| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So an old criminal that Doug once caught wanted to talk to him this episode The story revolving about the Esperanza feels rather suspenseful in terms of plot development. I wonder what they are truly after. The enemy with the make-up they fought seems to be also be able to use some mysterious powers (not Anthem?) I'd say this was the most intense case yet in the show so far. |

| The show finally started the story after few introduction episodes. I liked the plot twist they pulled at the end, reminds me of the movie "The usual suspects". |

| I don't have a lot to say. I knew the old man was not not really disabled and that the abusive police was an accomplice. So, I wasn't really surprised by the revelation of things. Kirill felt kind of inconsistent this episode. The part where Kiril got Doug's old partner met got skipped was my favourite. I love the narrator. (I hope we do get to see it one day.) When the police guy got killed for wasting food, I chuckled a little. He'd make a good grandmother. |
| Damn, what an intense episode this was! Doug and Kirill were totally hopeless against the might of B and that cliffhanger in the end further implies just how off the two are regarding this whole case. Astonishing stuff! I must say, though, B boss’s plan was masterful and the implementation of it, getting locked up in jail for years, was even more superb! I’m curious to see how the battle between Seven-O and Anthem-users go! Next episode will probably not involve such a thrilling story but I’m looking forward to it regardless. |

| Finally, a new good episode that can make me feel amazed as in episode 1, good story development and the action scene back being awesome again |
| For the first time, I am looking forward to the next episode instead feeling "meh" about it. I did like this episode. I'm trying to not be bias against this show because I really do want T&B season 2 more than anything. However, this anime does strike me as being kinda fujoshi bait since Doug and Kirill (even with Doug commenting a few episodes ago how Kirill kind of looks like a girl) are very slashable. This is even with the lesbian characters which is a nice change of pace. Sorry, I just really miss Kotetsu and Barnaby. |

| As some other comments have stated this episode was more serious and a little bit darker. A few nice comedy moments early on complimented the action and suspense that followed. Overall I thinks it's settling-down as a well balanced little series. Let me be your Double Decker ;) |
