there's as much revenge mentality, but nobody is gonna be out for forgiveness. I also find this mentality often interesting, considering last i heard japan still technically has capital punishment... |

| VANESSA SHOT MISSILES OUT OF HER BOOBS Y'ALL SHE'S ARIANA GRANDE PLEEEEEEEASE I'M SCREAMING x'D x'D x'D x'D The transformations are super cool as always, and I really like how the poses in the very beginning of them are kinda like an homage to the season 1 transformations! What happened to the guy who put on the gauntlet? Elza said she got him but like then what? There's a lot going on already, so I can't wait to see what other twists they're gonna add in this season! Good thing Hibiki didn't finish off Vanessa or they woulda maybe already killed everyone at HQ O_o |
